When i visited it was raining. Check out my videos. Was so lucky to visit the Holy ancient temple at the right time. The temple is very deep inside the mountain valleys surrounded by Nallamala forest. Very peaceful place. Just be aware of animals around. Not that dangerous though.

We visited this temple in 1998 in the month of March when Brahmotsavam was going on at lower Ahobilam. We went by jeep upto a certain point and then had to trek through difficult terrain to reach this holy spot. We were simply overwhelmed to be there for this Deity is whom we pray to all the time . As children we have heard from our mother how Adivan SriSatakopan travelled from Kanchipuram to this inaccessible terrain as directed by Narasimha in his dream and took sanyasa here. He saw not one but 9 Narasihmas here and did not know who would go with him when Malolan sat on his opened palms and directed him to travel from village to village and town to town and bless devotees. While we have to go to temples to see Perumal this Malolan comes close to our dwelling places with Azhaghiasingar and gives us a treat both visual and in the form of tasty prasadams. Yes there have been 46 Srimad Azhaghiasingars in the lineage beginning with Adivansrisatakopan . Malola aradhakars are called Azhaghiasingars and atleast three poojas happen daily at Sri Ahobila Muth . When utsavar Malolan visits Ahobilam serthi sevai takes place that is Utsavar and Moolavar are worshipped together by Srimad Azhaghiasingar. Fortunate are those who can be present during the holy union. For the infirm and the old dolis are available. When one thinks of Nrisimhadeva who hid in every available space in the universe we realize the extent He goes for the sake of the devout. He is always behind us to guide and bless. It is indeed a blessing to be in Nallamalais in the ppresence of Narasimha and amidst the Chenchus who are untouched by the guile and cunning of city dwellers.

This shrine is in Upper Ahobilam. The deity appears in "soumya" i.e., graceful form. The Lord is always graceful but this location is so named. The Lord is seen with consort Sri Lakshmi Devi. Malola means beloved to Sri Lakshmi (Ma meaning Lakshmi and Lola meaning beloved). There is a small trek to this temple but not as much as Jwala Temple. So it provides both devotees and nature lovers a lot to see and do. Please visit this temple and get the blessings of both the Lord and Sri Maha Lakshmi.

Malola Narasimha Swamy temple is one of the nine temples located at 2kms from Upper Ahobilam aslo known as Markonda Lakshmi Kshetra. The presiding deity rules Venus or Sukran. The temple is surrounded by Nature Greenary. The route from Jwala Narasimha Swamy temple is very rough and tough, no proper steps or path. Also you can enjoy the natural green environment.

One of the Nine Narasimha swamy temple. For reaching here you need to do tracking from eguva ahobilam. It's 3 km walking including steps from varaha narasimha temple. Please find the attached images of map and temple. Please carry water bottles and eatables, as you will not find anything in upper ahobilam.

Visited last week on this place. Temple in palalayam. we cannot worship moorthy here. priest shows arti for kumba kalasa here but this god like priest doesn’t know how to respect fellow devotees who abusing us when we see or go few steps and starred palalayam place. Not sure what brings angry but he has to punish for this ruthless behaviour by god lord narasimha. Money makes things. If you offer money to this priest they talk, walk , jump and do everything in front of god.

It's it good temple and history says Narsimha Swamy teaches to Prahlada here. Access path is cool and rainy season is good to visit here. You can enjoy the nature and temple surroundings. Maintaining well and main moorthy is looks different from other places. Experience the feel personally during your visit.

The pic i shared is the route to Malola Nrusimha swamy temple. It is five minutes walk from Krodha Varaha Swamy temple. One has to climb steps to reach this place. Malola Narasimha means Lakshmi narasimha swami. He blessed one with all sorts of comfort, richness and prosperity...
