Recommended, as such there is no option in the city of kadapa. Food is good with timing restrictions. Rooms are clean, but linen is dirty, bath towels are old age material. Better to carry your own. Bathing consumables like soap, shampoo etc., are of cheap quality, it reflects their status of poor quality services. Not recommended in general, but there is no option too.

Nice place to stay and have a food. Rooms are big and are in budget . Restaurant serves some mouth licking dishes . One of the best place to stay in Kadapa. It is situated on the station road and you can get auto very easily. Airport , railway station and bus stop are at a distance of 10-15 min.

Comfortable accommodation with Restaurant. They also serve complimentary breakfast. Lunch and Dinner also good. Very near to Bus Complex, Railway Station and Airport. If you want to relax in the evening there is a beautiful Mall just opposite with three Screens.

This is an average Hotel however for Kadapa, this seems the only best choice. Had complimentary Breakfast. The quality of Breakfast very satisfactory, though spread was limited.

It's even worst than OYO Rooms are not clean Thay are reusing the used blanket covers Rooms door are broken Rooms are stinking bad

We did our son 1st Birthday function in Manasa Inn. Function hall is decent and Food is tasty. Especially Non-veg items are delicious. I would strongly recommend for Tasty Food.

The room I was assigned had a musty odor, and the bathroom showed signs of mold and mildew in the corners.Housekeeping was also a major issue. My room wasn't properly cleaned during my stay, my colleague's room was stinking too. The bed linens didn't appear to have been changed either.The lack of cleanliness had a significant impact on my overall experience, and it's clear that the hotel was not maintaining acceptable hygiene standards. I would not recommend this hotel to others until they address these cleanliness issues. I had issues with billing too. We had 3 rooms booked under 1 name and they refused to do single billing.

A good place for a temporary halt . We can't expect much the deluxe room are mediocre has a under lit restaurant but serves adequate meals . Serves the purpose nothing more nor nothing less

Place is nice considering the small tow. I am very surprised due to their enhanced prices which are like comparison with Bangalore..what the hell.. I paid 2.5 k for a room ..come on man . Stayed overnight with family during a transit. Decent place and good rooms with complimentary breakfast. Reduced the rating for Service mainly because we asked for extra bed while booking and also in our subsequent calls . When we checked in they did not keep one for us despite multiple reminders even on the day we checked in. After an argument they gave a bed which was in poor condition and so not used but they charged for that.

Possibly the only decent option available in this locality. Language might be an issue for communicating, the staff could atleast have one person capable of speaking in English. Otherwise, found this place to be good. Ample space to park, huge rooms and good air conditioning (much required for summers as this location gets really hot)

Good place to stay . May be the one of the top places to stay in kadapa. Would really appreciate bigger rooms for the price payed .

In Cadaph (Kadapa) this hotel seems to be decent from outside but the rooms are not clean enough and the staff is rudely unresponsive you ask this guy anything at the reception you get a real cold answer as if it's a big favour he's doing it on you

It is prime hotel in kadapa, mostly full , and good food.corporate clients preferred this hotel due to credit facility. Good also served nice restaurant and blanket hall available

Costly Stay. Not much of a difference between the category of the room. Fridge just for show. It doesn't work. No basic toiletries kept have to ask for everything. Food quality below average. Not much of options in the menu. Location is apt as it is located on the main road. Check in and check out is self service don't expect anyone would come and help you for luggage. Don't book through portals like makemytrip, rates are way too high.

It's a ok hotel. Considered one of the better one in Kadapa. You can say better than a lodge. Rooms are spacious and air conditioned. Bathroom did not had window but an open grill opening into a shaft. They provide you towel, soap, liquid shampoo and two bottles water 500 ml each. Morning newspaper is delivered in the room. There was an electric kettle in the room. Strangely, no glasses for drinking water, no cups, no milk/sugar/coffee/tea sachets. Similarly no hand towel, toothpaste, etc. Room and bathroom were reasonably clean. But there was no routine cleaning done while I was there for two nights. Hotel has a restaurant that serves good food and service is fast. Room occupants get a complimentary breakfast that has South Indian options (idli, wada, dosa), Puri bhaji, boiled eggs, bread butter with tea/coffee/ juice. Overall it was good experience but could certainly be better.

Poor House keeping and poor reception too very lazy people in reception not responding for any services.No service team is available to maintain services to hotel guests.Daily lelins are not changed in room and smell dirty. Management has to look into as this is business which cannot be sustained if services are poor and not satisfied to customer.

Price is too high. we took executive suites, Rooms not clean, extra beds and sheets were Old, dirty and torn. Dustbins were disgusting. We had to change room as the flush broke. Have to repeatedly follow up for everything needed.

The hotel is too worst, the hygienic conditions are pathetic. - Washrooms are too bad. - Doors to the washrooms don’t close properly. - Upon asking the management to rectify or change the room they denied upfront. - Management further informed to get adjusted in the same room. - There are no proper parking space, management told me to park my car in front of Ramraj next to the hotel for the night.

Drivers from other places do not have proper facilities, there is nothing fresh in the bathroom, Drivers do not have proper access to sleep even when coming from a great distance, there is also no proper room for drivers and If you come with your own driver then you will have a lot of trouble having to give your driver to the room on his own....

Charges more than 2 star hotel cost but amenities doesnt match even single star. Icing on cake out side food not allowed to eat in the room that we rent. Pathetic rules. I never suggest this place to stay.

Tariff does not match with facilities provided. Common Gyser switch for two rooms put us lot of inconvenience. Intercom not worked & everytime I called through mobile. When you use stair case it will land you in the Kitchen. Room size is very small. Room service always expects tips.

This is a good hotel offering good lodging and boarding facilities. There is good restaurant offering both vegitarian and non-vegitarian items. Very decent accomodation is available.

Rooms are very nice & spacious. But breakfast which is providing in complementary with room is not upto the standards of a 3 star hotel which they mentioned and charged. Apart from that no other issues. Had a nice stay.

Great location, clean and spacious rooms, in house dining as well as room service available, free buffet breakfast-Southindian/bread butter/boiled egg with tea and coffee. One of the best hotel in Kadapa.

One of the worst hotel ever. I have booked through a third party site and made full payment, still again they demand and charge for everything after coming to hotel. very rude staff and unprofessional staff. They even charge for complimentary breakfast

Oh my God.. I has to be there as part of my friend's daughter reception. The food was great . We miss calculated the guests and count became twice than what we expected. Butyhe staff worked so efficient to replace and replenish the items at a quick pace.trust me it's not so easy unless u have a great leader and decipline and amaziy team work. Very rare to find The combo.Thanks a ton to asantha for the leadership..and Raju for his patience and understanding.

The place is near Railway Station/Bus stand. Not up to the standards. The towels are old and needs a replacement. Other things are OK OK. Not to the money we pay. If you have to just stay for a day or two it is recommended.

Only few parking slots and rethink before booking if you have a car. No proper address from the management for the parking issues and lot of the time you struggle in street parking. Front desk and security don’t know how to deal with customer. All kind of responses may check your patience. Rooms are okay but bathrooms are not that great for 3 star.

Room is good and clean spacious but no responsible person is there in management for you they just gave the key and told is in 1st floor Sir door was locked and key stuck but no one was there to help only asking me Sir please order your food otherwise restaurant will close but not responding about the key that stuck at door. Need to improve management person who sit in reception. Otherwise all good.

Nice room. The price is a little bit high compared to the room. Breakfast is nice. The tv channels are not working.
