Very nice equipments and very nice space good

Gym is having all modern equipments for excercise. They really maintain the cleanliness. The best part is they have restaurant so that you can have meal pre and post workout.

The gym has a good atmosphere and a positive response of trainers in case you need any instructions regarding exercises or anything and in the gym you get various types of machines so you can train properly

I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really helpful. The 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring and have highly awesome equipments....

Very well equipped with good trainer. Good staff. Well maintained Clean and hygiene. They made daily routine according to requirement. They are expert in weight loss and muscle gain plan. Highly recommended to maintain good physical health.

This is an excellent gym with a lot of free space and all of the equipments you could need, across it's 3 floors. The owners commitment to provide you the best bang for your buck is commendable. The gym is accompanied by the Kitchen Diet restaurant on the ground floor, for all you macro and micro nutrient needs.

Undoubtedly best gym in Sagar. Trainer is very knowledgeable and helpful. I was bit nervous before joining the gym as I am bit hesitant and shy but the friendly and safe environment took my all concern away. Girls can definitely come and join here without any hesitation. Highly recommended.
