Very delicious tacos (the halloumi and battered fish tacos were the standout for me!), and the Wahacamole and margharitas were amazing too. Rita was a lovely waitress and ensured we ordered enough food and kept us topped up with drinks. Prices add up quickly - but would definitely recommend a visit!

The good was nice but we waited 45 minutes from ordering our drinks to the food coming. Very slow service

Not the best Wahaca I’ve been to. The quality of the food is not consistent. Visited on 12-9-22, food tasted great. Fresh & full of flavour. No faults! Completely different to my last visit. A few months ago the food didn’t taste fresh and lacked flavour. Which was a shame as my partner and I had recommended Wahaca. This time round I am satisfied and happy I returned.

A nice mexican restaurant to visit if you are around Wimbledon... decent prices (check menu)... service was good and fast... burrito was really nice and a bit spicy...beef was soft and juicy as I like it...as desert we had churros which was nice and really liked it ... Totally recommend it.

Delicious new menu. Love the Wimbledon branch. The only problem was the shade I.e. the outdoor seating area wasn't in the sun when we dined there, sadly.

Flavour of Food always ceases to amaze me- fireworks in ones mouth. Piggy me ate all this for one 😂 Will always be my favourite Mexican. Service always outstanding. Never had a problem. They always go above and beyond. X

The food was nice, they had lovely drinks too. They have VEGETARIAN options.Due to the pandemic we got to enjoy the outdoor seating. It indeed was a good experience. Staff was really kind too. Only drawback was due to outdoor seating the area was a little dirty and due to winds blowing all the dirt was circling around.

The Best Mexican food and the best service ever. Shout out to my Girl - G who served us. Wahaca is one of the happening spots in Wimbledon . Anyone who wants to a cozy dinner with good food and no prior booking , I would suggest you try Wahaca. My go to with them is always the platter called the Favourites (Of course!) as they just more than enough for 2 people .I really had a good time there with good service and good food. Anyone reading this review - try Favourites Platter and Thank me later!! :)

Tasted really good; nice variety of dishes with veggie options. I opted for two small plates which were bigger than expected. Drinks were lovely too, although took a while in between to get to our table. Long wait but if you're not in a rush, it's worth it. We did have to ask a couple of times about which was vegan after drinks were mixed up.

Fantastic Mexican food packed with loads of flavour, hats off to the chef, they also have a whole vegan menu on request. The plantain tacos are exceptional. For a busy Friday night the service was great, Gi was lovely and very helpful 5 star service.

Popped in for a quick lunch on the way to a friends birthday drinks. Lovely welcome at the door and I was seated immediately. Ordered a Paloma Spritz, pork & fish tacos & the sweet potato taquito. All were delicious and really filled me up.

Visiting the Wimbledon branch of Wahaca and we enjoyed a great meal. We were served by Cristina who was lovely and helpful. We hope to return again in the near future.

Went there with family and friends. Enjoyed the food and drinks. I would like to mention that the staff was really polite and helpful. However, there is not much options in the menu. There are few which just a change in the dip. I suggest to try some other Mexican place if this is your first time. My wife doesn’t like anything she had from the vegetarian section. The drinks were just ok for the money they cost. Location wise this place is amazing just 2-4mins walk from Wimbledon train/tram station. Parking spots are available at next door Morrisons parking. Overall just another Wahaka with very few food choices.

Very fast service and serving, which is what we needed since we needed to be at a theatre performance in time. The food was tasty and portion sizes were good, and it felt like a relatively healthy dinner. Would recommend if you need something easy.

My visit here was enjoyable, with a lovely ambiance and excellent service from Cristina, our waitress. However, the lack of indication regarding spice levels on the menu left me unprepared, as someone who isn't particularly fond of spicy food, while I understand that Mexican cuisine often incorporates spicy elements, a heads-up would have been appreciated. Additionally, offering a side of sour cream could enhance the dishes and cater to varying tastes. Despite these minor issues, the restaurant provides a pleasant dining experience overall.

Glad they’ve reopened as we usually tend to visit the other branch but this is closer. Food was good but the rainbow bowl was severed at room temperature (chicken should’ve been warmer as it was a huge let down). Remaining items arrived hot as they should be. The table we were given was at an awkward place making it hard to call the staff for anything (even the bill). Otherwise it was ok

They have redone the interior design and the menu. The food and cocktails are amazing. G (the waitress) is the most amazing and funniest person. Love her so much

Allergen friendly and staff very helpful and beyond! Food freshly prepared and was lucky enough that they changed oil as I was happy to wait a bit for my meals. This saves allergen contaminants via oil. We had the sharing plates and nothing bad to say at all. They were also amazing with my mum who doesn’t eat certain spices and knew the menu well to guide and advise. Thank you! Will be back when in town again

Great place to spend time. Started with a delicious coffee to warm up from the cold and wait for my friend. We then got a selection of 6 tacos. Each one exceptional. Best one was probably the mushroom! A lovely experience. Check it out.

1st trip back to Wahaca in what seemed an age didn't disappoint. The food was amazing just like I remembered and the service by Dan was great, even recommending a side dish I'd not tried in the sweet potato which was lovely would have again and suggesting the blackberry margarita after I asked about a seasonal version they'd had before. Churros were great thanks again. I went for lunch so I imagine the dinner rush has a busier atmosphere but I tend to like the quiet.

Went with a group of friends; the staff were so funny and friendly, and even gave us a free dessert at the end of the night!! So lovely!! The drinks are amazing, food is a bit overpriced but still good!! Had a nice experience

Our favourite restaurant! Food is a bit spicy but that's what you expect from a Mexican restaurant. Most favourite drink - Classic Margarita, most favourite dish - buttermilk chicken tacos. For more recommendations follow me on Instagram @bgirlabroad

Free sustainable cricket and pumpkin seed salsa and nachos to start. You’d never guess the ingredients without being told. Quesadillas, crab tostadas and tacos were all delicious. Shame that they’d run out of so many lagers.

Service was really good. Downfall was took long to get seated and Hibiscus drink...if you want something that tastes literally like a bottle of tequila and a shot of over sweetened Cranberry...Mojito was good. maybe it is meant to taste like that 😄 Sweet potatoe delicious!! Taco's delicious!! Banoffee desert delicious!! Even the tortilla chips with Guacamole was really good. Interiors very cool and tables spacious. Waiter's very friendly and always checking on us.

The staff here are just so nice and really do work hard. We were served by Isa a lovely Spanish girl, and she was so nice with our two year old! The food was just what we wanted and enjoyed a nice beer with lime and salt perfect on a Saturday afternoon after a very busy morning with the kids at the science museum

I had to change my baby in a fly infested bathroom on the ground floor. The flies were literally everywhere and seemed to be congregating around the toilet brush. I could not believe the terrible hygiene of this restaurant bathroom. It was truly shocking to see such low cleanliness standards. Aside from this - the food is nice but overpriced. Service was good but we ordered several plates but were still hungry and could not get a waiters attention to order more. Went elsewhere for more food.

Went there late afternoon as we missed the Thai festival and I was hungry. It was a nice alternative. The food and service was really good, though I am deducting a star because I was offered cheese and guacamole but wasn't informed there was an extra cost. I had the Burritos and my wife had a choice of street food. We both had a Mocktail which was tasty.

Reasonably priced Mexican street food. I loved the variety of tacos, small plates and standard size fayre. Not sure why I've not been here before, but it won't be the last time! The service was excellent too. 🤗

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and was extremely impressed with the service received. I informed the waiter that I had an allergy. Even though I was very clear that the allergy was not life threatening the staff took it very seriously. I was really impressed.

Great, fast efficient service. Friendly & helpful waiters and waitresses. Tasty food. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to people. I'm going back in a couple of weeks because the food was that good!

Brilliant service as always! We were 5 people and tried the sharing menus for 2: one meat, one veggie plus 2 lots of sharing nachos. We had far too much food so I overstuffed myself as it was all so tasty. Really good value for money too and nice atmosphere, we never felt rushed. Thanks Wahaca!

The set menu for £20 gave you far more food than I thought we would get. All of it was delicious and you could have vegan or vege options too. What we did was swap small plates with each other depending on taste or intolerances. Worked well. The vegan hot chocolate was amazing. The vegan ice cream was well presented but was really too big. Not often you hear that! Thought was just a scoop but was 3 plus a wafer plus sauce!! Staff are pleasant and courteous.

Generally a fan of Wahaca food but service across some busy locations can sometimes be hit or miss. Very pleased with this branch and their friendly service. The kids love the tailored children’s menu and nice restaurant manager :) thank you!
