Very much disappointed with this store. We purchased a Godrej home locker from them couple of days back. 1. They gave the showroom display piece (in place of a new packed piece) claiming that it was also a new piece just put on display one day back. But after unboxing it at home, we found the top colour of the locker had a discoloration patch (as may be seen from the attached photo). They cheated us by telling lie. When complained over phone, the store personnel argued "you took the delivery from our store, we can't do anything now except for sending installation person" !! 2. For installation also, we had to follow up a lot !! 3. Installation was also not proper. We purchased I Buzz alarm system along with the locker. The installer did a wrong installation of the I Buzz due to which the alarm started ringing as soon as the safe door was closed. For correcting their own wrong installation, they offered to send a Godrej technician for an additional charge of Rs.400/- !! 4. Besides the above issues, the stock in the store was also very inadequate. We wanted to purchase a sofa set, but didn't find any suitable one from the limited stock at the store. We do not recommend this store to anyone.

A good store with a several varieties of products but each with limited range. They could do better with more space to give more choice to customers. I also felt some lack of technical knowledge in their sales staff (they couldn't answer all my queries without checking with someone else over phone). Sad that they never followed on my enquiry despite I made it very clear to them about my intention of buying a 2x2doors Godrej wardrobe! I finally made my purchase with another Godrej Interio near Poonamallee, they are much bigger and professionally better.

Nearby Derby showroom and Yamaha service centre. Wholesale dealer of Godrej products. Customer service is good. Bit costly and they think people ll pay more price for brand Godrej. Compare with available local products and make wise decision. Customisation available based on ur needs, they have own technicians for installation n after sales service.

I purchased kreation model wadrobe at the end of 2023 december month. They were talking kindly and following up again and again after we visited showroom. After payment when asked abt delivery abt how it will be done they told they will pack it pakka as our product and it will reach u on time..but delivery was a worst experience wadrobe was not packed with any layer on top to protect it and it came with many scratches.. The loading persons were handling it too rough..when asked abt this they changed the fault on us saying u asked us to deliver on that specific date and time so only it happened like this and u should have not assembled when it had scratches on it ...they were just twisting ans for their mistakes .. watever the day or time may be they could have wrapped it and delivered it rite..is this a way to deliver a product and blaming customers..if they needed time they could have informed us rite like they could wrap only on this date if u need neat delivery just wait for sometime and we will definitely be cautious on our prodict and said ok for it they dint eve inform this prior ...at last we payed delivery charges assembling charges everything and went and told that guy named prakash who is owner of godrej franchise in alwarthirunagar that we beleive in god and u will pay for ur mistakes ..so pls frds dont order here i have already penalized and suffered u guys better take from any other showroom and not from this guy ..will share my wadrobe images for ur visibility..to much scratches on it and and the assembling person who came from outside was so kind enough and he did patch works for me with nailpolish..pls dont buy guys sincere review and post

It was a nice experience at Godrej Interiors showroom near valasaravakkam. Sales person Manjuladevi could able to explain the features Godrej Safe. Appreciated !!!
