Use to be a great place to live. Don't move here if you expect it to be a senior mobile home park. Not anymore. No security, homeless people roaming all hours. Not a senior park anymore. Now the sign says, "Age qualified." Signs are all over that say ,"No parking in the street." People park wherever they want. I heard glass breaking a few weeks ago and looked out my window and people were breaking into the mobile home across the street. If you're particular about using water to shower do it before 9:00 am. Like today for instance. Count on the water being shut off a few times a month. The water bill is divided by the number of homes in the park. If you're a family of one or two you get to pay for the family of 8 like I do. The signs you see on their Facebook page are misleading. Those signs saying this is a 55+ mobile home park are no longer here. Today is 10/12/23, went to take a shower at 8am, no water until 5pm. No notice. Office doesn't answer phone. The mobile home that was broken into went up in flames 2 weeks ago

This "manager" should be fired, she never answers the phone and the office door is always locked, really bad people skills. I lived here for 7 years and never seen a manager so bad at her job. This park used to be a nice senior park (not anymore),it just isn't safe. More homeless people come through here,than the people that live here. Security is a joke.

The dogs barking by the block wall between this mobile home park and Maycliffe MHP is so annoying day and night. I live across the street in Maycliff (not by the block wall) and I can hear them inside my mobile home. Like seriously get a handle on your tenants and their dogs. I had to complain about dogs barking incessantly here at our park manager took care of the problem. Also the loud boom boom stereos in cars parked over there at night is bull. Nobody wants to hear this!!!

I walked in and the place smelled like feet. There was a blonde lady who was super nice. The other lady and her desk was nasty. That lady made me walk out. I really wanted to rent here but nope. Just Nasty I bet the home would have been nasty. Gross I tell you just gross. I think the blonde ladys name was Julie. Thank you to Julie who made this 2 stars. Please fire that nasty manager and clean up her mess. I bet you it doesnt smell like feet anymore. This was the third time I returned and the only time the door was unlocked.

Moved in 3 months ago. My cats love it, the mice population not so much. He he.....Nice and helpful staff, great maintenance, all repairs were done asap. Quiet neighbors. Only one issue. A white larger dog that barks from 5am to 11pm. At every bird, person, car. So annoying, but I guess I can't have it all. Glad I found this place. Update: the large white dog in number 155 starts barking at 5:30am. It barks EXCESSIVELY at every fly. At every bird. At every person. At every vehicle. And mostly it barks for no apparent reason. Until 11 at night. Furthermore I noticed it is trying to gnaw its way out of the porch. Complaints have been filed, and with this I also file an official complaint .

Hats off to management for allowing us Vets to hold a meeting there. Nice clean large meeting room with double restrooms. Staff I encountered was very friendly and smiling. and if my wife didn't mind I could settle into a well established trailer park. God bless Jesus cares mm

Lived at Palm Grove 6 years. Moved out of State and came back! They are wonderful. Beautiful Clubhouse with all kind of activites including karaoke and Pantry twice a month. Pool, jacuzzi, movies, you name it you get it. Neighborhood Watch and Security. Best place to retire in Las Vegas!!!

It was a real nice and pleasant place to go to the neighbors were very nice to me anyway from where I was visiting and security there was very nice too and humble if I had to go and live at a mobile home park I would certainly consider Palm Grove Mobile home Park clean and quie

This park has improved 💯. Thank you Janey Rood. My mother has lived here for 30+ years. Finally, for the first time in years she feels safe again. Janey has really cleaned this place up. She knows what's happening in this park. Shes gotten rid of a lot of bad people that don't belong here. If there's a problem she's on top of it. We're so thankful to have her here. She's always available to lend a helping hand. We love the entire staff here. Julie is wonderful and Richard is the best. Thank you Lakeshore management. Thank you for making this a good place to be again.We love our little community.

It is an older park in a central area. For the most part they are trying very hard to upgrade and keep it a desirable place to live. However, they do not respond to problems pertaining to some of the rentals in a timely manner. The home we are in is leaning & we have reported this some time ago with no response from them as yet. I would give them 4 or 5 stars if they would respond before permanent damage is done. There is a reason is slanting! And it's getting worse over time.

Loni...a Sales/ Rental Agent made for the best Customer Service experience I have yet to see in relocating to Las Vegas. She gave us a thorough tour of the grounds, their facilities and amenities and offered us choices that included both Rental and Buyers opportunities at Palm Grove. Her genuine interest in finding the right fit for us shows me a side of the Real Estate business I've never seen before. And the Office Staff was equally impressive while joining in with Loni explaining all of the advantages the Park has to offer Seniors and Retirees. A+ in every category of Service! 👍🏼👍🏼

Pretty clean and we'll kept. Friendly neighborhood people. Nice walkthroughs to and from visitor parking. Fun street names like Doll, Toy, Panda. Nice neighborhood.

Just visited for a few days to see if this could be a place for me. Unfortunately I don't like dogs barking excessively day and night. Something should be done about that. Otherwise a nice place.

No one ever n office, pool always closed, vagrants everywhere,stray cats constantly wondering, no activities for residents.

The maintenance man is awesome. Full communication! Been here over23 yrs,no property maintenance man has never measured up since John at Boulder cascade mhp. Do not rent or buy from Boulder cascade mhp gated community around block on sandhill! Mexican racist Jehovah witness property manager whom did me out of my 12 residency in park owned my own homes! He is a schmoozer & liar don't believe him!

I can't stand how these so called new ownership people operate around here. Every single summer they shut the water off for the while day no warning about it and so all the seniors just have to do with out no water the whole day and can't ask the big time manager about anything cause she just locks herself in the office cause she don't like to deal with anyone here.

Staff is unprofessional and rude the property is ran down maintenance don't do anything but ride around or hide the office is a Joke so is the staff
