I came for the great reviews but don’t even waste your time. Super dry. No cheese. No peppers included on the pepper cheesesteak. Employees seem impatient to take orders and not helpful- I asked one question and got met with impatience. Go anywhere else to get a cheesesteak. Why would I get a cheesesteak with no cheese? Bread is soft if you just was a steak sandwich. So sad since I thought I found my bee cheesesteak place. I also went at like 7pm so not a crazy time. This a steak sandwich with barely any cheese. Not worth $11 at all.

Doors locked at 7pm employee waved me away from door. Not sure what’s up.

Went there on Saturday, May 27, 2023, around 8:30 p.m. and ordered a Philly Steak (#9) sandwich. When I took a bite of it, I bit into a nasty, long black hair. So F_ing discussting!!! I noticed the employees were not wearing hairnets. Needless to say I will never return. Too bad the owners let their employees run amok.

This place is close to my home, and having a taste for a good Philly Cheese Steak, I gave them a try, and they did not disappoint. I have lived for 33 years in PA and southern NJ and know what a good Cheese Steak should taste like. Also, they accommodated me by cooking the meat without seasoning. A great bunch of young men work at the place. Young men with manners, very professional and friendly. I will be back.

Not like it used to be and the two guys working in the back. One with bottle coke glasses and the other dark haired bigger guy, incredibly rude and disrespectful. Both have a major attitude and if the owner sees and doesn't do anything about it shame on him because he just sits there not caring, they work like they are interacting like truck drivers to customers!

We love the food here. Typically we get a number 9 and add Jalapeños. The staff is courteous and the food is always freshly made.

great place - Mike seems to always be at the window making sure everything gets done properly and you can tell he cares about his job and the service he provides - come to find out it's a family owned and operated business which is just all the more reason to check them out

Food is good although they seem to be out of chicken most of time. Website is terribly misleading. Advertise 9.50 sandwiches are actually 12.50. I understand prices go up but fix your website and stop lying to people!

I have to give them three stars only because the sandwiches tasted good ( I was hungry) nothing special though not in my opinion. The pastrami was skimpy on the meat it was more bread than meat and for $11-$13 dollars a sandwich they should be shame same with the Philly cheesesteak skimpy on the meat. The parm fries nothing special just fries with parm cheese sprinkled on it and a side of cheese whiz or you can get it directly on the fries. I'm still in search of the best Philly cheese spot (well far as I know right now there are only two in Henderson, NV) Bottom line will I come back here? NO...not enough meat on the sandwiches and the flavor was just meh nothing stood out like "oh my gosh this is good" NOPE nothing like that. It was just a decent sandwich that took care of my hunger...Would I recommend? Well I guess so, if you want to try them out see if you like them...They weren't for me and my expectations are high for an $11-$13 sandwich. They didn't meet my expectations. The pics of most of the sandwiches I see on the website and in the reviews MUST be from the owner my sandwich looked anorexic comapred to those Lol!

I love a good cheesesteak and this place beats the place on water street hands down ! Here is why - Food is fresh and delicious Prices are reasonable They don’t take 25 min to get a sandwich! Longest I have ever had to wait is 10 min ! They complimented the aroma coming from my freshly packed bubba kush nugget Now that’s good service 🤙🏻

Man, listen...I had been craving a really good philly cheesesteak from somewhere for some time. Did some research and found this place. Came and tried it out and was absolutely blessed. It was the absolute best philly cheesesteak I'd ever had in a long time. I was not disappointed at all. It was absolutely delicious. I cant wait to go back and try some more!

Fulfilled my cravings and some for a mere $8, not even fast-food chains can provide value of that caliber. Their cheesesteaks are made to near perfection, one of the best I've ever had. Even the chilli cheese fries were solid. The quality of their food and service was outstanding especially for a fast casual concept.

Would not recommend. Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question about why my order was so much and the guy at the window was a jerk when answering. Then another employee came right behind him and I was met with that same energy (rude & impatience). I was not asking an unreasonable question either. I simply asked why was I being charged for items that weren’t listed on the menu as being “charged” for. I was going to pay for my food either way but the Menu pricing is very misleading. After I handed them my card they “fake” swiped it and said it declined. They ran it again and it went through. He basically threw the card back in my hand. If you didn’t want my business because I asked a simple question then just say that. Unfortunately, I did not have time to go anywhere else or else I would have. Who ever is the owner of this place please retrain your staff on customer etiquette. I was not rude in any way when I asked a legitimate question regarding the pricing on the menu versus what I was actually charged. I’d rather make the trip over to POPs for my Phillys. Foods not that great anyway

Food was really good. Fresh and HOT off the grill. Had a provolone cheese steak and the the bread was excellent as was the well seasoned steak. Just enough fat that it was juicy but only had 2 small drops fall out. Also enjoyed the bacon cheese fries. The fries were crispy and the bacon deep fried. The staff was super friendly and pleasant. Will eat there again without a doubt.

My daughter and I moved here from Milwaukee,Wisconsin 2 years ago and we used to frequent a sub joint called cousins. Your steak restaurant is neck and neck with cousins. Thank you so much now I have a new spot to enjoy.

I have been let down with many sandwich places but this one hits the spot everytime and I JUST found it. Excellent food, Excellent staff ... haven't been inside the place but that's OK. WELL DONE, FOLKS! Got my new spot! Side note: They remembered me pretty quickly which is a definite A+.

Just ok , not something I would ever get again . Pretty flavorless and kinda tough! The guy at the drive thru window processed the payment and used the gloved hands to handle my fries ! As he evened out the order into two containers. Definitely not the most sanitary establishment ! By the way I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak.

Meat ball sub is the best in Vegas. Honestly that is all i order. But im 100% everything else is delicious. By far the best and most friendly staff in Henderson. Give them a try.

Been coming here since this shop was on Stephanie street , the owner is the cook and he is Always putting out great food. I stopped in today and it appears while most places are cutting corners and compromising the quality of the food this place has actually improved in quality . My meat was delicious, fresh bun , exactly how I ordered it . I’ll give you one tip here , if you are gonna wait to eat the sandwich or drive far home order the meat separately from the bun and you will have the most delicious cheesesteak around .

I love this place but today I found a piece of the plastic tie from something in my sandwich. A little disappointed since they were my go to spot for Philly cheesesteaks. The guys in there are normally friendly but today it felt like I was a bother.

#7 add cherry peppers, light cheese whiz! A great Philly cheese sandwich! Always great service, employees are courteous. When you leave them a tip they yell out "beer money" which is awesome! My daughter recommends the ranch French fries, her absolute must have when we eat here.

I just spent $20.00 on a double meat sandwich along with some chili fries. There was no double meat On the sandwich and the chili fries were abysmal. My wife picked up the order and because of COVID she had to go through the drive in. Which of course meant you get what you get. I love the Lake Mead location but I live at Windmill/Arroyo Grande. Oh well, won’t come here no more. Zero rating, I called of course but it is what is no satisfaction.

Just ordered for the 1st time and glad I did! The prices and the food were great! Will definitely order again! Just wish they had delivery instead of having to use a third party.

Most underrated cheesesteak in all of the Vegas Valley! After living in Philly for years this is the best cheesesteak outside of Philly!

I got the Philly special and the tuna hoagie, also mozzarella sticks and fries. The staff was friendly and food came out fast. The Philly was kind of bland and the tuna was over powered by mayo, the sticks were limp. I liked the fries.

Great place for a Steak sandwich. Lots of variations. Good sides. Great place except for the Philadelphia Team spirit..., But still the food is worth the eyesore of Eagles and Phillies stuff!

Delicious. We ordered the number 2 which was the Philly Cheesesteak with cheez wiz. The meat was really tender and flavorful, the bread was warm and soft, cheez wiz goes so well with the sandwich.

Every time I visit this place I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. Back in Chicago I had a great Philly cheese steak place down the street from me that had the best ingredients and flavors. STEAKOUT totally captures the same spirit with fresh bread, great tasting cheese, and delicious meats & toppings. I don’t like Philly cheese steaks at ALL. but they’re Philly cheesesteak fries. I AM LIVING YALL! Omg way better than I thought it would be and it just went ahead and satisfied every craving I’ve ever had all at once. I don’t do reviews unless I think the food and service was with it. And it is. I hope you got your sweatpants on!!! Whatever you get, make sure it has Cheesewiz on it. That's what they do best. I want one now!!! Drive-thru, so you don't even have to get out of the car. Very reasonable prices. They do not skimp on the meat or cheese.

First off..I LOVE everything about this place!! ONE size sandwich and ONE size Drink!! BBBBRRILLIANT!! The bread itself is AMAZING! But for once, I went outside the box and got something other than a Philly Steak..I know, how dare I?? SO I had the PIZZA SUB thingamajig sandwich and it was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! And thinking about it makes my mouth water!! Go try this delectable sandwich, just once!! ENJOY I Did!!!

This place is amazing. The cheesesteaks are incredible. I do provolone for mine, and my wife enjoys them the real Philly way with Cheese whiz. However my wife and I both feel that the turkey subs are the real MVPs of the place. A little mustard and they are perfect. The fries are also good and a generous portion. My wife also likes that they have Cherry Coke.
