What
a
nice
shop
from
the
first
sight
but
what
a
horrible
attitude
from
its
store
manager
if
I
can
say
that
this
title
is
deserved
for
this
lady
named
Ramita.
First
experience
in
the
shop
with
other
staff
was
really
great,
felt
very
pleased
to
get
all
the
help
we
needed.
To
be
put
off
when
the
store
manager
has
approached
us
rudely
on
our
first
visit
to
this
store,
and
second
time
when
we
wanted
to
return
a
toxedo
as
it
is
not
that
perfect
as
we
expected.
First
thing
-
she
issued
the
refund
for
the
trausers
which
has
been
ordered
online.
I
did
not
hold
with
me
a
receipt
at
that
time
for
the
blazer
though
and
let
her
know
thats
not
a
problem
I
will
bring
the
receipt
next
day
and
still
will
proceed
with
my
return.
This
story
could
end
here
but
this
lady
mentioned
the
following:
quoting"
I
am
not
recommending
you
to
return
the
blazer
as
I
can
see
it
has
been
washed
and
to
be
honest
I
won't
issue
a
return
as
this
has
been
washed
I
can
smell...
I
already
issued
the
refund
for
trousers
but
even
they
feel
that
has
been
washed
"
We
were
socked!
So
the
label
was
in
place
the
items
were
in
a
perfect
condition
and
she
smelt
a
bit
of
washing
powder
on
the
material,
probably
if
that
was
the
truth
maybe
cause
it
stayed
one
day
through
other
of
my
fiancee
clothes
which
are
washed
of
course
in
the
wardrobe...
but
I
just
want
to
mention
that
firstly
she
should
not
speak
in
that
manner
with
customers
which
bring
money
to
the
store,
secondly
she
has
broken
our
rights
as
consumer
as
in
the
Consumer
Rights
Act
2015
section
15
is
stipulated
that
you
can
return
any
item
and
receive
refund
with
undue
delay
as
long
as
it
meets
the
stores
terms
and
conditions
which
we
followed
I
practically
returned
the
trousers
second
day
after
picking
them
up
from
the
store
and
the
blazer
by
the
way
we
went
to
3
branches
across
London
to
find
the
fresh
one
cause
seriously
guys
for
£328
you
want
something
immaculate
not
with
damages
as
we
found
one
,
not
dirty
as
in
another
branch
and
the
list
can
continue...
if
you
expect
your
customer
to
pay
this
money
provide
quality.

hopefully
you
will
try
to
be
more
nice
with
your
staff
first
of
all
as
I
noticed
how
you
speak
with
them
rudely
and
overbossy
as
well,
and
moreover
with
store's
customers!
