more than 2 years over ,still they are not return my booking money. projects is very delay. They are giving falls statement before booking,so please dont beleive this projects this is my my personal experience. Also still they are not return refund my advance amount for the last 5 months, they are not responding also. SO please careful.

I wish GR had an option to rate zero star. Worst experience with CRM Mr.Srinivasan who doesn’t even know the basics of CRM role. Neither he would update us anything about the work status post registration and payment nor he responds to our call. Such a rude and worst tone from a CRM executive towards a customer was really a new experience for me. The joy and excitement of getting a new house is completely spoiled coz of such people. Pls go for this project but make sure your house is not assigned under this executive,Coz while taking payment he will say yes yes it would be done sure sure etc etc but soon registration everything becomes contract and he will take off his hand over everything. Irresponsible and Lier.

Booked an appartment 6 years ago,paid 90% of the total price and there is still a definite delay of 1 more year atleast, was told the key would be handed over within 2 year 😂. The work rate is abysmal and it's been stopped for a year now. Customer service agents are arrogant,response from them to any query are dumb lies and stalling. They even have the audacity to ask did we ask you to book this appartment. Don't even consider to buy this mess as this is nothing but a scam.

A good community with great facilities. The night view is apic here. I got chance to stay here for couple of days. The people are very helpful, also the security is very good and organized. Will visit again if get the chance. Keep up the good work.

I agree with most of the negative remarks posted with regards to the project. Though I had seen delay remarks the flat is almost complete when I booked and we managed to come in within 5 months from registration. After coming to stay we are uncovering the issues that can be seen only when we stay & use the flat. I don't want to speak about the CRM team here as they are all liers and cowards who doesn't have courage to answer the customers when we raise issues of quality.

I have personally visited this place. They have got 1BHK and 2 BHK. These are available now for rent and you can go outright purchase of ready move flats. Well placed. Home loan facilities are available from SBI.

Paruthipattu..centre near to velammal school..Around 800 flats available and only 300 filled up so far...

Very bad project. They don't have proper rules. They never following their own rules and principles. I am staying past 3 years. Very very irresponsible behaviour towards the owners even though their legal officials.

Amazing society in Avadi very near to poonamalle and Avadi railway station. It's on the main road accessabilty is excellent.

Bathrooms outer walls are water seeping , inner wall paintings are peeling off .. So many factors we r facing ,no common car park and visitor car park..
