The hotel is already very close to the (West) European standard. Only the classic keys for the rooms (no key card) are not yet up to date. I was upgraded to a rooftop apartment with a kitchen and washing machine. However, the bed was only accessible via a staircase on the upper floor. Unusual for a hotel. But the very attentive staff makes the difference! The breakfast was very good. Note: in Apri/Mail 2023 the street in front of the hotel was completely renewed, so access was only possible via the side street.

Great hotel with awesome service! The bathroom had a heated floor, large fridge, and a clothes washer! Pro tip, you can ask for a dryer rack for your clothes and they will bring it right up.

Haven’t stayed at this hotel, but came several times for the restaurant. Their summer terrace is nice and cosy, very appropriate for small private events. The food is good indeed, however the prices are at the high end for Chisinau standards. Inside (winter) restaurant is very small and not necessary comfortable designed, thus if you want a good table - make sure to reserve.

For my opinion, this is the best hotel in Cishineu for now.

I had the opportunity to organize at Zentrum Hotel a training for two days. It was a pleasure for me to work with them before the event. During the event, the team was very receptive and careful of our requests. As a project coordinator, I appreciated ZENTRUM as a good, trustworthy partner! For sure I will come back!

I enjoyed my 5 night stay at the Zentrum. The staff are very friendly and helpful that was the standout for me. I was in a mini apartment. The bed was comfortable and the Aircon was mostly effective - it shut off randomly a couple of times but not a major issue. The shower was always hot. The decor was quirky and not really to my taste - there were old wooden doors and windows covering one wall. The hotel is well located with various restaurants and bars in easy walking distance and an upmarket supermarket 5 mins away. My only issue was with breakfast which didn't really cater particularly well for continental breakfasts. The croissant would run out and the bread and cereal choices were very limited. There wasn't really any fruit.

Stayed here a week - excellent staff, nice rooms, quiet, central. Wifi works really well. Breakfast - could be better (need more variety). No lounge area to chill out in.

Super nice hotel with an excellent service. We were staying almost for 3 weeks there in February 2022. Nice and spacious rooms. Big fridge and well-equipped kitchen. They gave a chair and a bed for a baby. Very good and centric location. Super tasty restaurants with very good prices. We were eating there almost all the time, sometimes going out for a coffee at Cofemolka and Gastrobar nearby. Excellent service, all people are very nice and attentive, they try to do evrth that you feel like home. The guys from reception, from the restaurant, from the cleaning services big thanks to everyone!❤️ Vika, the first girl that we met at reception, was helping all the time, many thanks and big hugs to you. You are excellent! Thanks a lot, you really made us feel like home!

Such a friendly personnel! All of them were cordial and welcoming. Location is great, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Plus, the apartments are equipped with everything one needs, and they are clean! Warmly recommend it!

A wonderful hotel with unique art themes and designs. I really enjoyed my stay here in November 2019 and recommend both checking out Chisinau and staying at Zentrum.

The best place I have ever been, not only in Chisinau. Pefect service, the rooms are just piece of art. Every room is unique and really beautiful. The coffee and restaurant are also very, very good. Highly recommend to stay here if you are in Chisinau. Also is near to the most of sights & historical Landmarks.

Zentrum aparthotel it's a wonderful place in the center of the city, Chisinau, the room are very comfortable and very clean. It has a nice design with attention of all details. Very important the staff is super efficient, always available and very kind. I'd like to suggest Zentrum with A+++

Too expensive for the services provided. Breakfast, restaurant, common facilities much below average. Not recommended for business travelling
