Excellent place to escape for peace and quiet if you stay during the week when kids are in school. Lovely pool and very good restaurant. The seco de res is excellent.

Like any other place it has positives and negatives. Positives, the grounds are well kept, pool and patio furniture in excellent condition, helpful staff, scrumptious buffet breakfast and secure parking are included. For the negatives, the rooms although well appointed clean with spacious bathrooms are quite dark, it is difficult to find your room due to poor an improper lighting if arriving in the evening, at checking there is no map furnished to help you find it and the campground room signs are not easealy noticeable not lighted. Lastly for the cost of a night the negatives should be non existent. Had it not been for the outstanding positives I would have rated this place a 2.5 at best.

Had to use this facilities due to an emergency. I got locked out of home, forgot my keys inside my place. It was around 11pm and the gates were closed. I had to ask the man and explain my situation for him to let me in. Once inside I asked for a small single- room and got one very quickly. As I got inside I realized there were spiders in the room I guessed no biggie. The curtains were somehow see-through and as I was changing I could see a maintance personnel passing by outside clearly. Totally embarrassing. The restroom was clean and had only shower gel and shampoo in the shower. There was free breakfast with limited options and as I walking outside my room I got full of spider's Webb. That happened again when I returned into the room to take out my things. Overall. Too pricy for my experience. I know the Brand Casa Andina offers better service and I was somewhat disappointed. But well, maybe the bigger rooms are nicer. Just my experience here.

It's such a cosy place. Big, wide, and clean inside. The concierge man can speak English. Big swimming pool, but it's shame it is too cold when we have arrived 😆. Breakfast is normal as another hotel. My pork dinner tastes nice. 👍👍
