I
came
into
the
store
today
and
asked
for
a
specific
item
as
online
it
states
that
it
is
in
stock
in
bromley.
I
asked
two
shop
assistants
where
the
item,
the
first
one
told
me
to
look
in
a
specific
place
rather
than
assisting
me
to
look
for
the
item
or
checking
the
stock.
The
second
was
abit
more
helpful,
checked
the
stock
which
stated
there
was
1
or
2
left,
then
she
asked
her
supervisor/senior
called
Martha.
The
supervisor
said
if
it’s
not
in
that
section,
they
do
not
have
it.
I
personally
went
to
ask
her,
she
said
‘
I
can
not
look
around
the
store
for
you,
all
of
our
stock
is
out’
I
said
ok
so
you’re
not
sure
whether
it’s
here
rather
than
it’s
definitely
not
here.
She
said
I
can
have
a
look
around.
I
recently
went
to
Zara
on
victoria
street
to
look
for
a
last
stock
item.
Their
staff
were
unsure
if
the
item
was
still
in
store,
but
was
still
extremely
helpful
and
searched
the
store
to
find
the
item
for
me
and
I
managed
to
purchase
it.
The
staff
at
Bromley
seem
so
unbothered
and
did
not
come
across
as
if
they
wanted
to
help
at
all.
