The
waiting
staff
were
very
polite
and
welcoming
and
did
a
good
job
of
hosting
customers.
Service
however,
was
quite
slow,
we
waited
about
35
minutes
for
our
Sunday
Lunch
to
arrive,
which
is
fine
if
you
are
having
a
lazy
Sunday.
Perhaps
the
waiting
time
for
the
food
is
because
it
was
clearly
made
with
attention
and
each
component
cooked
to
perfection,
crispy
pork
scratching,
vegetables
with
the
right
amount
of
bite,
and
tasty
gravy.
I
had
the
vegan
mushroom
and
walnut
strudel
which
seemed
freshly
made
and
was
very
tasty.
My
only
complaint
about
the
food
itself,
certainly
the
vegan
dish
was
that
there
were
only
3
small
pieces
of
potato
1
small
julienne
of
carrot
and
parsnip
and
2
small
Broccoli
spears,
as
the
vegan
dish
didn't
come
with
any
extra
bits
like
Yorkshire
pudding
or
stuffing
it
would
have
been
great
to
have
more
vegetables;
as
it
was
I
left
feeling
hungry.
The
other
members
of
the
party
loved
their
roast
and
their
portions
seemed
better,
though
again
not
much
veg.
For
pudding
we
had
Brownie,
Mars
Ice
Cream
Sundae
and
Crème
Brulee
which
were
all
apparently
delicious.
The
only
vegan
dessert
option
was
sorbet
or
ice
cream
and
for
the
price
you
only
got
one
measly
scoop
so
not
really
worth
it,
especially
when
compared
to
the
other
'normal'
desserts.
So
in
summary
very
pleasant,
however,
increase
the
veg
and
perhaps
give
some
more
vegan
options
for
dessert.
