Found this really useful to clear my left ear which was always crackling and feeling blocked - sometimes it made me quite deaf! I have history of ear infections - and had just got over one, which Vickie noticed - so pictures were sent of inside my ear to an audiologist to check if there was anything which needed further investigation. Luckily not. A month on from my treatment I have no blocked feeling and no crackling, hoping it lasts, but feel confident to go back and remove wax again if not. The experience is not painful, just a little strange, but such a relief to not have that discombobulated feeling of one side not feeling right.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Victoria Close at very short notice, to help with an ear blockage after swimming. She is extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with, and immediately put me at ease. She did a brilliant job clearing my ears as much as possible, I don't think I was an easy case! I love the fact that you can see before and after photos of the treatment and she gave me lots of useful advice to keep my ears healthy. I would 100% recommend her to help you with ear wax problems - a professional service run by a very gentle practitioner - just what you need when you're in pain or have hearing problems.

Really friendly and efficient local service. You also get a follow up report, which includes an inspection on the general health of your ear canal which was an added bonus for me as it spotted a couple of things which I received further information about. Will definitely use Vickie in the future.

I was blown away by the service provided by Victoria. She was excellent. I have had an ear wax blockage for over a week (total loss of hearing in one ear). She managed to fit me in at short notice and micro suctioned the ear and also removed all the wax build up in the other ear as well. A hearing test was also provided at no extra cost.
