I have never left a gym review nor had I ever been treated like a transaction as much as this gym. From the first conversation to the salesperson who was later fired for not telling me about the fees to the Manager that never calls back. The personal trainer who abruptly stop communicating with me just because I didnā€™t want her to trained. The reason why is because when I walk in she actually tells me I should be a trainer, she clearly didnā€™t connect who she was being dismissive over text with the person she always compliments in personā€¦major turn off. Final straw when I cancel and I have it in writing, they continue to try to draft my account every month. I email the supervisor and she responds 6 was later apologizing. Okay fine, but then she goes ghost again. The cancellation conversation we had I told her I was not going to pay annual fee after just being a member for a month, that was not explained to me. To pay $80 a month and then $99, it doesnā€™t make sense when the monthly is not the cheapest. The supervisor Alison said that Chris would call me to discuss. Never received a call.

Everyone raved about this gym. Paid 250 dollars to join. Excited to go to an awesome gym that had childcare. I have 3 kids under 4 and Iā€™m a SAHM so child care was very important. I was going 4 days a week. After going for only a week, I experienced an issue. I went for a workout and came back to my youngest (7mo) being surrounded by children and no one close to him. I walked in to the daycare area and there were two employees present. One of the employees said to the other ā€œwhereā€™s the baby?ā€, the female employee said ā€œI donā€™t know, with his sister I think.ā€ I picked my kids up and called to speak to a manager immediately. He said he would handle it and call me back. He never called me back so I came in the next day to cancel. They didnā€™t ask why, they didnā€™t care, and they didnā€™t want to resolve anything. All three of my kids also came down with rotavirus within 48 hours of the last day at the gym. No refund or call back. Gym is very clean. Never really packed. And has great amenities but if you are coming here for childcare, definitely do not recommend.

cons: the staff are to busy worrying about whats happening on there phones then to greet you and to tell you to have a good day when you leave. the sales staff are always mean mugging you. honestly not a very welcoming place for it to be a gen pop gym pros: the gym is always clean and it has nice equipment wish it had some more stuff like some extra barbells and maybe a t bar row. the staff just really needs to pick it up on being more friendly instead of always being on there phones. would love to give this place a higher review. The GM really need to do some training with his sales staff to not be so angry all the time.

The bottom line: 1. They will post pictures of your kid on their public social media even if you directly ask them to stop. 2. When I cancelled (in writting. 30+ days, etc.) They still charged my card for two (2) additional months and when I called it seemed they couldn't care less (or didn't mind that I wss charged). 3. The sales staff lied about details of the membership in order to make a sale. 4. The co-ed sauna is gross, not clean at all. I went once and never went back. If you are looking for martial arts, join an actual school, if you are looking for a gym, gind a cheaper, better option. This place tries to do both and fails at both.

Could be MUCH cleaner in the dry sauna, also after a few weeks here I notice the sauna area is completely neglected by the cleaning staff. It smells of mildew in the steam room and the stench of rot wofts from the drains. Also closing at 9pm on weekends is crazy bad. I cant believe I have to keep a second membership to LVAC so I can workout after work on weekends. Hire more staff. Stay open later.

Came to this gym for the first time, it was decent! The manager, Spencer, gave me a tour; he seemed personable and seemed to care about my goals. He recommended some plans, monthly and/or with a trainer. So pricey. 8 sessions with trainer + discounted monthly fee was $900 ish 12 sessions with trainer + discounted monthly fee was more than $1000. Etc That doesnā€™t include the massage rooms, cryotherapy etc. As nice as Spencer was, he was pushing me to sign up even before I got to working out and try the gym. The gym is so small, itā€™s the size of any EOS. Of course, they have rooms like a basketball court, boxing etc, but it gets so crowded. Thereā€™s no womenā€™s sauna, so itā€™s all in a small room. There was a line to get in on a Tuesday evening. The dumbbell section is so, so small. Thereā€™s maybe 5 benches, spread apart. I didnt come back because thereā€™s not much room there. I usually go on weights and dumbbells, so I just went back to my original gym. Try it out if you need a trainer, I guess?

High pressure sales. Overpriced for the amenities youā€™re offered. Also was charged after I cancelled my membership Chris the manager isnā€™t a help at all he just cares about money. In the process of getting a refund now but I doubt they will help. Go to EOS trust me.

I have been a loyal member since the beginning of 2021 paying the highest family membership plus the recovery package every month. When it was time for me to cancel due to moving states and not being able to use it, I came in on the date of renewal, 12/30/2021 they would refuce to credit that last transaction on the day of, claiming they need 25 advance notice. Not only that, they also didn't want to refund me the advance last month payment I made when I signed up, instead they wanted to extend my membership until 2/30/2022, which I can't use anyway. When I asked to speak with a manager, they kept me waiting for long, while the manager chit-chated with other gym employees and checked their phones for a long time. I will advice anyone to stay out of this gym, its just bad way of handling customer satisfaction. The only thing they care about its your money while they can enforce to get it.

Shady business practices. Charged me $119 and then closed their Silverado location the next day. They stated they sent cancellation email notifications, which they never did. In fact, I got a text message week before closing offering cryotherapy for $500. Manager said my membership was cancelled but got billed yet again. Gym was filthy anyway, no wonder they couldn't make it.

The UFC Fit gym is truly unique in its approach to fitness. The brand is synonymous with top-quality trainers who are dedicated to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. I personally witnessed significant progress in my own fitness journey within just six months of joining the gym.

Sam, the reason for my cancellation wasnā€™t ā€œthe pool isnā€™t warm enoughā€, itā€™s because you lied and said it wasnā€™t turned on yet despite knowing it was broken and had no ETA on being fixed. After cancelling within the trial period, they refused to refund me and I had to do a chargeback with my CC company. THEN they continued to charge me monthly and I had to dispute AGAIN with my company. ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL AND ABHORRENT BUSINESS. This is why we warn Airmen about doing business with this gym.

I just recently signed up . Very very disappointed of their lies . A Kevin representative told me they had a good deal for 39. He said I will be charge next month annual fee . Three days later I got charge 59 . Then I called UFC they were very unhelpful. She says well itā€™s says here you will be charged 59 . . So thatā€™s it . DO Not SIGN for any deals !!! Big big lies

This is the best gym. It is so clean, open with multiple options, classes, etc. The management and staff are so attentive to members. Chris, the manager, the team and staff are so nice, knowledgeable and professional. The members here are part of this community and really look out for each other. I feel that my 17 year old daughter can exercise here in a safe environment. We had a bad experience at EOS, and Iā€™m so glad I switched my daughter to this gym. Thank you UFC!

Great Gym and atmosphere with a few areas that need improvementā€¦They keep saying they are ā€œplanningā€ on opening 24 hours (Fri-Sun) but after months of being a member, there seems to be no progress at all toward this. When you join they make it seem like this is an imminent evolution however, this seems to be just talk. Also, donā€™t go during or right after a rain due to ceiling leaks. When this happens, they close the gym immediately. Please get this resolved. Sauna is also pretty disgusting and seems neglected for daily/weekly cleaning.

The gym is always clean and equipment is kept up nicely. No problems really until recently with the kids club. I get it working with kids can be stressful but there is a new girl working in there that my 4 yr old says is mean to him. And today I got to witness her rudeness first hand. When you dont like your job it shows through in your actions. When a child doesn't want to go into the kid area because they see a certain worker that is not nice to them that's an issue.

Got wrongly thrown out of the gym after using the cryotherapy saying I donā€™t have a membership. I was trying to show them my membership and they wrongly throw me out nor not wanting to notice it or look at it. I do not recommend the UFC Centennial but I do recommend the one in Henderson the one in Centennial always has problems itā€™s packed And the equipment is always broken. The one in Henderson is way better.

Donā€™t waste your time or money. Most people go to the gym to get away from things in life that are negative and want to better themselves. Well this gym is the exact opposite. The drama, back stabbing, drama with the management and the things they decide to do with their employees is disgusting. There are probably plenty reasons on why the Silverado gym failed and is no longer open but Iā€™m pretty sure itā€™s partially due to how it was ran. Donā€™t worry about bringing headphones in to the gym. The music is so loud that you canā€™t even hear your own music. It doesnā€™t help to complain because theyā€™ll just turn it up louder. Basically save your time, money and energy and find a different gym.

It is just about the best gym around but the bar is pretty low. It's not cheap but I'll take that because I think that's why it's less crowded. It's mostly the same as when it was a 24 Hour Fitness except they took out a lot of stuff, raised the price, and reduced the hours. Compared to the other gyms (EOS, and LVAC) it gets 5 stars but compared to what it was, 3 stars.

If you ever an issue with your membership and have to deal with Alyson Pascua she will treat you inhuman. There might as well just be a automated computer response. Itā€™s such a difficulty to inquire about anything at all. The gym should be simple, no customer wants to experience bad attitude and lack of communication from any service representative.

Why are there never any collar ties? Itā€™s such a stupid and dangerous problem to have for a ā€œ$3 millionā€ facility. Also charge me $50 without notice and it is mysteriously not on my membership history. ANOTHER thing not on membership history was my kid, who we signed up for one month but they entered ā€œrecurringā€ and left my email and phone off of his sign up paperwork. So I wasnā€™t notified. I was just about to update this to 5 stars for adding the collar ties to the benches then found out about this problem. Cost me an extra $150 for a ā€œcompromiseā€ on that kid account. The kicker is that I called in about this months ago to check and the guy, i guess trying to focus on selling his promotion, said he checked that account and it was fine. It wasnā€™t. The credit card on it was even expired for a few months before he ā€œcheckedā€so I find it hard to believe he looked and saw nothing wrong with it.

Updated review: Iā€™ve been going consistently since October now at least 5x a week and i love it here. Lost 30 lbs and feeling more confident in the gym. Chris has been so accommodating and receptive to my concerns. I definitely will be staying and making UFC gym a lifestyle. Thanks again to Chris for hearing my concerns and making the necessary changes to rectify all.

I have worked out since I was 14 and been in the fitness industry most my life and I want to give Diana Sanchez Gomez a lot of well deserved credit for being the epitome of sales and customer service. UFC fit seems intimidating but on the contrary is one of the best facilities hands down for all your fitness goals and Diana made the experience even that much better. I will be referring all my friends family and workout comrades over to her and UFC fit. Drop EOS, planet fitness, athletic club and all others they are a joke compared to this gym.

Don't sign up your kids!! We were talked into premium memberships for our entire family and then we were told after a month of going religiously that any child under 12 can ONLY be signed up for youth classes and nothing else. And they don't have enough youth classes to support consistent attendance. 2-3 a week that fill up almost instantly.. We were highly upset and felt extremely misled. It's a fine place for adults, but since they advertise being family friendly, what they fail to tell you is their ides of it is to pay a full gym membership so your kids can go into daycare. Save your money.

After almost being here a month I am still impressed with the customer service from the front desk to sale and services. I feel very welcome here and thatā€™s important when making a decision to join the gym. The synergy is fantastic and there is plenty of equipment to keep your workout routine moving. Jo Jo in sales and customer service is wonderful always has a smile on her face and walks around to great the members by name including me which is outstanding that she does this consistently. I have been in fitness many years and competed this is one of my passion and I am a personal trainer and the biggest reason people donā€™t make this a life style choice is they struggle to find a connection and sense of belonging. This is the most key ingredient that special push they keep people wanting to show up. Both my sons and many of my friends workout here now opposed to EOS which has become congested and full youth that donā€™t understand the concept of respectful gym educate. Additionally the chro chamber here is amazingly and instantly relieved muscle inflammation as well as joint paint and can burn up to 300 calories in 3 and a half min. They have fitness classes that are uniquely tailored to the overall Theme of UFC and even though thatā€™s not my song and dance I see many others engaged with passion and determination making their fitness journey a part of who they are. Finding your place and what works for you will make this a life style choice and UFC fit has many fitness journey options you can take. They offer amazing membership deals especially if you pay a couple of years ā€œtrust me hereā€ the price is unbelievable if you can do it up front but for others the month to month rates are worth every penny. You can find that quality of life change your missing here and be sure to go see Jo Jo and tell her I sent you TW Trent English ā€œtrust worthyā€. I would like to think I have a good reputation for just that and if you need help as you start your journey come grab me whatever I am there Iā€™ll be more than happy to help.

I'm satisfied with the facility. A diverse amount of machines and free weights that's thouroughly maintained as well as the building, locker room, and pool. My only complaint is the volume level of the music they constantly play. It maintains around 80 decibels constantly. Loud enough to be heard over my ear buds at max volume. I asked if they could turn it down and was told as a policy UFC likes to force their music on all patrons. I didn't detect any reduction in volume but at least my request gave them a smile. Some things you just have to put up with I guess ĀÆ\_(惄)_/ĀÆ

Absolutely love this gym. Always clean (the Employees do a great job at maintaining cleanliness) and love the environment. Only two minor things that would make my review a 5 star is considering closing later on the weekends and sometimes when things break they take weeks to get repaired. Like I said minor but I love this gym!

Chris Schneider is an EXTREMELY poor GM. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT HE SAYS!! HE IS A LIAR! He doesn't return phone calls after multiple messages and doesn't follow through on his word. This gym was full of mistakes from the time I joined 2 months ago. it was all downhill (except for my trainer Ryan). When I joined I signed up for the recovery package that includes the use of the cryo chamber. The problem with that is every time I go to use it... it is locked or in recovery mode for 1 hour. I was paying for a service I couldn't use. Then I was scheduled with 3 different personal trainers to find a good fit. While doing that....the assistant manager who signed me up and 1 of the potential trainers quit. That was a sign. After sending the emails in the pictures...Chris never called me back and I canceled my membership.

  • 5/5 DANIELA A. 1 year ago on Google
The gym itself is nice, pre paying the membership comes out to like 23 dollars a month which is amazing that doesnā€™t include any of the cryotherapy or recovery things thatā€™s an extra $70 monthly. Itā€™s a nice gym however Iā€™m writing this review because we hired a trainer there , Mike McGowan and he was made ALLL the difference and every dime worth it. Heā€™s so amazing, respectful and just pushes you to the next level. Heā€™s extremely knowledgeable, I would highly recommend

I have a passion for fitness but struggled in the beginning to find my place in this world. EOS gave me a base for my fitness journey but it wasnā€™t until I discovered UFC fit that there is so much more. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with open arms and Diana Sanchez Gomez helped me feel like I was more than just a number but part of a family. This facility speaks for itself but itā€™s the customer service and interpersonal connection that makes this more than just a place to workout.

Ryan was not very nice to some women at ju jitsu for a beginner class. Very uncomfortable and not welcoming to even want to come back, even after paying more to take the ju jitsu class. Lovely place, but be considerate as a teacher.

Its a great Gym overall. Reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because of the cleanliness. It could use some major help. I like using the boxing matted area but those mats don't even get cleaned weekly its pretty gross especially since they have classes. My next complaint is the water fountain. If you don't bring a bottle you're pretty much screwed unless if you drink from your hands.

Second time going in a week and the kids club being at capacity because thereā€™s an infant and the parents stay two hours but not enough employees. The employee is always by themself. One of the perks of the gym should be to take kids and have a parent be able to workout. Either the infant parents should make an appointment so thereā€™s enough employees, or just there needs to be more employees. I have three kids and I get them all there and we have to leave. If it happens again I will probably switch gyms. The gym has been nice but I canā€™t always go without kids.

Basketball court is freezing cold all day. Itā€™s been 2-3 years every fall/winter the same sad story. I was told last time to keep pushing the button and itā€™ll turn on. Truth is theyā€™re locked out of it and itā€™s broke. Donā€™t see how all other areas are warm besides the basketball court thatā€™s used mostly. Membership fees should cover the cost for heat. Get it together
