Love it. Nice and quiet-at least on a Wednesday. Kiosk clerk is unfriendly to the max, so you’ll still get a flavor of the city grit for sure πŸ˜….

Less crowded but similar beach and water quality to others on the Island. Only one refreshment kiosk (rents umbrellas and chairs too).. decent price considering the monopoly!

Fair beach accessible from short downhill walk from Chung Hom Kok Road, around 20-30 minute walk from Stanley Village through Stanley Ma Hang Park. Sand quality is pretty good, there is a kiosk where you buy drinks, snacks and rent chairs and umbrellas. Less crowded than the beaches closer to the village

Great beach with a unique and beautiful sunset view on the Hong Kong Island. There weren’t that many people when I visited

The beach it self is nice. Same is soft and beach is clean. But the water today is not great, there were some trash and some dead fishies (prob a freak nature accident). Please note that there is beach umbrella and chairs for rent , but they are super expensive! $100 for umbrella, $80 for chair. So please bring your own umbrella. The stairs leading to the main road didn't bother me too much.

It's quite far from TaiPo but the travel was worth it! Been there during labor day holiday here in HK. Was surprised of the long line in the bus station at Central. The bus ride was smooth though and we definitely had fun in here. It was a Perfect holiday! πŸ₯°

If you are looking for quiet beach and not so far this place is for you. Although they shoreline is not that long and not much trees for a shades but it's still nice and perfect to watch sunset.

There are BBQ sites, shop and shower. Not so many people. The beach is beautiful but sea water is ok..

It was super fun beach. We went by private bus. Once you get down from the bus, there you can see stairs going down. Approx 5 level of stairs are there. So when you go with kids or luggage plan accordingly. After you get down you can see nice slide & other equipment for kids to enjoy. Before beach they have shelter as well. Because of Covid BBQ Pitt is closed. & shower as well.

It's quiet especially in the morning, not too crowded. There's a barbeque area. One of my favorite beaches here in HK.

A pretty, small and sheltered treasure hidden out of view. Chung Hom Kok beach is easily the crown jewel of Stanley's beaches with great BBQ facilities, public toilets, a playground and amazing view. The shark net provides peace of mind for weary swimmers, though there are no sharks.

Clean water and sand. Got facilities like shower, bathroom, bbq, and a tuck shop selling necessary drinks and chips. It’s not as crowded as other beaches.
