I have lived in the building 2 years now. The studios are what I would classify as top spec; I am very impressed with the design of my studio. The building looks very nice (entrance, corridors etc) and is kept clean. You will see the cleaners in the building every weekday morning. I have raised queries and maintenance requests with the management team various times since I have lived in the building and I usually get a response (and a fix for my maintenance issue) in the same day. I always have full confidence that the team will try their best to resolve any queries or requests that I have. There is a security guard on duty every weekday night (i think but might be every night) this helps me feel safe, along with each floor being secured and various cameras in communal areas of the building.

The property is close to everywhere you need to go. There's the train station and the city centre, about 2 mins away. There are different stores to suit different people. As an African, I enjoy having so many African stores around. The property is managed well. Since I'm new to the UK, I have many questions, yet the team is always open to answering my numerous questions. Either via mail or at the reception, the management is super warm. Also, a quiet environment. Anyone would love it here really.

I have been living here for the past 4 months and everything has been great! The building is always kept clean and the management and maintenance team have always been very helpful and responsive! The location is perfect for getting into the city, with East Croydon station just a 5 minute walk away, as well as all the shops you need close by. The flat itself has clearly been looked after, with the rooms and bathrooms spacious and in great condition. Would recommend! 😊

I must say that I miss living here. Giorgia and the staff are exceptional. Early on in my second spell living here, ted felt slightly uncomfortable - they checked the frame and ordered a new bed immediately. I can't fault The Quarters at all. In addition both East and West Croydon are extremely conveniently located within 5-10 minutes walk as well as plenty of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

I recently moved in The Quarters, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The apartment was modern, clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay with small kitchen and appliances as needed. The location was perfect, as it was conveniently located close to public transportation especially tram services & bus at the door and railway station in 5mins. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply relax in my room, everything was within easy reach. The building is highly secured with cameras, fire safety, alarm systems, restricted floor access and entry. The staff at the apartment were fantastic, they were always available to assist with anything I needed and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. They made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I am comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend the "The Quarters" to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Croydon.

It’s very well located, with fast connections to both the city and the suburbs by train and bus. Losing the Waitrose was a bummer but we have M&S and Sainsbury’s, as well as a Co-op a minute away. Streets are, sadly, filthy. There’s more civic sense in “developing” countries than there has been in Britain over the last 25-30 years. Anti-social behaviour is, thankfully, rare. Well-built but could do with air-conditioning and / or fans. They really need to change their laundry operator. The management team is excellent. Giorgia and Indre are prompt in responding to questions or concerns. Excellent choice for well-paid singles or couples.

I have an amazing experience at The Quarters Croydon so far. The building is clean, secure, well managed and has comfortable flats with modern appliances. The management is very nice, helpful and they respond to the requests very quickly. The internet connection is perfect. Thanks to its excellent location, it is very easy to reach the train station just in a couple of minutes as well as many groceries and markets can be reached just in 5-10 minutes on foot. I would highly recommend staying at this perfect place.

The reception area is very refreshing with beautiful design, lighting, music and fragrance. And all the facilities in the building are well maintained including good access control to building,floor and the room. The room has all the basic facilities required and I am amazed at how brilliantly the kitchen area is setup with all basic requirements without making it look clumsy. I am enjoying my stay. Spending 2 years at the Quarters has been amazing, the management are kind, helpful and have aided me with my requests with little delay. The building is always stunning and clean, I am always excited to invite guests over to see my apartment. The rooms are very spacious and bed is comfortable. The location is great with every amenity you could need, 5 minute walk from East Croydon train station, easy parking for guests. Could do with some air con in the summer but otherwise I have no complaints!

Had a free first session at this gym to check out what the vibe was like. Having been to a few others in the area can confirm that New Wave has the best and friendliest atmosphere. Coach was checking everyone's technique carefully and respect paid to absolute beginners just the same as to more experienced guys. Your best bet if interested in martial arts in the Croydon area. First of many for sure 👍
