Disgusting customer service and very misleading website. I'm making a trip to Vegas in late August so I found their website. It had a link to make reservations. And so I clicked on it. The site then took me to a page that said they only take reservations by phone. Okay....so I called. I said I'd like to make a reservation please. The lady said they don't take reservations. " We don't take reservations! The park is full. Would you like to be put on a waiting list or do you want to call another park!!" Rude and an awful way to run a business. A waiting list? What does that even mean? I guess if you're full you think you don't need to be nice to potential customers? Must be nice. I then mentioned that their website was misleading as it indicated they take reservations. The lady who I was talking to could care less. NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS JOKE OF A PARK. Instead check out Las Vegas RV resort. Their website works great and it's super easy to make a reservation.

This is one of the worst places ever. Stayed here and the office staff are so rude and demeaning. Especially Nadine and her druggie daughter. They target you any time you want to call and inform them of any problems. We called once about an issue in the bathroom and they wanted to focus more on who I was and my space number instead of the problem at hand. Had an incident with one of the residents who was acting aggressive towards me and when I called them to inform them they again focused on who and where I was instead of who was being aggressive. Then they told me just to call the police. I told them it was one of their residents and their responsibility to know these issues for the safety of the park and again she wanted to target me and threaten me. The bathrooms get PARTIALLY cleaned once a day, though they tell us it gets it more than that. I say partially because they don't wipe down all the surfaces and don't really clean the showers. They pour cheap and super strong smelling fabulossa lavender all over the place and take to mop to the floor quickly leaving puddles of water everywhere. The cleaning products daily triggered my asthma attacks. When I tried to address this issue I was told I didn't need to use the bathrooms then. WORST OFFICE STAFF EVER. The only decent one was Diane

I read reviews on Kingโ€™s Row, as I do for any RV park we plan to use. The reviews are confusing, because they are either very negative or very positive. I came to the conclusion that the negative reviews are from negative people who most likely created their own problems. We arrived and were attended to right away in the office. The staff was more than helpful answering questions and getting us checked in. True they arenโ€™t bubbling over with gregariousness, but I have no complaints about their attentiveness. A fellow led us to our site and was helpful regarding a mixup numbering the electrical hookup to coincide with the site. The location is relatively quiet despite the proximity to a highway. Sites are a descent size - we open up 14โ€™ wide and often donโ€™t have much space to park our dually truck, but Kings Row was more than adequate. We donโ€™t use shower or laundry facilities at RV parks so I cannot comment to them. We would stay here again without question.

I've been living here for a year. I love it here. We require electricity, which they have, we had an issue with our first spots electricity, and the staff jumped into action and corrected it with no problem. We require safety, they have security at night, and staff always driving around on golf carts, speaking and waving at residents. Our sight has an awesome tree. We have been in 3 spots over the year, started out as weekends, moved into a spot for a week here and there, now monthly. Vegas itself feels a bit rough to us, but when we come home to Kings Row, we feel peaceful and happy. My husband enjoys the quiet and calmness. Everyone's experience will be different, of course, but I noticed approaching people with respect, and a smile goes a long way. We have never had an issue here. When we need something, we speak to the staff with respect and patience, because there's a lot more residents than staff so of course they gwt busy and overwhelmed at times, they are human, but they always help us quickly and respectfully. The RV park does have rules and expect the residents to respect them. I like that, keeps the park nice and drama free. The check-in rules may be rough for some people, and that can be frustrating, but they have been here a long time, and of course, the rules have come from experience. Sorry to all that don't meet the criteria, because it's not hard criteria, just normal RV park rules. We recommend coming to stay and judge for yourself. Also, read through their website to see if they meet your requirements. Oh, the laundry has been shut down because someone had an accident, no fault of the RV park, just life. The pool is being upgraded, I was sad about this, but I'm looking forward to the reveal!

This park is a really large park that can fit any trailer or RV. The staff is great Jenn is the best and very nice. The park is located in a lower income area but they have security and we felt very safe. The price is great but you have to pay your own electric.

We wanted to make a reservation for our motorhome but we're told our 42ft diesel pusher had to be a 2008 or newer. We advised her it was a 2007.We advised her we would send a photo. She said policy. No picture. Last year we stayed at the finest Las Vegas RV park-LMC in Las Vegas and they greatfully accepted us NO QUESTIONS. Many think our motorhome is new or a couple years old at most.

OMG- I loved it here. I came for a week to meet up with my cousins and stayed three months. I had the best neighbors, the office was so sweet with my puppy, super dog friendly park. I loved it so much I hope to return in the winter.

Great little RV park. Mixture of RVs and permanent residents. Super super nice staff. They have hundreds of RV spaces. The best thing is you can go week to week to see if you like it. Neighborhood itself is not so good, but soon as you turn into the park it's a Haven of safety. Highly recommended.

Called a month ago to hold a spot ( they donโ€™t do reservations) for three nightsโ€”lady stated they would hold for us despite the fact we had an 80 lb senior dog (they have a 40 lb limit). Called today to change our dates and no record of our previous conversation was found. The previous request was cleared by the manager, but today the manager said unless it was a service dog with papers it wasnโ€™t allowed. Lady on phone stated if our dog passes, we are welcome to stay (no way in hell)! Would have been nice to have been contactedโ€”luckily I called to change and found out in time to get a nice spot at Riviera RV Parkโ€” they were very accommodating, unlike Kingโ€™s Row. Donโ€™t believe anything they sayโ€”they donโ€™t seem to support what they previously agree to. Very disappointing customer service!

Manager has a temper. The staff will threaten you when you ask questions. Theft is very bad there. The security is there only to watch the property not the safety of the guests. This has been explained several times by manager. Price is $445 + power. Laundry is in bad shape. The machines are very old and barely work. If you have other options I would keep looking.

Is your RV more than 10 years old, but in great condition, this is the best place to go. The cost is low, they have amenities on site and are easy to work with if you don't mind keeping reasonable rules. Longer, or even permanent residency is possible, no 30 limit.

Staff is friendly and accommodating. They have full hookups available. The park is secure and quiet with a Smith's grocery store about a mile away. The weekly rate is decent. I came into town to help my daughter with a move and Leah got me signed up quickly over the phone.

Have been a full-time motor Homer and travelled throughout the United States for 20 years.... Of all the RV parks I've ever been in from Pacific shores in Newport Oregon 2 parks all across the country.... This is the best value easiest location to get in-and-out of Near Las Vegas... It's a mixed use location I mean it has older coaches and you know full time trailerpark people.... But for a quick and easy stop You can't Beat it. Good People good location good prices That's all for me for now.

I've been living here since December 2019. I have 2 driveways. One fir my 27 foot Starcraft Trailer and one for my Chevrolet Conversion Van. I have a great shade tree next to my trailer, too. Very friendly service at Kings Row.

Came to help a friend get his place fixed up and now we're visiting for a little while to get a new place ourselves.... nice community clean. Onsite property management keeps the Property looking amazing and security keeps the residents safe. Hopefully they will get a unit available cause the cost of living is responsible priced... Plus you have the option if you are going to need a space for the evening you can get rent just for the evening

Aside from it's location this has been an awesome place to stay. Rates are completely affordable and they do their best to keep bad vibes out. I have a long term spot with a mailbox. The Casinos Boulder Station, Arizona Charlie's, and Sam's Town are still operating and all 3 are on Boulder Hwy. The strip is 5 to 10 min based on traffic.

Call to make a one week reservation during off season, August and vegas. Had to call five times before someone picked up the phone. First words out of her mouth were, we won't know until tomorrow if we can schedule you in. Then she asks what amperage I require, I say 50 amps, she says we don't have many of those left and they will be a first come first serve. Well that doesn't work for me with 108ยฐ temperature. Then she asks what year my rig is. I say 2002. She says it will have to be inspected first. Then she asked if I have pets. Yes a 50 lb black lab. She tells me they do not accept pets of that weight and I will need to check with another RV Park park. To have an RV park in the worst area of Vegas with 70% open capacity in the summertime, you would think they would do different business. I've stayed at almost every Park in Vegas and have never had this difficult of a time to spend money there during a recession. If this is my experience before I can get a reservation, I would hate to see how my one-week stay would turn out. Do yourselves a favor and stay at KOA or Las Vegas RV Resort. At least they could be pleasant on the phone, but I suppose that's too much to ask for.

For the price the park is probably one of the top options for the Vegas area. Most of the other "RV Parks" are basically just parking lots with hookups where as this park, although a little cramped, feels more like your normal RV Park. Super nice shower house and laundry. The park feels very very safe considering the surrounding area was told to me by locals repeatedly as not being very nice. They have security at night and the employees do know who is in which site and keep an eye on things. The location is actually really nice as it's close to everything but also far away from everything at the same time. This place is under construction so sometimes there is equipment here and there or workers making noise but not during quiet hours and they are never really in the way. The pool was not open the entire time we were there despite them advertising having a pool which was disappointing and one of the main commodities of the park with the Nevada heat. I'm sure it will be up next season. The dog parks are a little lackluster in size and such. Basically just small dirt squares, one does have a bit of grass. Not really their fault again being Nevada where it is hard to keep grass alive outside of dog parks. I had called three times and informed three separate office workers that I was coming with my truck, camper, Jeep and 6x12 enclosed trailer and was told I could keep all of the vehicles and trailer in my one rented spot if they fit without hanging over. As soon as I shown up they told me I had to keep the enclosed trailer in their $50/month storage and could not keep it in my site despite fitting. That was very disappointing. At times I would put my truck in the storage to use the enclosed trailer for motorcycle trips and management told me I had to keep my truck out of storage incase of an emergency which I would need to remove my camper from the property. This is an odd request due to the fact that in most of the rows of the RV park there are campers or motorhomes that are semi-permanent with no tow vehicles or that are just completely run down and in no way can be moved. Not a huge deal as they worked with me when I needed to use the trailer and we made it work, just disappointing to have to deal with something that three people told me wouldn't be an issue. Most RV Parks do not allow for an additional trailer which is why we call and seek accommodation that does allow for our four vehicles. Overall I would come back and stay here if I have more work in Vegas. It will be a 5/5 park once construction is done and the pool is ready to use!

A last minute decision to stop in Las Vegas brought us to Kings Row. We found it on the web and loved the retro feel of the pool picture. I called to check availability and Lea (Sp?) was very helpful on the phone and when we arrived an hour later we decided to stay for the week. It is a clean friendly park with a pool, bath house, a rec hall with a billiard table and great laundry facility. We Ebiked to many places including Fremont street, a disc golf course, the strat and for evening adventures, ubering was ultra easy. There is an rv parts store up the street so while we were there we replaced our shower faucet. My husband and I found it to be quite quiet even though it is kinda close to the highway. Thanks for having us! T and J #UntilWeMeadeAgain

First off, amazing staff! They followed up on my calls and were very friendly. Once I was all checked in, I was escorted to my site. I camped in my converted van and it was perfect for my needs. I was given a spot right next to the showers and laundry room, both of which were super clean. My only reason for not giving it five stars was the Wi-Fi didn't work from my rig. The signal was so weak, even being parked right near their antenna. Other than that, great place to rest up between long drives!

Probably only the second review I have ever written. Has been here for 8 months and seek security at all hours. I feel very safe here and do not lock my car door, which I know is stupid. When I leave the park I do not have the same feeling. The surrounding area is not the best but the park does make you feel secure

We were very apprehensive about RV parks in Vegas given the questions around safety and theft. We were booking last minute on the weekend so decided to give kings row a shot, despite some concerning reviews. Overall we had a good time, spent 2 nights there in a little campervan. We were placed right by the main road which was quite a fair walk away from the restrooms. Noise was ok. The bathrooms are the cleanest Iโ€™ve been in for a RV park, free showers and not time limited unlike some We didnโ€™t see any security during our time there and the park is not fenced in however we didnโ€™t have any issues with homeless people. Decently close to the strip, 15min Uber ride away Overall we had a good time, no issues. The office ladies were lovely

I was about to make a reservation here and was reading the reviews as I always do before booking a stay. I came across the one that stated that they won't guarantee your reservation until 4 or 5 days before you're scheduled to arrive. I thought to myself, that can't be right. They must have misunderstood. So I called anyway. They were super nice on the phone, I will give them that. I tried to make a reservation for this coming November. (It's March, now.) They took all my information and then said, Ok, we'll call you closer to your arrival time and let you know if we have a spot. I asked how much closer? "5 days before." That just boggles my mind. They don't know what a reservation system is? My wife and I have tickets to the Mosconi that week and will not be waiting until 5 days before to see if we have a place to stay.

I called regarding a month stay for new years and they said that dont accept rigs older than 2008. Ours is a 2005 and its in amazing conditions, i even ask if i could send pictures as some of the rv park will ask and the lady on the phone refuses. I believe is a completely unfair way to treat a client, specially regarding year of the vehicle. I would understand request pictures and if its bad conditions for the park environment but thats not the case at all.

Worst place in my 44 years in Las Vegas. Management is complicit in the crime that goes on behind the scenes. Pure 1000% evidence of our trailer being shot at by our neighbor was is a complete nightmare of a neighbor. When you ask them to get involved and back you up they tell you to take meds. Then have the nerve to ask if you have mental problems. With the proof right in front of their eyes. Even security guards have told us that they play favorites. The only way to solve this is to use the park since they insist that it's a civil matter. Getting shot at having parts taking off of your cars. What's next ? And then have the gaul to tell you not to try and sell your trailer, ya so they can try and steal it by having you evicted. They let kids in a 55+ park let see how H.U.D Deals with that.
