The best dental office I’ve ever been to. I orig chose Dr. Nelson and his team from the high rating on social media. They did not disappoint. Great staff, awesome family atmosphere, and very detail oriented work. Had several amalgam fillings that I wanted replaced with non metals. Took 5 visits and and I am very pleased with the work. As long as I live in Vegas, they will be my only choice for dental work. ♥️🦷

I really had a great experience with my hygienist. She is very gentle, very polite. I love the way she talked and the way she cleaned my teeth is very gentle. Very professional. She took her time, she wasn't on the rush. She even asked me how was my Thanksgiving Holiday. She was awesome.

I've been to this office many times, and I have always been taken at the time of my appointment. I have never had to wait in the waiting room. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Unlike some other dental offices I've been to in Las Vegas, I can recommend Tooth Family Dental without hesitation. I feel well cared for.

I needed a dentist due to a pain issue. My issue resolved even before I arrived because it was sinus related. I still feel compelled to write this review because I still went to the appointment because I needed a new dentist. From the moment I called until I left after my appointment I felt nothing but caring from each person. I am so glad I found them aand I have already scheduled my cleaning to go back. Do not hesitate to book your appointment. I am an anxious person when it comes to dentists and they made me feel at ease immediately. I hope this review gives others like me the confidence to book their appointment. Thank you to every single person at their office. And let me add there was no wait as they book the right amount of appointments and do not overbook. The office was bright, clean and inviting.

Mary Ann was an amazing hygienist. I communicated how much I don't like being at the dentist and my anxiety around it. She took great care of me, I got xrays, cleaning & exam and was out of there in less than an hour. She did amazing and was so kind. I would definitely recommend!

Dr.Nielson is the best dentist I've ever received treatment from! The office is clean & has a welcoming vibe. The staff are friendly & efficient. Dr.Nielson cares about his patients & has helped me address issues in a timely manner. I've received a full exam & cleaning, had a cracked filling redone and a new crown made. All of these services were done meticulously while ensuring patient comfort. There are even tvs on the ceiling for entertainment/distraction while work is being done. I didn't realize going to the dentist could be such a pleasurable experience...thank you Dr.Nielson & staff!

The staff from the Tooth Family is always pleasant and considerate. My son and I are usually seen by Tess and Emily. They are knowledgeable and kind. Dr.Nielson always puts smile on his face and that makes extra welcoming atmosphere when we visit the office. Well around very nice clinic!

I was seen in their office yesterday and I absolutely love this office and all of their staff! Everyone was so polite and so welcoming, and the service was fairly quick as well. They thoroughly answer any and all questions that you may have and they genuinely care about helping and accommodating you to the best of their ability! They’re just great all around!! Not your usual scamming dentist!

The Tooth is my third dentist since moving to Las Vegas and I have been so pleasantly surprised. The hygienists remember you and I’ve always been seen promptly at my appointment time and out quickly. I haven’t had any surprise billing issues with them, and I don’t feel like I’m being recommended work that’s not needed. Very happy overall!

Please avoid bringing your children here at all costs. I was told during a previous visit that I would be scheduled for a deep cleaning my next visit. Upon getting to the office they tell me I’ll be receiving fillings instead. The dentist enters and she’s extremely rough and rude. I ask politely ask if my mom could be in the room as she really helps me calm down in situations like this. The dentist rudely says that’s not an option so I try to just tough my way through it but as I do have Autism I lose control of my anxiety a bit. I ask again if my mom can please be in the room and the dentist proceeds to say no and shoves the metal tool they use to hold your jaw open back into my mouth and opens it painfully wide. At this point my eyes are watering and I’m very upset, but the dentist then proceeds to tell me my only other option is they’ll put me in a blanket so I can’t move at all. Keep in mind I am sitting still and simply asking for my mom to help calm my anxiety so this came across more of a threat than a genuine recommendation. The only positive of this clinic is all of their technicians, they are extremely compassionate and sweet, even offering to hold my hand and reassuring me. But as for the dentist herself, she has no place working on children. I am 17 years old and have the opportunity to speak about this but children don’t have the capacity to explain themselves and the things they go through. Please know that their “no phone and no parents in the room” isn’t for your child’s wellbeing but so people don’t see the horrible way this dentist conducts herself. I am posting this review so hopefully any parent considering bringing their child here knows they will not be treated with the kindness and patience they promote. Don’t be fooled by the 4.9 stars, the only thing deserving 5 stars is their technicians. Your child is better off at any other dentists office than this one. Please take this as a warning and don’t risk putting your child through this.
