Newly constructed building. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very neat and good.

Decent Rooms for daily and monthly basis stay.

Though they have a big lobby to park vehicles the management doesn't allow to park inside their premises and ask us to park in road.We took a family room(6 beds) to our surprise it had only 1 toilet..Pathetic customer service

Room s and services are the major issues of the and they even don't guide properly to us and even when we call to the manger they won't see and then only say will do it later but they can't do properly and even also the service is too bad and of the one of the thing is when will say to clean the bedshit they even don't do anything so I won't recommend to you all foolish residency ambattur I would suggest you all take another residency for the job purpose and normal also pls don't go the my residency ambattur Chennai.
