One of the worst services I have ever experienced in any hotel or resort. We were a group of 10 people (family) with small kids (visited on 13 August 2022) which we notified them in advance but they still arranged a very risky staircase rooms which was very risky for kids and even adults as there is no handrail on one side. They provided us with one room in the basement which had no ventilation at all and it was really smelly. The roof was leaking and putty was pealing off. The swimming pool for kids was very dirty so all our kids had to use an adult pool which is 5 feet. The staff was very rude when we spoke about the quality. We specifically asked for cottages but they still made bookings for rooms which were not the cottages. I am posting the photos of the maintenance as evidence. The other photos which you find with celebrities are very old when this place was amazing. After COVID there is no maintenance done on this place. It's better to avoid this resort and waste your money on such un-professionals staff and general manager. the general manager was the worst and very rude. He asked us to come to reception for any complaint instead of coming to the room and addressing the concern in front. I seriously suggest all working professionals to avoid this place. If you don't believe it go to room 14 and other nearby rooms you will believe. Also I am posting photos.

Best place for a one day trip for family and couples. The ‘valley view villas’ are best to book. Natural view of valley is almost 10km+ wide-long and clear. Villas are spacious, have open sky bathroom’s. Very chilling breezy evenings are awesome.The management is very professional and reception desk is very cooperative. Tents available, swimming pool is working. Place is easy accessible but in rainy seasons it may be difficult to reach due to narrow route from highway. Kids have not much attraction but can make the day. Food is good and serviceable almost all places to resort. Mountain is within a premises… don’t forget to have a small trek to it before 10-11 am or evening 4 pm onwards. Do Ask for discount and grace period. Best time to reach is early 10-11 check-in to enjoy all day and night. Weekdays are best to visit.

Best place to enjoy your weekend with family or friends. The location is really beautiful, surrounded by lush green mountains. Rooms are so spacious, neat and clean. Lot of amenities are available like swimming pool, water park, community hall, amphitheatre, garden, playing area, indoor games, meeting room, etc. Restaurant here is good they serve both veg non veg options, taste is also good. Staff is friendly and polite. Overall it was superb experience. We had great time here. Would definitely recommend everyone to pay a visit.

This is a very good mountain resort within budget with clean rooms and supporting staff. Food is fantastic. Resort manager Wasim is awesome and will help the guests to the extent. Must visit during anytime in a year as climate is pleasant.

Location is good, but maintained very poorly. Rooms are big enough but beds are broken in most of the rooms. You will never get checked in room on time as service is extremely slow. They have very limited staff ( only 2 persons work and does all the work ). There is hot water available, but you need to wait for couple of hours to fill the bucket. Swimming Pool and their mini Water park is full of dirt and dirty water. food quality is okay, but you will get same noon food for dinner just with different flavour. The plates in which you eat, reamins as it is untill the next day. Lawn area they have maintained well. you will get lots of flower varieties there.

Worst experience, waste of money, location is good but resort service was very bad, staff behaviour is arrogant. i reached there at 12.30pm then they started cleaning the rooms and got the rooms at 1.30. staff deny carrying our luggage, Inside rooms basic facility not available like door mat, geyser and Ac not working, even in some rooms fans are also not available. After complaining to the manager not taking any action. asked for another room so denied for that also. Definitely food was good but worst service. i got my first ordered food after 2hr. I was there with my family and friends for two nights stay but checked out in 1 day, even they denied a refund. I never recommend this farm to anyone.

Approach road is bad. The hotel management cannot do much for this since it is a public road, but it would atleast be appreciated if they let the customers know about the road conditions to plan accordingly. The hygiene in the rooms is a serious problem. Kettles, cups, weren't washed after previous guests left. Window panes have huge gaps owing to which pest problem is persistent. Bathroom ceiling is glass, but partially incomplete again leading to problem of insects and lizards. Plumbing too is bad, no water pressure for basin or shower. My two stars are purely for the staff, who inspite of all challenges have put their best effort in making your trip comfortable. And one star is for the scenery and nature outside the room. Please improve the quality of hygiene in your rooms. This place has the potential to be a premium resort.

So peaceful to stay at Vedi Farm Resprt. One of the best resort The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The scenery was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. Many activities to do like swimming, raindance, indoor games, open area to play.

It is away from city and road is terrific. Resort is not maintained. Food quality is worst. There is no proper communication between reception and staff. Service is so bad, even first aid kit is not available. So totally waste of time and money. Think once before going. much better options are available nearer.

Exceptional experience!! We had visited yesterday with our parents and grandparents to spend some good family time and Vedi Farms, their management and staff made it memorable. The property is huge, with lots of fun activities for all age groups (my grandparents are 80+ and they enjoyed like anything). The food, the hospitality and staff behaviour was top notch, it almost felt like home. Strongly recommended. A hat tip to their chef for recommending and preparing some amazing barbecue starters for dinner.

Pros: Great location and delicious food. Cons: Room service needs improvement; hot water supply inconsistent; refrigerator not working; Toilet water supply is not proper, pool and children's slide water not clean. Summary: While vedi farm has a convenient location and delightful cuisine, there are areas that require attention, including room service, hot water supply, refrigerator functionality , toliets water supply , and cleanliness of the pool and children's slide water.

One of the best places to go with friends and family! Definitely one of the best views ever. Owner is extremely friendly and will do everything to make your stay comfortable. Barbecue is delicious by the Machaan. We love going in the pool in the day and play some games. Lots to do at Vedi Farms. I keep waiting to visit everytime! Love it 💗

We are not that satisfied with the stay. Though the check in time is 12pm, we reached there at 12.45, and the room was not cleaned. We waited to get the room for 50mins. Room was not cleaned properly. We informed at the reception but no one came to clean the room. Even the resort premises is not maintained. Food & staff is okay.

Key reason is arrangement of beds & its quality mainly , sofa cum bed. Its either broken / getting dislocated at middle portion. The toiletries, soaps, towels, tea/ coffee satches are not arranged unless followed up. Food quality & its taste surely needs improvement. Location, scenic outdoors are really good.

Disappointing Experience at Vedi Farms My stay at Vedi Farms was unsatisfactory. The rooms were poorly maintained, and the service was subpar – no one guided us to our rooms, and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. The food service was incredibly slow, taking an hour for orders. The only positive was the tasty food, but broken amenities and a lack of upkeep were major letdowns. Not recommended.

Not value for money. Worst experience with staff. Apartments rooms are very bad in conditions. Staff is not friendly, they even not come to pick the luggage. Food quality is good. They are taking an hour to serve the food. Toilets are not having handwash, toilet papers, soaps etc. Ac not working. According to service 5k is too much for the rooms

Rooms, staff and food is great.. Activities are not well maintained...We had been on weekdays but didn't found the listed activities in good condition. Hence if one is just looking to have me/family time with scenery, you can go there..

Okay the view is decent but rest food and other activities not that good. Highly Over priced for sure. We even face water problems in rooms.

Ok place to stay. But it needs to revamp the facilities. It lacks cleanliness overall. Rooms are ok and comfy but lot of insects and too interior. Food was good and service was nice too. In charge person was friendly and able to help any facilities. Run by kind hearted persons. Too many dogs and we saw few monkeys too.

Amazing location. The food was fantastic. Went there on a weekend when the resort was completely booked, but the staff readily accommodated all our requests. Had an absolutely great time! Will visit again!

A wonderful place for family trip or trip with friends. They have maintained the place very well with lush green surroundings. The side location is soothing and gives you wonderful views from everywhere. They also have nice swimming pool. The service is good. Mr Azad is very kind person.The rooms are spacious and clean. The food is also good breakfast also very good and healthy and tasty . Overall, a must visit place, specially for people who want to spend some quite peaceful time in nature. I would surely recommend the place.

We have recently visited Vedi Farm Resort, Solshi We must say it was unforgettable experience in terms of hospitality, food, service, cozy room... All the room categories are class...and the most important thing is that the resort is on the hill station and all the services are very well managed by the Manager and staff. All staff was polite and respectful. Especially General Manager, He is Very Supportive and Humble... And he has managed all the employees well. Machan and Valley View is the best view.also Yoga Point and Selfie Point...In the Presence of Nature... Overall ambience was superb...We'll Visit Again!

I really had fun on 31st Dec and 1st Jan at Vedi Farm. They managed the event of New Year’s Eve very well. Staff is really friendly. My 3 year old son enjoyed a lot at this place. Place is nice, valley view rooms are awesome.
