We booked our stay through my trip. First room which was allocated had bed bugs literally roaming upon the bed and given towel . After that we asked to change the room then a better room was given which had cockroaches in it . Not worthy for the price

Don't book this hotel on OYO. They are misleading customers with their fake low prices. The website and the agent on call say they are offering discounts. Later, when you are about to check-in, the hotel stuff demands additional charges. The OYO representative, when called, says that the website has a glitch and displayed an amount less "the agreed price between OYO and the property," and they say you will have to pay the remaining amount to settle it. Now, who is paying the extra charges for the glitch on the OYO website? Yes, the customers who thought they got a hotel at a reasonable price. We, the customers, are bearing the brunt. The property owner has clearly explained that this is what is happening with the OYO website, and they got a lot of complaints from other customers as well. He seemed genuine. So, it is suggested that you directly call the hotel reception and know the real price, not the OYO website nor their customer service. The amenities at the hotel are okayish not so great, but I'm extremely dissatisfied with being wrongly charged because of OYO's glitch. Thanks, and beware! ⚠️

Looks wise it is good however the service is below average. No complimentary items provided like water, soap, shampoo. TV won't work. Pillows are bad. It has a big parking facility which I like to park my car. If you are booking through OYO or some other app then make sure about the price or call hotel/property for price because mostly this hotel will ask you to pay more / extra or difference amount though you make payment upfront.

Visited the hotel, it’s located very near to the Duvvada station road, very peaceful location, you find bank and Amul shop at ground floor and function hall at the first and second floors. Parking is at the basement. Good place for functions.

Not a great stay. But a good deal considering the price. The major pro is location. Everything is available.

A good hotel,but AC rooms are not so worthy.
