Fabulous place! Compact dining/shopping venue with a lovely atmosphere. Peaceful and chilled. Had to order food and drinks from an app and everything brought to the tables - inside, outside and undercover. Friends staff. Cute little shops in old railway carriages. Very nice place to spend a leisurely Saturday lunch.

We walked down to the goodsheds to have some food, and it was so nice. Plenty of places to sit, inside and outside. There is plenty of choices of different foods to have here. We chose to have Meet and Greek. The food took around 20 minutes to be delivered to our table, it does say please expect a wait of around 25 minutes as the food is cooked fresh. It was a nice size portion and very tasty. It is well worth a visit and for sure we will be going back. Maybe we shall try 1 of the other eateries down there as you can see in some of the pictures attached. 1st time for us to visit the place and we had a lovely evening and will be going back.

Most of the eating places were either closed or not serving at around 8:45 on a Saturday night when it's website said 10pm closing. The bar downstairs refused to serve just before its 9pm closing time so we had to go upstairs to Bar 297 where the staff were anything but 'welcoming, friendly or attentive'. After being ignored for too long we finally went nextdoor to Craft Republic who actually welcomed us in and wanted our service. Save yourself hassle and head straight to Craft Republic for good service and a good selection of drinks.

Went as a party of 8. Used 3 different food places plus the bar. Loved it, loved the food, the vibe, the choices. Nice walk around the island and then stroll over for some lunch after the sea air has worked you up an appetite... Perfick!

This is a multi food site situated just off the Dock in Barry. There is a small car park to the side of the premises with an entrance to the Goodshed from the car park. Once inside select your table and scan the QR code to load the restaurants various menus. You pay via the app then a waiter brings your food to the table. I had a chicken souvllaki from Meet and Greek which was nice.

Fantastic!! Great food. Love being able to order from several different restaurants as everyone in our party were very happy!! Would come back to Wales just to visit here again!!

Great environment but the vendors are all very meat oriented, it’s a struggle to find any substantial vegan options other than chips or a bowl of nachos. Bab Haus usually have a good vegan burrito with roasted squash but this has gone off the menu now and there’s just three meat burritos. Wouldn’t reccomend going here if you’re hungry and vegan! 😔

Our first visit to goodsheds & was impressed overall and will explore more in the future! We spent a great afternoon & evening @ Cosy tapas of which the food and drink were superb! The level of service and greeting was even better - well done to all!!

We booked an apartment with all the pictures showing a lovely big room and spacious. We ended up in a shed which wasn’t what we booked. There were no pictures of this and I can see why. It was new and clean. But it was a converted train cabin. The sink was over the loo so couldn’t reach to wash or clean teeth. The bed was tiny so nearly fell out twice. There was only a kitchen with a bench for a front room which was bloody uncomfortable so couldn’t relax. It only slept 2 but was so small I felt claustrophobic. I called and said it was meant to be an appointment which was shown in the pictures which was over £100 a night but didn’t get anywhere. It was hot and noisy as close to restaurants you could touch it. It’s not what I booked so very disappointed and angry 😡 and bloody expensive for what we got. I’d not use again as very misleading pictures

Nice area, but lots of the shops were closed. The vintage shop which is the one I wanted to go into, was open on Wednesday but that's when I'm at work. Food a little pricey. Nice space. Will have to visit when all are open.

A great place to go in a small group, especially if you all fancy different types of food. Easy to order from different vendors and the food arrives pretty quickly normally. It's also good to have the option for trying new dishes.

Finally got a chance to drive to Barry purely for Goodsheds. Heard so many good things and it's no surprise. The food is beautiful and the stores around the compound are to diiiiie for. So many independent shops selling handmade items, could've spent a fortune in all of them and felt no guilt. Can't wait to go back!

Call me old fashioned but I value my ££££. The Greek souvlaki options are close to £15 !!! What ! Get real guys get real and reasonable. How can you justify your pricing policy.

A great selection of interesting shops and boutiques, with a food court full of highly rated local and independent street food specialists. The whole place has an innovative and enterprising feel, so much more fun than the generic chain shops. I'm sure we'll be back soon!

Fab little place with a good variety of shops and mini restaurants. Only reason not 5* is due to lack of options for nut allergy dining. Pic attached is for Meat and Greek there!
