We had a great experience at DenCare clinic. My son was treated by Dr Mac, she is amazing and I highly recommend her! Her communication with my son was excellent! She explained everything in detail to my son beforehand and made him feel relax. She is skilled, experienced, caring and her treatment is fantastic! My son has had no pain after the treatment and is feeling great! Thank you so much Dr Mac, you are the best! Her assistant Paige was also very kind, professional and supportive. I would also like to thank Emily, who is very kind, friendly and hospitable. She was so helpful both on the phone and at the clinic. Great service, great staff and friendly atmosphere. A fantastic service, friendly staff and whats best is it had the most competitive treatment prices from all the places I called and enquired about! Couldn't recommend Dr Amin more. Very understanding, very calm and extremely patient. Im not the easiest of patients but I was made to feel right at home. I can see why patients come from far and wide. Having been a very nervous patient in the dentist chair for most of my life, I feel very lucky to have found Dr Mac. On my first visit, I felt an immediate trust in what she was telling me and I knew that I was in safe (and gentle) hands. Whether it be for our routine dental check ups or my Invisalign treatment, Dr Mac always takes the time to explain everything she doing, so there are no surprises. Myself and my family have been seeing Dr Mac for nearly 12 years now, and I speak on behalf of us all, when I say that we would not see anyone else.

Scammed me out of deposit…. Called me to book appointment which I needed to pay a deposit for. The day before my appointment they canceled my appointment via text and told me I needed to pay the deposit again to re-book this appointment. I called to explain I have already paid the deposit but told that due to a previously missed appointment my deposit was used to cover the cancellation fee. They didn’t tell me this when I paid the deposit for he new appointment… they apologised but there was nothing they could do so I would therefore need to pay the deposit again. I Feel completely mislead and was blatantly lied to in order to get me to pay the cancellation fee. That’s just not how you do business. Shame as I really liked this place but I just wouldn’t trust them again. Don’t do card payments over the phone with these guys. UPDATE: There wasn’t any confusion my end. You booked me in for a new appointment, took the deposit to secure the appointment and then after taking the money tell me that the money was actually taken to cover a previous cancellation…. I call that misleading

Dr Mabule (and the whole team at Dencare Clinic) have been truly phenomenal during my treatment at the clinic. From the welcome through to the farewell at the end of visits, everything is superb. Procedures are explained, patient care and welfare are clearly at the forefront of the entire team's thinking. From beginning the initial stages of scaling and polishing with Zeynep (who is amazing), whitening, and to concerns about an active ulcer, and then on to a cosmetic procedure, the entire treatment journey has been superb. I never thought I would say I'd look forward to seeing my dentist....but I do! Nothing is too much trouble. I know I can email Dr Mak, and she will reassure and encourage at any point along the way. I thoroughly recommend Dencare Clinic to anyone searching for a team who will truly care for you, respect you, and give you the very best service. I came home today with renewed confidence, a great smile and so much lovely feedback from friends who noticed the difference. I can't thank Zeynep and Dr Mack and the wonderful Reception team and support staff enough. Thank you SO much!

The practice is really delightful and always a pleasure to see the team at The DenCare Clinic. The care provided by Zeynep the hygienist is excellent and my dentist Dr Mac is professional and warm – she has genuine care for her patients. The best dental clinic out there!

Knew Dr Mac as a customer at work and through a lucky coincidence sought her consultation re a dental problem. Had six months Invisalign treatment with her at this clinic and am very pleased with the results. I had not come across this treatment before, which is far less invasive than braces, but would highly recommend it and Mac, who was excellent.

I wish they had 6 stars to give to this practice! Dr Mac is just amazing! I have neglected my teeth for years .. she has been patiently working on my teeth, prioritising what is urgent and doing an excellent job! If something is not perfect, she will not compromise! Having arrived in the UK at the beginning of the year, I was apprehensive about looking after my teeth, having been with my South African dentist for 34 years. I was seen by Dr. Chandni Amin and after having chatted to her, I was immediately at ease and felt I was in good hands going forward. I will definitely recommend DenCare (and already have) for their professionalism, thoroughness and friendliness from reception and up.

I have nothing but praise for this dental clinic. The premises are clean and bright, the reception staff polite, friendly and helpful and the dentists are brilliant. My own dentist, Dr Dipika Khoosal has just skilfully transformed my elderly front teeth and greatly boosted my confidence.

I have not been with this dentist long, been a total of 3 times so far. Twice with the hygienist. All the staff are very welcoming lovely and friendly. I have had an extremely pleasant time there each time I've been and I am someone who does not very much like denist or anything of that nature. They are gentle and always check to make sure you are okay or want a break. Highly recommend this dentist.

I had a wisdom tooth that was decaying and infected. Unfortunately it was taking many months for this to be dealt with by the NHS. So via recommendation I went to the Dencare Clinic to remove this wisdom tooth. Dr Ciro was the specialist that did my consultation and extraction all within the same week! The whole process from start to finish was so quick and  smooth and I felt extremely safe in his care. As someone with dental anxiety, he reassured me and I was surprisingly very relaxed. I experienced no pain even when he was numbing my mouth. The rest of the staff are also friendly and helpful. I would seriously recommend Dr Ciro and the Dencare Clinic to anyone seeking treatment. Amazing!

Very pleasant and professional practice but do not expect to be welcomed as a customer if you object to regular standard compulsory check ups and assessment charges to top your bill up.

Excellent service! I had my second dental cleaning by Zeynep, who is incredibly professional and knowledgeable in her field. Zeynep kept me informed and reassured throughout the whole process. She gave me a detailed explanation on how to maintain the cleanliness of my teeth after the procedure and answered all my questions in detail. Although I live far away from this clinic, I believe that every visit here is definitely worth it!

Dr. Mac recently treated my 8-year-old son, who had a bad dentist experience prior to our appointment. She was super patient, caring but also very professional and in control during the procedure. My son now feels comfortable with her and we will follow her for the rest of our lives :) Already moved into regular pedodontics check-ups. Also, the receptionist lady and the dental nurse were very kind and attentive. Couldn't be happier with the overall experience we had with the clinic too.

All the staff are very welcoming lovely and friendly. I have had an extremely pleasant time there. Dr Mac is professional and has genuine care for her patients. The best dental clinic.

WOW! Over two years ago, I moved to this clinic being terrified of the dentist. From the moment i walked in, Dr Chandi and her staff were warm and welcoming, providing only the best care. Dr Chandi is the only dentist i would even consider now, because she truly cares about her patient's wellbeing, going so far as to helping me along my journey to overcome my fear - meaning that I am less stressed when i come.
