I asked Niya to help with an engagement ring at relatively short notice. Not only did she manage to get the ring made and delivered to me at short notice whilst also regularly checking in with me to update me on what was happening, but she was also very helpful with walking me through the different options when it came to designing the ring as I was really not familiar with diamonds or engagement rings more broadly.
