I
have
lived
all
over
UK,
and
this
is
the
absolute
worst
medical
centre
I
have
ever
had
to
deal
with.
You
cannot
get
through
to
them
over
the
phone
because
the
line
is
most
of
the
time
“engaged”
(so
it
doesn’t
even
connect
to
the
automated
switchboard).
If
you
do
get
through,
the
wait
is
at
least
an
hour.
Calling
in
the
morning
is
a
waste
of
time,
I
never
got
through
to
anyone.
If
you
walk
in
they
say
that
it
cannot
be
true
(what?)
and
you
have
to
call
to
make
an
appointment.
For
an
appointment
such
a
coil
removal,
there
is
literally
only
1
member
of
staff
able
to
do
that
who
doesn’t
have
appointments
(??),
so
you
just
have
to
“keep
trying”,
but
then
you
cannot
get
through
and
on
it
goes.
The
staff
at
the
front
desk
are
rude,
and
try
to
gaslight
you
if
they
made
a
mistake
or
if
there
is
clearly
an
internal
problem,
treating
you
like
you
are
a
capricious
child,
you
don’t
get
even
a
sorry.
If
you
want
a
letter
from
the
GP,
you
will
wait
for
weeks
both
for
the
letter
or
a
response
from
their
admin
staff.
There
seems
to
be
0
urgency
to
attending
to
patients
in
every
respect
I’ve
come
across
over
the
last
2
years.
It’s
almost
like
it
is
intentionally
made
either
incredibly
difficult
or
incredibly
stressful
and
unpleasant
to
prevent
patients
from
accessing
care.
