Wonderful experience with the team at Optimax Bristol, with special thanks to the very welcoming and lovely Paulina and Adam! The whole process was explained very clearly and all of my questions were answered. It was good to have a video call to meet the surgeon who put me at ease with his confidence. The procedure was quick and completely painless with results evident the very next morning - I drove 1 hour home from my aftercare appointment with great vision and no glasses! I would recommend LASIK treatment to anybody as it really does improve your life. I have almost forgotten what it was like to rely on glasses 24/7.

Outstanding branch and friendly staff. Would like to personally thank Katarzyna for guiding me through everything ensuring my happiness and understanding throughout the treatment. Things were put in place to ensure socially distanced customers, machines were cleaned before and after use ensuring customer satisfaction and safety. 5 months after surgery I am not regretting my decision on getting this done! I never liked wearing glasses, they got in the way and it is nice knowing you don't have to worry about forgetting to bring them anywhere! You can just worry about forgetting your sunglasses! Had LASIK here just under a year ago and was discharged today. There is not one thing I could fault them for - the whole experience was guided by a range of experts and I always felt informed and safe from the initial consultation to my discharge. All the staff and surgeon were friendly and knowledgeable and have enabled me to change my life! Being able to wake up and see the next morning was a miracle! Thank you so much for all of your help and support - I only wish I’d done it sooner!

Bristol clinic was amazing from start to finish of the whole process of my laser eye surgery procedure. I had my laser surgery in September 2021 and couldn't recommend Optimax more! All the staff as well as the surgeon were very friendly, informative and professional. I felt at ease and reassured during the surgery and am so pleased with the results! I had LASIK in one eye and LASEK in the other, recovery was tough the first few days but shortly after things were back to normal. I was discharged just 3 months post surgery with 20/20 vision- couldn't be happier. Thank you to all the staff in Bristol!

On my 1st visit to OPTIMAX IN BRISTOL i was obviously nervous and immediately Katarzyna Karczewska made me feel relaxed all the time i was there. The whole introduction was painless and seamless.... all types of eye correct procedures were explained to me and any questions i asked were answered. I decided to go for lens replacement Surgery...as i wore glasses most of the time and all of the time for reading it was the best option for me. My date was brooked for 25th March 2021 in Cardiff. Again when i arrived i was made to feel welcome by the lovely receptionist. In the 1st half an hour i had the operation explained to me while having various eye drops popped...again feeling completely at ease. My first meeting with Mr Kieren Darcy was a few weeks before via Telephone call, when he explained the procedure and asked me if i had any worries about the operation.. again i was reassured and felt happy to go ahead. When i met Mr Darcy on the day he was equally pleasant ..he explained again what he was going to do and answered any questions. Then in no time i was on the operating table and the procedure was done. i was home in a few hours. i was told to be careful not to touch my eyes and to use all of the drops every day. All of my follow up appointments have been in Bristol where again the delightful Katarzyna has looked after me so well. Within a few days my eyesight was getting better and i could drive again, it improved everyday over the next few weeks and 3 months later the results are amazing my sight is clear,crisp and everything is so bright. The following up after care is exceptional all of the tests are explained and the results are talked through if i had any worries they would be dealt with straight away. I have introduced my Daughter in law who is have corrective surgery this week and a friend who is at the start of her introduction. My daughter referred me after she has successful Laser surgery a few years ago .. the extra bonus is we recieve a thank you payment for referrals if the client goes ahead. The whole experience has been pleasant from the start and the results for me are amazing ..the Team at Bristol Optimax and Cardiff are Brilliant and i can not Thank them all enough. I was apprehensive at first, however all of the consultants that I spoke with during several visits in both the Bristol and Cardiff offices put my mind at ease. They were fantastic, went the extra mile, were extremely patient and caring. The service I received was outstanding and second to none. I had been debating over whether to have the surgery for quite some time and am so very glad that I followed through with it. I now have 20/20 vision and I can honestly say it is the best money I have ever spent.

Throughout all the appointments leading up to the surgery, the day itself and all the aftercare appointments, my experience has been perfect! I couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend Optimax. I had laser eye treatment in October and my vision is now better than 20/20. I was a little nervous about getting it done but everyone was so amazing and kind I was soon put at ease. The procedure was super quick and by the next day I was able to drive without glasses.
