Server was lovely, food ..... Not so much. It was all so bland, the amount of salt my partner put on his food I thought he would have a coronary ! Onion rings meat pasta bland bland bland ! £50 on a meal and the most taste I had in my mouth was from a Dr.P zero. (How does that work ?!)

My daughter and myself took 4 little people here for lunch..... It took us a while to get sorted, the children were very excitable. The young lady waitress came to the table several times before we placed our order.... The children settled down with their colouring mats which were supplied by the restaurant. We were very pleased with the food, the children's meals were really good value for money Would recommend. I have a 'date' there next week with a group of adult people 😁

A pretty average Frankie & Benny’s. I thought it would be a good asset to Yate as we didn’t have many restaurants and it is nice to have it there but I’m not a huge fan. The staff are really friendly and the service is most of the time really good. Sometimes I have had good food in their sometimes it’s been average or poor quality. Overall it’s just what I would say another Frankie & Benny’s.

Absolutely brilliant the staff are always very welcoming and always give a good customer service and the food is amazing and delicious, we have been to Frankie's and Benny's several times now and every single time we feel absolutely welcomed and the staff always seem very pleased to see us, I Highly Recommend Frankie's and Benny's I give it 10/10 Star's ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Recently visited this branch when catching up with friends. The service from the friendly staff was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble for them. I heard they've recently had a new manager who as we were leaving, we had the pleasure of meeting. He seemed very positive and was eager for feedback, which we gave the highest we could seen as we couldn't fault them in any way. Food was fab and selection of drinks was great, great for the kids too...smiles all round. Thank you so much team Yate!

Great family friendly place to eat, food quality is always good and it's always nice and clean. The staff are always polite and cheerful. The only thing is that sometimes it can take a very long time to receive the food you have ordered but the staff do always try their best to give you a friendly service to the best of their abilities.

Pretty fast service. We were served by Saffron who was very nice. Food was good. Good selection of veggie/vegan food- including starters and desserts. Will be back to try more. Went on a quiet evening, dont know how things are at more "peak" times.

I came in today to use my taste card never been before , I had rung up just after 9am this morning to ask if I could use it.. I spoke with kelly and she explained everything I needed to no .. not only was she so helpful she was spot on with everything... also saffron I think was the other young lady she was also very helpful and even helped my wife with helping her chose a dish that suited her ! Very greatfull and you honestly made are lunch enjoyable. We will be returning again !

I came for lunch and never been before as I always go to filton, anyway I was greeted by saffron and served by kelly , lovely food and great service they both worked well as a team even with the chefs . It’s nice to see that happening... will definitely be returning to the yate restaurant from now on ! Thanks ladys !!

Went out for an evening with the family. We had a very warm welcome and excellent service from start to finish. The staff we very friendly and helpful with their recommendations. ..the best Arabiata ever. Will definitely be returning soon.

I struggle to see any form of value for money. £12 for a crispy chicken burger, the burger was tiny and portion size of chips that came with it was embarrassing. You get the same meal at the likes of a Hungry Horse for £7. Crazy. Won't be returning. On a side note, the soap dispensers have been mounted with no room for your hand to grab the soap. Well done.

Great service from kelly on tuesday. She dealt with a very tricky situation with an awful customer with a calm & collected manner as to not alarm others. Very professional. Lovely lady. Thankyou kelly!! Will be visiting again soon.

I came in last night with a work colleague of mine, I had a pleasant experience and the food was up to a great standard. We was served by a young lady called Saffron and she was very attentive and polite. I will definitely be returning.

Had the best experience, the service was amazing, my waitress was named Taylor and she was amazing to me and my friends she made sure we had everything we needed and the food was absolutely amazing.
