My fiancé proposed to me with a ring from Taj Jewels. It is the most beautiful, spectacular ring I have ever seen and I am overjoyed and so happy that I never have to take it off! He mentioned not getting a chance to fully resize before the date he hoped to propose so it was initially quite small. We had one free resizing option. The team did say to allow 7-10 working days for the resizing, so I was quite sad knowing I’d have to give my ring away for a while. However, my ring was sent to the workshop on Friday and I got it back on the Tuesday! I am a very happy bride to be and would 100% recommend Taj Jewels to all my friends/family members and anybody who asks’! Thank you so much to the team!!

Me and my partner ordered a bespoke engagement ring from Taj Jewels and all I can say to describe it is…..WOW!! We are both absolutely thrilled to pieces with how beautifully stunning the ring turned out 🤩 This was our first experience of ordering jewellery this way and it was a very smooth experience. Everything was done through WhatsApp but they really did make us feel special. They captured exactly how we wanted it and much, much more! We would most definitely recommend them. Wow I’m speechless!!! Iv just purchased a diamond ring as a gift for my wife for our first anniversary and I have to say the service from Taj Jewels has been out off this world. I was sceptical at first as I seen the company on Instagram and there rings looked amazing so I thought I’d give them I go. I got in touch to enquire about a ring and Arjun was more then happy to go threw options with me. I settled on a 2.37ct VVS2 emerald cut lab grown diamond and was assured the ring would be ready before our anniversary which was 3 weeks away. The ring arrived today 3 days early and it’s even better then I ever imagined. I just want to thank Arjun for making this happen with such short notice he delivered, any questions where answered promptly and the whole process was really smooth. Sending such a sum off money upfront before receiving any item was abit scary but Arjun put me at ease and wow I’m so glad I choose this company they have gone above and beyond for me. I can’t wait till the Mrs sees it. Thank you once again guys.

The service has been absolutely amazing at Taj Jewels, I was helped to pick out the best ring for me and my budget. The ring was then delivered the following week as promised. It’s so stunning I can’t stop starring at it! The service was 10/10 and I would definitely buy from here again.

Incredibly disappointing experience with Taj Jewellers, I would very strongly warn anyone using their service to triple check what they receive. We went into store in mid October to pick out a wedding ring for my husband, he chose a 22ct gold bevelled ring. The sales advisor tried to sell us 18ct but my husband was particular in what he wanted. He measured his ring size and the sales advisor calculated it would be 14 grams and ready for collection within 5-6 weeks. We paid half the money and left happy. From then on, it has been an absolutely ridiculous experience. Firstly, the ring was not available for collection until late December, which we understood because of the build up to the holiday season. Customer service was horrendous and it was difficult to get a straight answer. After that, when it was ready for collection my husband went in store and tried it on. As soon as he was handed it by the advisor, he realised this was no where near the agreed weight. He asked the advisor to weigh it and it was 5.8 grams. We were astonished to say the least. Such a reputable store tried to give us something that was less than half the agreed weight, and also charge us the same amount as 14 grams. Thankfully my husband weighed it otherwise we would’ve walked away with something that wasn’t even close to what we wanted. The advisor did not weigh it themselves. Their apologies were disingenuous and just ridiculous. A quality check after manufacture should have picked up on this. Even considering this, my husband really liked the design of the ring so we decided to give them another chance. They said in store they could redo it. And once again, they managed to disappoint even further. Getting someone to call you back is impossible, like banging your head against a brick wall. Eventually we spoke to someone on the phone about next steps in getting the ring made and we were told that they could not guarantee the weight nor the estimated date of collection. I mean what a joke. We have been waiting since October - having paid half of money and now we’re told it’s not possible and a manufacturer error(?). Honestly, I will make sure to tell everyone I know to never go near Taj Jewels - they have shown they care nothing of customer service or quality assurance.

Had an awful customer service experience recently. I went to Taj Jewels with my family in search of an Asian bridal gold set. We had a lady who was very smiley and helpful. Unfortunately, her manager was the total opposite (shorter, chubby man. Not to confused with the nice chap on rings). Anyway, this guy was very passive aggressive, and suggesting we were time wasters - I'm not sure why, because we needed to buy a set. He told us to go to every gold shop in Southall, do our research and then come back to him. We weren't even haggling about price. It was a really odd sales tactic. We eventually did get a bridal set, but not from Taj Jewels! I'd suggest avoiding this place. It's a shame for whoever the owner of this store is, because clearly they've worked hard to build a solid reputation. Birmingham, Manchester, and Leicester are all better places for gold - better prices and MUCH better customer service.

I purchased an engagement ring from Taj back in April and their service was outstanding. From the minute I arrived to the minute I collected the ring I felt safe and secure that I was going to be getting the perfect ring. The process was so easy, simply showing them an image of another ring and telling them how I wanted it adapted and they have it done in minutes. Couldn’t be happier.

We had been following the page for a few years and had read all the amazing feedback and reviews. I knew that there would be no better present to get my wife for our 10 year anniversary than a ring from Taj Jewels. Dipak, one of the diamond experts, was amazing and helped us pick the perfect ring! We had picked the ring design after trying countless rings in various designs before we picked THE one- the whole team were very patient and helped answer each and every one of our questions. Once the ring was picked, it was quickly re-sized and was ready to pick up in only 5 days Great range of designs on all bespoke pieces of jewellery on offer!

My experience at Taj jewels has been excellent from start to finish, not only did they answer every question I had, but they patiently showed me many of their wonderful options. And when I finally bought an engagement ring, and bought back to re-size, it was not possible to re-size to our measurements so instead they offered to make us a new ring free of charge.

When collecting the ring, the service was outstanding and they made sure that I felt comfortable with everything before I made the decision to purchase the right ring for my partner. I could not fault them for any part of the process. My partner and I decided to visit after the great reviews and we wanted for me to choose my engagement ring. The service was exceptional, they walked us through our options, were very accommodating and tried to get us what we wanted within our budget. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. I took my engagement ring back to Taj Jewels for repair as I accidentally knocked it and setting of my diamond mis-aligned. The staff are so friendly and understanding. So happy that they were able to accommodate and take it in for repair. When I received my ring back, it was sparkling like brand new. Thank you so much for looking after me and repairing my ring. Where to begin, Taj Jewels truly is the best no doubt about it. I booked an appointment and visited the store I was looking for an engagement ring and wedding band but that was about all I knew the entire staff were great they gave me some excellent suggestions and their knowledge was second to none. After a lot of exploration on styles, materials and diamonds I found what I thought to be the perfect ring for my fiancée, I was able to pick the design and more importantly the main diamond, I was informed that the ring would take between 4-6 weeks to be completed and ready for collection, it was ready in 4 weeks which was extremely appreciated as I did purchase during the pandemic and turn around time was fast! I was kept up-to-date along the process and it all went smoothly. I would highly recommend Taj Jewels to anyone and have done! Thanks again and I look forward to coming in again to purchase some more items!
