Worst experience, poor customer support. They don't even worry about customer money. Very reckless behaviour. Hope they might change the staff who are more responsible with customers

Need to give zero stars. Very arrogant and reckless behaviour by staff. Almost waited for sales person for two hours but no response and also got reckless answers from shop owner. This is not at all expected from a reputed jewellery shop

Improved their inventory. Especially there are two sales girls Devi and Sudha who are quite amiable. The store manager Prakash is also quite good. My only complaint is that the market rate of Khazana seems to be a bit higher than Malabar. Why is it so?

A jewellery store opposite new bus stand in Kadapa. A very good landmark by the way. Offers and service is valuable. A sweet welcome with Namaste is a nice traditional one to invite us into the store...

A decent jewellery store with good staff. They were very patient in showing designs without any hesitation. Also their interactions were quite polite and friendly. Definitely one of the good stores to visit for jewellery.

I am satisfied with the models. But making charges are very high. System is not good need to improve a lot. I recommend ladies staff can be appointed as a host and gents can be at customer counters. System can be like when a customer finalize the item then weight should be exhibited ner them then they should do billing. No refreshment are provided for customers I can see.

NEVER EVER GO TO THIS SHOP Sales persons here manipulate and lie to customers to get you pay high amounts...and If you bargain they lie everything about schemes and discounts and finally try to make you pay to the fullest. If you fall for their offers, you will end up gaining nothing and also there are very less designs available in this branch when you compare to branches in other places.... Please don't go here and waste your valuable time and money.

Worst experience this time. I am a customer of khazana jewellery from past 10 years, i never have any complaints about quality from past 10years.this time i purchased gold earrings from kadapa khazana store it was broken just with in 3days.too much bad quality.they will give gold price but we lost Gst and wastages amount 😢

Don't pay scheme here it's full fraud here
