This
is
the
worst
service
centre
they
are
treating
a
customer
in
arrogant
manner..
let
me
share
my
experience
what
I
was
faced
recently
dated
on
15-dec-2023.
I
got
the
faulty
moto
mobile
phone
from
Flipkart
with
open
box
delivery
on
Monday
11-dec-2023
after
that
just
switched
on
the
phone
and
configured
basic
phone
setup
without
any
software
installation
and
then
got
to
know
this
new
phone
getting
heating
heavily
and
power
gets
draining
fast
in
ideal
mode.since
i
noticed
screen
is
always
on
after
locked
phone
as
well.
I
noticed
3
issues,
which
is
mentioned
below
after
this
delivery
in
ideal
mode.
1.
Phone
screen
is
always
on
after
locked
(I
meant
sleep
mode
is
not
working)
2.
Mobile
getting
heated
within
5
mints
in
ideal
mode
3.
Fully
charged
5000
mah
battery
power
gets
drained
out
and
got
shutdown
within
4
hours
in
ideal
mode.
These
and
all
explained
to
service
centre
engineer
Mr.
Pandian
,who
handled
my
case.
From
the
beginning
the
way
of
talking
is
not
in
a
good
manner,he
is
talking
with
me
in
arrogant
manner
and
finally
he
is
saying
like
we
don't
replace
the
phone
newly
delivered
phone
via
Flipkart
on
any
online
purchased
mobiles..
he
asked
me
check
with
Flipkart.
I
completely
understood
about
his
concern
and
I
was
already
spoked
with
Flipkart
regarding
this
issue
for
replacing
the
faulty
phone
with
7
days
and
they
told
like
replacement
will
be
taken
care
by
authorised
service
centre.
So
that
only
I
visited
and
asked
them
for
replacement.
But
the
engineer
is
saying
we
don't
replace
the
mobile
at
any
cost
in
this
service
centre
and
treated
with
some
hot
conversation
and
took
my
phone
without
my
permission
and
literally
hitting
me
and
mr.pandiyan
saying
won't
serve
you
and
even
we
won't
give
this
phone
to
you
like
that
in
arrogant
manner.due
to
this
suitation
I'm
afraid
about
their
customer
handle.
Finally
I
called
emergency
number
100
for
police
help
and
they
came
to
service
centre
and
then
get
my
phone
from
that
engineer
and
handover
to
me
Police
investigated
and
advised
me
look
another
service
centre
cause
their
way
of
talking
and
treating
customer
with
arrogant
manner
and
police
asking
me
to
register
written
compliant
to
file
FIR
to
take
further
action
against
that
service
centre.
I
felt
frustrated
and
I
was
moved
out
from
that
service
centre
with
the
police
help
and
then
contacted
to
moto
customer
care
and
raised
online
complaint
against
this
issue
Note:
finally
I
was
felt
like
ashamed
to
visit
this
service
center
and
this
not
a
right
service
center
to
assist
customer
in
polite
manner
for
claim
and
the
way
of
handling
customer
is
rugged
and
disrespect
manner
to
customer
and
there
is
no
safety
to
visit
this
service.
