We bought LG AC. Avadi Girija delivered us a older one. When I asked the manager said it's delivered from godown. For past 10 days no proper response from girias. The manager commited to take it back and return my money. Committed day also gone but the product is not taken back and my money is not returned. Facing worst experience in Avadi Girija. I like to give minus 5 star to them but no option in it. Literally they are cheating us. Note. Amount refunded. Till date 15 Jun this manager has not responded to take back the product. More than 2 months gone. Is my house is girias godown. Very worst response. Daily we are calling but not responding. We have planned to keep the product outside our house and if any thing happens to that product we are not responsible. I believe owner of this shop is not checking all these...

Girias have wide range of products and models. Representative explanation on the products is good but installation need to be done by the direct manufacturers service team which may create some delay for installation which depends on manufacturers service team. Price wise it's slightly at the higher side compared to other showrooms around it. When purchasing any product do check how the manufacturer service support at your area is performing effectively and then purchase that brand. A dealer should have control on the product manufacturer to sell his product.
