Worst management. People here are not respecting the time. Simply you need to wait for whole day. They are not working for patients. For simple checkup they are making us to wait for long time. Eye check up is very pathetic. There is no doctor available. One helper only taking the test. Except TMT, everywhere I had bad experience. Avoid if possible.

I went to the clinic for health check up and they responded very well. Especially Dietician Pavithra Velu . She is go to girl . Carefully listening to us and responding very polite and nice manner . She is reachable for any of your doubts at any time. Keep up the good work by Sam.

I recently visited the lab for general check up, i had a full satisfaction in terms of time management , hygiene, listening and hospitality.. Mainly I appreciate kanimozhi who did tmt test, clearly explained and guided me and also dietician pavithra ,she took good time to explain and motivated me. Both were very humble . Over all it was satisfactory and happy

Dr. Yashod Reddy is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of my health, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. Dr. Yashod did a great job with my first ever health exam for an employment fitness. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and too friendly.
Later comes the terrific experience, I was tested + for covid during the second wave, he made sure that I am not panicking & made me comfortable explaining how the next days in that course would be. He appointed a nurse to check my status every now & then.

My whole family tested + (No vaccinations), Reading different articles in google, I was totally devastated. For every blood test we do, I immediately share him the reports . He made sure to respond/ treat us with right medications by going through the details. As I was out of my mind he shared his contact to connect him if there is any health concern & ensured my emotional well being. In spite of his tight schedule, he made sure to attend my calls when ever there is a need. Appreciate this Doctor for taking time to go over the diagnosis clearly and treatment options. Definitely, He is Mr.Cool who keeps everyone else Cool. 
I then recommended him for my near & dear ones. Trust me, people across different cities took a consultation from him for different issues. He is definitely a lucky mascot, He makes any health issues to nothing by right course of treatment.

Above all, he never orders for something until & unless it is really necessary. His passion on this divine profession is so evident, he does justice to every other patient he attends. He is such a selfless doctor who goes any extra mile for the wellness of the patient.

Undoubtedly, Dr.Yashod Reddy is a godsend. Highly recommended.

Worst experience doing master health check up. Only good thing was blood collection person was efficient and quick. After that everything was downhill. Waited for 1 hour before any other tests could be done. Apollo as always is money minded and over booked.

I went for Master Health checkup. I found there service good. Staffs starting from receptions were helpful in registration and in check up process. Staffs in each lab were also coordinating well and explaining in details.

I have taken up The Platinum health check up package from Apollo Velacherry on 09 of September 2021. As part of the package Ms. Jesindha Dietician provided me with diet consultantation. She explained the benefits of following the diet plan as per my existing health condition. She provided me with a customised written diet plan and followed up to make sure that I am following it properly. Fantastic Job by the Dietician, Thank you. The Dentists Dr Shilfa and Dr Monisha check up/diagnosis and treatment were excellent. Thank you Doctors. Ms.Yanzila provided all the coordination and necessary support to complete the checks in the best possible way. Thank you Ms.Yanzila.

Recently I went for an medical checkup in their clinic, Their ECG service was very excellent and they were being friendly with the patients. Special thanks to Mrs.Gomathi ( ECG department ). Thanks for your genuine service.

Overall service were good and the staffs were kind during my Master Health Checkup. Especially the TMT tech (Teesa Divya) explained the procedure well and kept the environment comfortable. However seems the covid precautions not strictly followed inside the premises.

The clinic and staff are OK. But do not opt for this clinic for covid vaccination. As recent reviews suggest there is no waiting area. I mean literally no place to stand as well. And from 10.30 to 2 you can imagine the heat. If it rains, you're done for. Definitely Not a place for old or disabled ppl to get vaccinated Car parking can be done on service lane or on main road during light times.

Worst experience in this clinic, I did package test for my mother and paid 8000/- upfront, next day I have taken an appointment for doc consultation at 10 am and my mother was low sugar due to which she was feeling drowzy, they asked to wait for the other patients to meet the doctor then will see. Even though appointment was taken 2 days prior and when asked the clinic when doc will come they said by 10.30. there is no proper process for patients to meet the doctor no token systems also. Very bad queue management very poor only business minded people. I will not recommend any one here no minus rating available hence putting 1 rating. So disappointed

Total chaos. They say something, do something.. Took a master health check. Not all the reports shared. Plus It's been more than a week yet no consultation with the doctor fixed. Fed up chasing the coordinator but they seemed to have no regards to patients.. I definitely won't recommend it. Get your health checks done at Aarthi Scans. They do a lot better job

I came here for my general checkup, the staff members of the clinic are very friendly and supportive. One the staff Gomathi(ECG Dep) is very friendly taking care all patients as like a family member.But the charges are little high.

I had prior appointment for master checkup (corporate). It lasted for four hours. Staffs were nice and were answering my questions patiently. Yea, staff count is less compared to the testing rooms. Waiting hall space is constrained and can't accommodate a lot. So do get an appointment before visiting

I tested positive for Covid and was under the care of Dr. Yasodh Reddy, who did and outstanding job of testing, treating and explaining the protocol. This made it really smooth for me to undertake a US travel. Many thanks to Dr. Yasodh Reddy for a great care. An outstanding doctor whom I would recommend to anyone without hesitation. Many kudos to the lab and support staff as well.

Ultrasound scan personnel is available only from 11.30 a.m but I had been giving other tests since 7.30 a.m., couldn't wait 4 hours just for a scan. Otherwise the place is clean and courteous staff with polite attitude.

Went for a first aid. My husband fell down and had a open wound on his chin. Stitches where needed. But they didn't have any doctor for that. Provided only with TT injection. For this we waited in agony for 1 and a 1/2 hr ... Just for a TT. Very low man power. Not fit for emergency. If u have half a day free u can go for a visit with some snaks and water

The clinic is doing whole body Health check. Was able to complete all tests in around 3 hrs on a week day. Results came next day itself. Reception personnel, Doctors and nurses were cordial and ready to assist in all possible ways. Infact Doctors / Dietitian were sharing their mobile contacts and ready to clarify any doubts. The Apollo app is good too where the results are uploaded. Overall satisfactory with my decision to choose this place for Master health check. Good to see the most function of the clinic is handled by women…Good job team!

Worst clinic, there is no proper token system and no queue for testing, no proper way of response you will get from reception. I wasted my whole day in this clinic. Don't waste your time and money. I have been waiting for TMT test from morning 10.30 A.M and they informed 15 mins more I will be next patient by 11.40 ...I am asking them back by 12.15 they said again 15 mins but they calling different people for testing if we ask they will say they billed earlier than you but they have not waited in queue from morning there is no proper management in this clinic Worst place if u planned to do TMC or ECO don't waste your time and money in such clinic...

Went for Health Check-up. Worst maintenance and staff are yelling at every one. No process is been followed. Most of the doctors are late, and if you plan your health check here, you better take one day off if it is a working day. Better, don't visit here for health check-up...

Highly recommended the dental clinic present in this branch. Very skilled and professional team of doctors. They fixed my numerous dental problems with great care and at a pace I'm comfortable with. Cannot stress enough how happy I am for having chosen to come here instead of the 4 other dental clinics present on the same road.

One of the worst clinics. I have visited this clinic few times in the past and recently for health check up. This is one of the poorly administered clinic. They don't respect your time. Doctors never come on time, you have to wait for long and you will be finally told that the doctor will not come as he is stuck in an emergency in another hospital.

Worst receptionists ever. I am fed up with Lady receptionists named Gautami and Sonia in velachery Apollo. They just like that disconnect the call ,n number of times, for their personal time.. Totally frustrated with the service and empathy they hold , in such a reputed hospital .. My suggestion is to monitor their responses to the patients who call them for reports and for booking consultations. They reply very rude to the patients over phone and most of the time they disconnect the call. t's not a government hospital to wait for 30 days to get the reports . We pay premium for the health care and it's basic to expect a decent response from hospital end as well. Please be mindful of whom you employ as a front desk staff. Management, it's high time for you to look in to it..

Very worst management. Need to spend 1hr waiting for each test even if you have appointment. It took me 4 hrs for blood test, Scan, x-ray, TMT. No proper que management. Simply shuffle files without any order.

Service is good. Staffs are polite and very helpful. For master health checkup on weekends contact clinic and try to come before 8.00 A.M. if you need to complete the test in 3 to 4 hrs.

Took master health check up here recently. All the staff were kind. Mrs Saraswathi part of treadmill test was exceptionally helpful for my tests. Recommended to visit.

They took all the test within short time and Laxmi was guiding and supporting throughout ECG process in better way.

Only brand name is there. Shortage of manpower (who knows their job perfectly) I went for annual medical checkup of myself and my wife, I strongly felt lack in system/process. Not recommended to go there. Better to directly to Apollo Hospital, it is just clinic.

Clinic staffs are friendly especially Mr. Mahesh and Gowthami. Dentist Monisha treatment is so good. very clean and clinic restrooms are well maintained !! consultation Rooms are also clean. Big salute for house keeping staff. Phlebotomist and Radiologist guided well. Thank you Apollo Velachery.

I came for medical checkup through corporate package which covers complimentary breakfast. I didnt told about it neither in reception nor during blood sample collection. While leaving after 3 hours, they clarified complimentary breakfast on enquiring about it. Dental was a miss as the person didn’t inform that was part of the package and again while leaving after waiting 2 hours. WORST service..

I went for an immense painful teeth yesterday and i was taken utmost care and was able to treat it without any delay! All the members of the team were very well coordinated and i would really recommend this clinic! I even got my followup call which was very impressive! Kudos to the team!

Apollo specialists are good in terms consultation and procedures.They got all equipments and good facility. Especially dietician Pavithra was so good in explaining the diet control. Also the ECG and thread mill experience was good and made ease by the help of the staff.

Patient appointments are not properly handled, even booked a week prior and visiting on the scheduled time still have to wait for several hours. No priority for the pre booked patients. Error Blood samples collection - ensure they are sticking right labels with your name, sometime without verifying sticking other patient name, which will mis lead the entire MHC results. Don't have dedicated doctors, assigned based on the appointment. Overall everyone is irresponsible here.

The staff over here are very helpful. I came here on a Saturday. Though there are many people visiting here on weekend they are helpful. Saraswathi, assisted me during the Tred mill testing. She is helpful during the test and frequently asked me about my state during the testing process. All the staff over here are helpful and tried to finish all the tests as soon as possible.

I was tensed doing my full body test. But when I entered into the centre I felt comfortable with the staffs,admin n mainly Lakshmi maam. She handled all the test so smoothly wit a smiling face. I had recently went to Apollo Clinic to have Master health check up. The Clinic atmosphere was very much clean. All the tests were completed in 3.5 Hrs which is quite normal. Treadmill test which is more accurate on the results perspective. Special thanks to Dr. Yasodha Kumara Reddy who advised me to take this TMT. Special thanks to Lakshmi Sister who explained me each and every steps about the TMT process. Special thanks to reception team who had coordinated very well starting from receiving and till I leave the Clinic after completing all the tests.

Except the Check in process everything is good. I had been asked to Bring the email copy of appt which Is available in office laptop. Management should work with vendors like mediassist to fetch the package details instead of asking the patients. Every Staff were polite and humble

I consulted Dr Pavithra Ramakrishnan when i had some issues and lots of doubts regarding my irregular period cycle. I chose her in Apollo 24/7 app to consult based on her friendly face which displayed in app. I thought she would be able to address my issues. I was not wrong and that was the wisest decision i made. Online Consultation with her went smooth and she clearly explained me what was the issue and put me down at ease. She spoke like a friend and made me very comfortable. Whenever i reached her, she was always prompt in responding and she gave me the confidence that she is just a call away. I am really glad i consulted her. Thank you so much doctor for everything. You are doing a great job !!!

I had been to Velachery clinic on Friday for doing Master Health checkup. Areas for improvement 1. For the high price that we pay, the cleanliness and hygiene needs to be improved. For ex. seats in blood sample collection room were so much stained, I did not feel like sitting there and giving blood sample. 2. Cleanliness of washrooms were not good. 3. No breakfast provided, we have to come back home and go back for other tests, it’s a waste of time. Good: Dental and eye check up worked well. Otherwise waiting time was not much for other testing. Will edit based on General physician consultation.

Pathetic service. No respect for people's time. Time taken for the tests and doctor consultation were both delayed beyond reasonable time.
