Today I had the most wonderful massage in the most amazing zen cabin in a garden. I contacted Callum for a full body massage due to suffering with sciatica. He was very professional and asked lots of questions about my condition so that he could tailor my massage to help give some relief. Callum made me feel very at ease and relaxed and fully refreshed after the massage. I would highly recommend Grounded health spa and look forward to many more appointments for massage and reiki. From the moment you meet Callum, he makes you feel super relaxed. He is personable, kind and he really listens and takes an interest in you. Callum gave me a full body massage and was just so patient and great throughout. Really got into every stressed out knot I have!! He has real attention to detail and the treatment happens in a very gorgeous setting. I have issues with feeling relaxed and Callum really helped me with this and made me feel very calm. Incredible! I previously had lower back tension but a few full body massage sessions with Callum alleviated any discomfort and restored a sense of balance. He has magic hands and the experience was truly amazing! I’m also a fan of both indian head massages and facials, they’re incredibly relaxing, leaving me feeling rejuvenated afterwards. As for the reiki sessions, it was my first time trying it, and I was pleasantly surprised. It brought about a mix of sensations, and in the days following, I noticed a reduction in stress, a heightened sense of peace, and a clearer mind. Callum is very professional and talented at what he does, I will continue to recommend him to everyone!

I saw Callum for a deep tissue massage and was not disappointed. Very professional and did great work on tissue release especially in my problem areas - hips and upper back. I've not found anyone before who has worked into the tissue as effectively as Callum did. I will definitely be rebooking when he returns from his travels.
