The room is big and spacious. That's the only good thing about this hotel. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies inside. Definitely get a repellent or a mosquito bat. No complimentary breakfast for guests. The TV and AC remote control are broken and does not function. Surrounding areas are littered with beer bottles and waste. Mats near the bathroom are very filthy. The list goes on and on.

Hoerible experience, our of 5 rooms we booked, A/C not working in 4 and also attached baths are in horrible condition. Taps are electrically charged and flush not working. When complained, staff are rude and did not turn an eye to the issues. Decided to leave at night 11 and found 3 rooms in another hotel and adjusted.

Went because of good past experience. But after going changed my opinion. It wasn't painted for a long time. Cement plastering was coming off. The A/C's and TV's weren't working in any of the rooms. The bedsheets and pillow covers were full of rust marks. Bathrooms were below average. The receptionist was very helpful....... showed all the rooms one by one and left the room selection choice to us. It would be good if government gives importance to both development and welfare equally.

I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel. Rooms are too bad. The cost of AC rooms starts from 1700/- but AC's won't be working. Washrooms are clean but the equipment is not good. The receptionist himelf says that the maintenance is bad here. Only positive is the place is peaceful.

Most pathetic hotel we have ever experienced. APTDC scams you online by letting you book AC rooms while they are not functioning for months as per staff. Absolutely zero cleanliness. Staff was accommodating but there is very little they could do. Surprised to see this in CM’s own district headquarters. Shame on you APTDC.

First of all I will request Google to introduce a zero or negative rating system for this property particularly. This is the place where nothing is working starting from AC, TV, bed and bedsheet, Water tap, flush and list is never ending. Looks like staff are helpless as management is not listening to them. I don't know why they are running these properties if they are not able to maintain them. It's highly recommended not to choose this property.

We were in suite room for one day, no room service, no drinking water. Worst part is dogs inside hotel. Struggled to get drinking water, so better keep some water , bathroom taps are worst. You can not utilise hot water. Entire hotel cleans with phenoil and smells very bad, cost is 2600+gst. But location is prime, morning you will get breakfast near by small good hotel. Lunch need to go 2 to 4 km , we struggled alot for food. Bad experience overall.

Pack all the things you need for a stay. Dont expect any from the hotel. No water, towels provided. No inhouse restaurant Mosquitos were the biggest problem i faced.

Rooms not at all clean. AC leaking water into the room. No timely maintenance. Staff are very co-operative and helpful. Location is the USP of this property.

No maintenance,patchy walls, old rooms. They dint even provide towels and blankets. AC not working properly, no room service. Prices are too high for what they are offering.

Untidy, no hot water, stinking linen , bedsheets, towels, broken taps, should be given to private for good upkeep. Area is spacious for carparking , centrally located

Big rooms are available at lesser price and hotel area is very clean. Vast parking area availabale. Food items are much costlier than otber hotels near by.

I advise you not to go to this place sincerely. Very bad rooms. Only for those who have a function in the attached function hall.Lot of parking space.

Two Function Halls are available and are of 300 packs. Nice ambience with spacious premises for parking, Child play and social gathering.

We have booked new AC rooms but the maintenance is worst. It costed us 2500 per room and no cleaning or building maintenance. Only 2 or 3 staff ppl to keep the hotel running. Staff here have not yet received their salaries from 3months. They say they can’t refund the amount and we need to report to head office. Worst hotel and one of the building is closed where snakes are roaming in it. DO NOT FALL IN TRAP

My experience was honestly bad. We booked the room in a peak summer season and the ACs sucked. If we complain, no body cares. There's no person to complain to during nights. Why? It's government-ran. Customer satisfaction is the least that the service persons worry about. Government shouldn't be running hotels.

Rooms are big. Absolutely no maintenance. Bathroom was very dirty. Many Insects was in the room. Bad smell on tap water. Dog was moving even in 1 st floor lobby area.

The best place to stay in a city like Kadapa where lodging is limited and prices are high. Notwithstanding that it's a Government concern, it's well maintained and spacious.

One of my biggest mistakes to choose an overnight's stay here... A/C is not working Room stinks Mosquitoes V unhygienic As if these were not enough, powercut in the early hours and no power backup... Also, there's a bar right at the entrance..but no restaurant...
