We enjoyed our stay at Asmaarah very much! The owner is an extremely kind, nice person. The house help was also polite and checked if we needed anything. The property comes with a lovely, huge outdoor space filled with trees and plants. There's good wifi, clean swimming pool, a fully functional kitchen with all basic utensils, and beach at a walkable distance. Highly recommend :)

Terrible experience! There were so many mosquitoes in the bathrooms and all the bathrooms were stained!! Very bad maintenance!! Not worth my money at all! Flies were stuck on the food. And rooms were not neat at all. I paid the advance a month back and lost the entire money of 30k! Couldn't stay there even for a minute. So vacated the place immediately, though my family and I lost the money. Not worth even one star, but couldn't post my review without it :)

Awesome property but the upkeep and maintenance is worst than government hospitals. Owner- you should renovate and replace door mats,polish the tiles,change upholstery of dining seat ,c and clean the existing furniture Fans are white but look dark brown because of zero maintenance. You charge on higher side but quality and maintenance is not even close to hotels near station...!!

Highly recommended place. Calm and peaceful location. AC, swimming pool, lawn, garden, less crowded clean beach in 5 to 7 mins walk and what not to have a plesant weekend stay. I have not tried food here as I had multiple option through food delivery apps. We have been there for a party where only male crowd so not in a position to comment on the family safety part. Still worthy place to visit as family as well, if you go for family reunion or 3 4 families you will feel some more safe and supportive.

A really good place to chill or party at. Can easily accommodate 10-15 ppl in the rooms as well. The pool is awesome. Not very deep though. Max depth is about 5 ft. Lovely garden area. Really good patio. One issue was the large number of cats that kept stealing food! 😅

All we expect in Beach House is a Neat Room... as they advised it was pretty neat, Swimming Pool and Rest Rooms were neat as well... it was 2 big Bed rooms.. 1 in Ground Floor and another one is in 1st floor... Care Taker was nice... she made us Tea when we asked for... No disturbance at all... We had a great time a made a big mess...

This beach house is available for rent on the nightly basis. I attended a party here and the place was above average. The location isn't very ideal as the neighbors were deeply disturbed by the noise from the party. It was also on the expensive side.

Initially they will respond well to your msgs, calls. But later on no response to our messages or they wont accept your calls. We will be completly clueless whether they will respond to you or not. First respond to your customers (whatever so busy you are), Remember customer also an individual could be same busy like you.

When the weather is constantly 30 C and the humidity hits hard. There’s only one place I’d want to be in. That’s the all inclusive Asmaarah Beach House. Perfect location, perfect pool and perfect hosts. Absolute delight 👌🏽

I would highly recommend this place for family and friends gatherings. We had our stay recently with 2 kids and place was extremely beautiful and clean. Beach was in the walkable distance. The pool was clean the water gets replaced often through out our stay. The caretakers working there were really friendly and helpful and they clean the lawn area often. We took our maternity photoshoot there. We thoroughly enjoyed. The place is safe for kids and family. The owner of this place was extremely polite and very decent. Since i told her that a pregnant lady is going to come She made sure she make the properly extremely clean safe. Our kids really loved the pool. We will definitely come again.

Love the place. The owner is very reachable when needed. The caretaker is a very sweet and helpful lady. She kept the place really clean and well maintained. Went with a few of our friends and kids and everyone enjoyed themselves. Will definitely be visiting there often.

Place was really nice and good. Budget is also fine. But there is no medium budget hotels near by. Either we have high class foods restaurant or road side foods.

I request the owner to replace all the staff working here. 3k was missing from my friends wallet and i lost my galaxy buds (9k). This was a good place we wish the staff working were not thieves.

stayed here for two nights with my friends of ten members. It was a great stay and the villa was so clean and well maintained by Rani ma. Also the villa was so private. This would be perfect option to stay with family and friends.

We 12 of our friends went for one night stay it was super good property with no disturbance and good ambience. Bedrooms were huge enough ! Sitting out is near by Swimming pool very good ! . Children play area and the garden wel maintained. Rooms were neat and clean, We self cooked here. You can reach the beach in 2 mins walk . Care taker Mr.Bahadur wel supported for us. Over all very good stay.

The pool is great. Rooms are okay. No remote for the aircon. The beach house is little run down. Don't expect super clean atmosphere. Don't order food with the person that the booking agent refers to. The food was average.. and you end up ordering more than you need. We ended up wasting a lot. Best is drive out and buy or order swiggy or Zomato.

We 14 of our friends went for one night stay it was super good property with no disturbance and good ambience. Bedrooms were huge enough ! Swimming pool is aside to dining very good ! You can reach beach in 5 mins walk but it’s Teribly crowded Over all good stay. For self cook kitchen is so so only and there is a lady care taker Rani Amma support is so good .

An amazing place to hang out with friends and family. Beautiful landscape. The backyard is great during the night. It just felt like home. The care takers were very friendly and caring. They kept the things we left behind safely. And gave it back when we went to check. The care takers would not accept any money as a token of appreciation. A beautiful place, I would love to visit again.

We have planned for friends reunion and enquired multiple villas near ecr we got this villa for a good reasonable price .Best place for friends and family …well maintained and good response from owner and caretaker is always there to help u …there are good play area for kids and spacious room it is very near to akkarai pleasant place ..u can use food delivery app for food ..will planning to revisit in future Just one recommendation While dinning outside near swimming pool 2 kittens and some street dogs always there disturbing us while eating it can be avoided If you planning to stay here please come with two mosquito bats .hence lot of trees around the villa obviously more mosquitoes will come it can’t be avoided

A very good beach house with a well maintained swimming pool and complete privacy. It has two rooms and additional mattresses and can accommodate 16 - 18 people. Beach is hardly a 5 minute walk.

Not a Great place for Hangout. Just like a Lodge where you book it and Stay-Go. A Care Taker will be there, who is a Lady. You can get help based on her support boundary. No one cares what happens to the guest. AC doesn't function. TV will function if you are Technician and if you are willing to pay money as most of the Channels are not subscribed. Swimming pool is bit ok but with No Shower facility, No towels, No chairs There is No play area. Name sake wornout CarromBoard available without coins. Lights won't work. Better to walk through the entrance. If you are coming by any Vehicle you have to open the gate by yourself. The lock is Authentic so be careful which can fall by anytime and you might be forced to pay for the entire Gate. As per Rules of house, (Many interesting rules are there to ensure you don't have a Great time there) one of them is Dinning outside is not allowed. True ! What if you do it, then you have to share the food to Zombie street dogs which is one of the key feature in the house. So this will make you to obey the rule. Ensure your safety as CCTV doesn't function. No securities (Cost cutting). Before you confirm your stay, Ensure that you personally examine each and every items over there if it is functional or in Good condition or Broken. Else keep extra money to payback as most of items are old. Demanding will happen for the same. Even if you don't do anything then you have to pay for it. Owner ensures atleast ₹1000 is taken from you, which you will feel odd to argue for it. But for them that is the profit. Still willing to go ensure you don't do ontime check in as that is not possible. Definitely you can get the stay after 1 or 2 hours oly . 20th Dec: 2nd Review - In Reply to Owner's great response for their customers. .100% sure, time we stayed we never misused. Misused meaning !!! Hope all knows when it happens in such place. Infact we never to wanted to say how that lonely place was misused, by that time when we arrived there. No! Don't want to say. Now, can see a point that you are indirectly inviting people for misusing activities. Good idea. Cheers !!! We paid for the already broken chair and hope you have set the same chair for the next innocent guest - in order to get the money. One more thing, Even before the check out, you had the courtesy to let the next customer to occupy with their setup. But sorry we don't want to come back either to such place where our standards are not respected.

We went as a group... nice place.. whole banglow was ours... so its very comfortable...easy beach access.. very good maintenance. Overall such an nice experience...

It’s definitely one of the most beautiful beach houses. The house is spacious and comfortable. It’s surrounded by trees and plants and has a great vibe to it. I came to Chennai for a holiday and this beach house was the highlight of my trip.
