We booked 2 double deluxe AC rooms through make my trip with early check-in option. When we reached no rooms were vacant, offers suit and charged extra. In the evening we got 2vacant rooms, which is not having gyser or hot water facility, they are non deluxe rooms. In the morning from 5am to 7am no bell boy for arranging hot water, the phone number pasted in room not working, even on pressing bell several times, no responce received. We were forced to have bath with cold water.

Very risky rooms as they have very slippery tiles. It's very dangerous for aged people. they didn't even think of it.

RATE IT 0 STARS IN ALL ASPECTS BUT GOOGLE DOESN'T ALLOW ME TO DO THAT. Had the worst possible time here. The staff and owners are way too rude. It looks good only from outside. Before paying the amount for the room when we asked the owner/manager to show the room he insisted on us paying the amount upfront and we did so. After paying when we were given the room it was not at all clean. The bathroom was filled with mosquitos and when I asked him to refund the amount because I didn't want to stay there the owner started speaking rudely ad making all kinds of gestures. I told him that I will put a bad review on Google regarding my experience here and just when I was doing that he literally came towards me and almost hit me. He then said "Phone de tera, abhi ke abhi ich phod daaltu tera phone" This might feel like it's made up but it's true that this happened to me. PLEASE DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Worst rooms not even worth of Rs 500. He took 1000 per room. No AC no geyser. Not at all recommended. Washroom are not cleaning flush does not work. No neatness.

Cons: It is located at the heart of Kadapa, near to seven roads, bust and, group theatres. Near by mayura paradise hotel, which is one of the top most vegetarian hotels in Kadapa. Car parking available at the ground level, no cellar parking. Cleaning staff are good. Pros: Service boys respond very late. Rooms are not so hygenic, but looks ok. High cost when compared to other famous hotels based on the services and room space they offered. No table for eating or drinking available.

Non Spacious, Very Poor Maintenance, Cost Charged is Triple to Four times costlier for it's quality. Please Don't take rooms for god sake.

We took suite room for night stay and it's so clean and good maintained. But you have to take care of brush, toothpaste, soaps, shampe etc

Very small room offered, which is not good. Bathroom we can not open our hands free. No gap between 3 side of bed, attached to walls.

Worst hotel in kadapa staff and owner are full angry and behaviour was not good don't choose this hotel this is not suitable for 3star it's suitable for lodge

Nice place to stay if you are going for short period of time. Hotel staff is good and you will get food if you do not want to go out, they will order it. Rooms are good and you can reach to this place easily.

It's one of best hotel in kadapa city. The location also center to kadapa city and the hotel looks and maitainence is very good. Hotel staff is very friendly and cooperative persons. Rooms also very good and also affordable to all kinds of people's. Totally it's one of the best accommodating hotel in Kadapa city.

Provided the room by late night checkin and within one hour, the receptionist forced to vacanting the room and alloted another room which is not comfort. How bad situation in late night, who are with family members.

Hotel looks good and located in a good place. The room which was given to us is not cleaned. Management can do a better job at maintaining.

Location and parking is fine. They charged me 1450 for a single room. But they offered me 1200 on phone call. Its a bit tricky. Pay before ypu stay. It has enough car parking when compared to near by hotel. Since because of demand, they requested me to vacate this place during weekend. They said the room is full. But still online the room was available. They prefer to earn more during weekend. Matter of emergency you can stay in this place. Service is bad. Fruit shop and restaurants near by. Room no 102 is very tiny ,even if u plug in the key also a/c doesnt work.fans and lights do wtk but in cuddapah if a/cdoesnt wtk then it's horrible for that weather

Charged 2000 from Make My Trip. But, the room is worth able for Rs 1000 only. Small Room - Rain Water Entering into the Room - Looks like an unmaintained old-age room.

Rooms are good. Spacious building but under utilised. Parking space for Cars and two wheelers available. A/c and non a/c rooms available. TV and wifi available. Lift is very narrow and very old . Prime location of the town. 2 km from railway station and main Bus stand.

Worse hotel i seen in my life is this only. There is no provision to lock your room from inside, booy can directly enter into the room with duplicate key. Bathroom window is all open.
