The SPA! I didn’t thought I would ever have an experience as great here in Moldova but they did it! Worth every penny.

We had a meeting there and this meeting was very kind. The atmosphere was awesome 10/10.

Lovely hotel! We stayed here unexpectedly and it was great. The staff are so helpful, the rooms clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable and the bathrooms clean with good hot water pressure! The food in the restaurant was great - fresh, high-quality and tasty. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. It is about a 10 minute walk to the central downtown area, with a range of restaurants and shopping also outside. The train and bus station are within 10 minute walks too.

Staying at Berd's felt like stepping into an upscale, design-forward sanctuary in Chisinau. The atmosphere was nothing short of enchanting. As for the food? Exceptional enough to make a food critic pen a poem. Our bartender, Adam, certainly knows his way around a cocktail shaker – and possibly a joke or two. With top-notch service and breakfasts that might just turn you into a morning person, Berd's ticks all the right boxes. Highly recommended for those who appreciate the finer things and a dash of wit! 🍹🍳🏨

A bit far from the city centre,for a walk.Wonderful handwrited greeting cards and a cookie jar in the room. Clean. Nice spa on the basement. Very good bed. Helpful staff. There is a permanent exhibition of art in the lobby where you can buy the works of art. It's a smoking free hotel. There is a restaurant too,Mezzo,but I can't recommend it. I will post a separate review regarding the restaurant. The hotel definitely worth it,despite the poor breakfast in the restaurant.

Boutique hotel with exquisite design and attention to detail, using only the highest quality materials in their interior. Loved the large comfy leather armchairs in the lobby, wool rugs, serene and spotless rooms. Fantastic cuisine at their lobby restaurant. Hotel has private car transfers available - very convenient for business travelers.

Dangerous position of the big mirror, if you have children, must take care, not to fall down in their heads. Spa is most fit for 3 people, kind of home level spa, not for the most expensive hotel in the city. Television is not set in local official linguage (limba moldovenească), no microwave, window is easy to open by small kids and they can easy fall down over it from top floors. Small parking place. Come back driving from around, will be little bit awkward, if not cut the double line, which on 8 lines road can be dangerous.

I didn't stay at this hotel, but I had dinner with friends. I can tell you that the food was fabulously tasty (fine dining)

Have been there for a dinner and my first impression of it was great! I visited it now in December and they were very prepared with specific decorations, very beautiful ones :)) the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing, with good music, and the food itself was delicious though if you're looking for generous portions then don't go there :D

I stayed at Berd's for over two weeks in July of 2019. My entire experience was enjoyable, thanks in no small part to the courteous and attentive staff. Everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant staff, truly went above and beyond while remaining friendly and pleasant. Should my company continue sending me to Moldova, I'd certainly want to stay here again.

In general the hotel is very modern, stylish and authentical. Breakfast is excellent and very delicious. However, we were very disappointed with the room- the light was switched on by itself several times during the nights, so we woke up in a stress- what is going on? In the morning reception staff explained that it looked like that issue with electricity was caused by a power surge during the night, and we should just take out the door key out of wall socket before going to bed. But nobody advised us on that during check-in. From the other hand, it is not an appropriate issue with electricity/ level of service in a 5-star hotel with the price of room over 200 euro per night. Hotel is located close to the railway, but far away from city center. Children are considered as adults, and room rates are charged accordingly.

A beautiful hotel in the heart of Chișinău. I enjoyed a day at Berd’s restaurant and Spa. The food was delicious and made fresh from local ingredients. Since I decided to come last minute, there weren’t any appointments for a massage, but I did get to use the sauna and jacuzzi. Vladimir, our waiter for dinner was remarkable! I’ll definitely be back soon!

I had a wonderful experience staying here for a few nights during my latest visit to Chișinău. The rooms at the hotel are comfortable, the spa is pleasant, the breakfast is tasty, and the service is outstanding. I enjoyed the modern Moldovan entourage. The only issue was that my credit card got stuck in the ATM in the lobby bar, and they could not get it out for two days.

In addition to the exceptional hospitality of the reception, Berd's Hotel itself is an architectural gem with a well-formed focus on Moldovan traditions. The refined interior design and spacious, comfortable rooms exceeded my expectations. The spa and fitness center helped me relax and stay in shape. I warmly recommend Berd's Hotel to anyone seeking a 5-star experience and impeccable service. All of the hotel and restaurant staff will do their utmost to provide you with a memorable stay. Super nice location, at the heart of the city. Chill terrace with great playlist that leaves space for conversations. Would definitely recommend it to friends.
