I always enjoy my stay at this conference center. The staff are very helpful and kind. The spaces always feel clean. When coming here, put in "Kellogg West Conference Center" not the address that is found on Google, as that address is used for the entire campus and will just take you in front of their campus center rather than the conference and hotel location. Oh yeah and breakfast is great, too.

The room was okay, but smelled musty. There was a good view off of the balcony. I was told to turn the shower on for 10 minutes to get hot water. The food was great, but might've been too rich since several people got sick the first night.

Quiet and beautiful location, very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, our room leaked rain water into the room. Still waiting to hear back from the manager, front desk personnel said compensation may be awarded for the inconvenience of a soggy room. Maintenance personnel were very kind and apologetic.

TLDR: BUGS!! This hotel was a headache from the beginning. It took a dozen emails and several phone calls just to get the reservation booked and confirmed and then when we arrived, they still didn’t have the reservation correct. I booked 4 rooms for my bridal party the night before our wedding, and it was a disaster. Every room was filled with bugs. It’s as if they were closed for the pandemic and never cleaned the rooms. There were bugs in the bed, in the bath, on the walls, in the curtains, on the floor, and weird stains and little pieces of grass in the sheets. One of the rooms was 90 degrees. We had to get a refund and relocate in the middle of the night. Don’t stay here.

Front desk service is good. The closures of the gym, breakfast, and no room service sucks. But I guess that it is the COVID industry standard. The bathroom needs some deep cleaning! Hopefully our Broncos will get back to standards soon.

Room was clean and hotel services responded quickly when I asked for an extra pillow. Very beautiful place to stay and confidently located on campus with attentive student staff. Very pleased with my stay.

Lovely location above Cal Poly campus. Friendly staff, clean room, good value, and supporting the college. Breakfast selection was fresh and cooked items were well cooked (not the soggy overcooked items often available at buffets). Interesting boards giving photo history of the college (in the corridor heading to the breakfast area). Definitely not your average college dorms!!!

Not at all ADA friendly. Heater blower makes noise. Very poor ♿️ parking.

My niece held her wedding reception here and it was fantastic. There was an overlook on the hillside, the venue itself was a good size and very clean. The staff was friendly.

I was at the Kellog West Conference Center for a one day conference, and I booked a room to spend the night. This is definitely the worst place I've ever been. The room had an unpleasant "old" smell. I left my box of pizza 10 min. on the desk and it was covered by ants (see pic). I asked to spend the night in another room, at the reception they offered me a new room, but in the same building and as soon as I entered the new room I saw ants on the wall. I just went back to the reception asked for a reimbursement and moved to another place.

Pretty good place place for a seminar. I was there for tech services, and we had eight people in the seminar. Hands on testing of equipment. Cafeteria was nice, front desk was good. Prices for Red Bull were outrageous, $4.50 for an 8 oz can. And it was the only energy drink width in miles. Other than that, no real complaints. Cafeteria was reasonable, and how's an all-you-can-eat breakfast bar for $10 in the morning

Mediocre food (e.g. what seemed like canned corn along with mashed potatoes as the vegetables to accompany a tannish tasteless veggie patty (or bbq chicken for the carnivores). V. good green salad. Decent meeting room, great staff.

This facility is full service. Had a great and productive time there. They are just getting up to speed after Covid slow down but overall great service and very accommodating folks at the helm.

Great hidden gem! Came up the night before a conference at Kellogg center... staff was great- rooms are always clean and quiet! Breakfast was included as well... very good hot food, cereal, oatmeal and toast too! Very restful night of rest - memory foam mattress! Very pleased with stay!

The hotel is listed as a 3 star hotel. Unfortunately, I cannot give it 3 stars. The walls were dated. Okay. There were spiders in the room. Okay. There were no room services. Fine. However, the people at reception simply didn't care. Their online booking system was down so I had to call to book. They spelled my address wrong. They wrote my zip code wrong. They spelled my email wrong, so I couldn't receive any reservation confirmation nor receipt of payment. I found all these out when I checked in, and I specifically asked the person at reception to correct them. Guess what? They were never corrected. I ended up asking for a printed copy of the receipt. More importantly, I booked four days at the hotel. When I checked it, they told me it was only for three days. Well, you also had my email wrong so I was never able to verify the details you had on the reservation! There were no apologies whatsoever. Overall, I recommend this place only if you love spiders but hate humans.

I informed the front desk that the address for the Kellogg West was not the same on the direction printout and she defeneded why it was wrong....ok. I asked for a do not disturb sign for the door and they didn't have an extra one. Why not? The front desk called the room service and told them not to give me service, and room service still knocked on the door a second time. The front door latch jiggled tight and it was hard to get in, even with the room card. The carpet was gross, squishy and kind of damp. The best was too squishy . There's a reason the price is cheap...the room is cheap

Please read complete posting, I went for a Quickbooks event, after locating the building I noticed only 2 ADA parking spaces you'd think not an issue till you see what your ONLY option is, it was a 2day event, in that time the 2 spaces were used by the SAME 2 cars, I drove by a day or so later (event over) & same 2 cars there, this tells me the individuals parking are employees using them as their personal spaces with no consideration for other ADA people visiting. As mentioned NORMALLY not an issue except that the ONLY option (see pictures) is an area in front of the hotel/ motel which is 3 flights off stairs w/3 landings, across the drop off area, across the street, then climbing up stairs, once @ the top getting to the OTHER side of the parking area. I am disabled, a vet using 2 walking aids (canes) & MS. Cal Poly may never respond to this posting but I really hope this helps another ADA person b4 going to an event there, Cal Poly .... what a complete failure. IF! there is another option it's not posted in the open in anyway I could see.

Room had a broken and clogged toilet. We had to change rooms in the night and forgot our coats in the closet. Mysteriously our coats disappeared. On top of that, the keys cards keep malfunctioning. Not so much as an apology.
