Best beef brisket noodle soup I've had in HK

The 3.9 rating doesn’t make sense. One of the best fish ball, fish cakes I ever had in local noodles stalls. Fair prices compared to many other similar shops in Kowloon

The best customer service you can get in HK. It feels good not to be rushed to place an order. Someone speaks English and even recommended that we try other noodles. There's an English menu too. I enjoyed the beef balls and fillet.

Tried their beef brisket with fishball noodles for breakfast. The beef brisket was quite tender and fishballs were delicious. It’s a great portion for one and you may add their spicy sauce on the side to elevate flavours. Adding a cup of drink costs only $8. Nice quality after-all.

a cheap but yummy local delicacy 魚三寶 fish dumplings+fishball+fishcake $45 is surprisingly good the skin of dumplings is chewy that you know it is made of flour and fish! the fishball and fishcake are also more tender and softer than average, which is probably due to greater portion of fish instead flour staff is nice too

Beef brisket is ok but didn't leave a lasting impression. Superior brisket cuts (cost extra) were not available at the time of visit. Milk tea is so-so.

A small noodle shop next to the MTR exit but being overlooked by me for so long. Accidentally went in to have a quick meal & surprisingly found the more expensive ox brisket with tendon was well cooked to the right texture: soft enough meat with proper chewy texture of tendon, well mix of fatty aroma. Overall the brine sauce was very Chiuchow style & quite powerful. Turnips were well cooked & tasted sweet. I personally was not too impressed by its chilli sauce. Prices were fair but not cheap for this neighbourhood. Worth trying again. Went again & ordered mixed cow organs with ordinary ox brisket, sadly both of those were quite disappointing, intestines were bitter & ox brisket tasted fairly average.

Beef brisket is tender and lean. Soup is good without too much MSG.

A very authentic local hong kong restuarant, with real fishballs and fish cakes. Their home-made spicy oil is also delicious. A value for money restaurant with high quality food!

Mr. Tin’s has great noodles and toppings! I really like the specialty fish balls and fish noodles, which are very Hong Kong style. If you are looking for simple, authentic Hong Kong food then look no further! The English menu is clear and easy to understand.
