The most incredible Authentic Italian restaurant we ever been too. The food was unreal and the service was 5*. The chef even came out and collected our plates and asked about our meal. Was literally like we were sat in a restaurant in Italy. The decor is super beautiful and outside was lovely to sit and enjoy. A 10/10 from us and it’s amazing to support these small independent restaurants in this time!

A very personable experience provided by the staff. It was subtle and enjoyable. The chef was visiting every table to build the customer experience. Amazing Italian 🇮🇹 food. The tomato sauce and oregano mix was very nice. Small menu covering vegetarian, meat and fish options. Children set menu available. The interior was traditional and enjoyed the light music that was going on in the background. The restaurant has three sections to enjoy all types of weather. Parking just on the red route road for two cars (after 7pm on weekdays+Saturday and free Sunday) if you manage to find space.

Love this authentic neighbourhood Italian. Great food, service and atmosphere. The best pizzas for miles around. Some really tasty pasta dishes. And my favourite Sardinian lager.

My family are regular customers at La Terrazza. It is - by far - our favourite restaurant in the area. We had dinner here this evening. The food was, as always, delicious and prepared to a very high standard. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere was, as ever, cozy and relaxed. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Such an intimate restaurant. Chef greets every table, staff is wonderful. Quick and personal service. Food is tasty and with reasonable prices.

Kind and personal attention from staff and chef/patron makes you feel welcome and puts you at ease. The food is great, and fairly priced. The standards are well done, there are interesting specials, and for the first time ever I tasted arancini that was actually delicious. (Ah, I get it now! Never saw the point of it before...) Good quality wines, not aggressively priced. Very recommended!

I loved my dinner at La Terrazza! The menu is rich of choices and all options are delicious! Specials are available. I had as starter Polpettine and Risotto verde as main. I’ve stolen few fried calamari to my wife, because I could not resist! Good choice on the drinks too! Friendly staff. A true gem in South London!!

Fantastic customer service, great atmosphere and the pizza was good.....i really like mine crisper and as you can see in the picture, they were looking a little bit anemic. I will order again and ask for crispy!

This restaurant deserves its plaudits. The chef comes out to personally ensure the customers are happy with their choice of meals. The other staff are friendly and genuine Italian, as are the dishes. We were served quickly and the food was piping hot. Children were also accepted happily, and parties of all sizes, catered for. Would definitely recommend.

My wife and I really enjoy eating out. We find a really good restaurant and it is added to our list of places to go. We visited this restaurant yesterday and it is now at the top of the list. From the moment we entered the staff we so welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The Chef/Owner came to welcome us and we were treated like old friends from the start. The food was excellent, and I am fussy. I can highly recommend the lasagne....absolutely lovely! We will most certainly be using this venue moving forward. Thanks to all of the staff for a really memorable experience.

I came to La terrazza for the first time with my friends, i was served by Barbara, she was lovely and the service was 10/10. I had the lamb shank special and it was absolutely delightful and tender. The chef Luiz came to check if everything was okay, which made us feel very welcome! i will definitely be revisiting, thank you for the lovely evening!

My family and I had a really lovely meal for my birthday: great food, friendly staff and excellent service. They taught my niece how to make ice cream and let her bring out my birthday cake, which she loved! Would highly recommend :)

Incredible atmosphere, the chef is truly so personable and friendly. He comes around and personally checks on you and your food. As an Italian it made me feel like I was sitting in my nonnas kitchen. Waitresses and Host were so lovely and attentive. Visited 27/10/23.

Love the food! Calamari is my favourite. Not too thick and light dusted coating! Recommend here. Chef is lovely and remembers your face from previous visits. Warm and cosy place!

We took our 4 year old daughter here on a mini date and they made her feel so special! They allowed her a gin glass so she felt grown up (safer than a tall wine glass), gathered cushions from the empty chairs so she was slightly taller at the table and made her favourite dish - that wasn't on the menu! The team had THE BEST service and the food was amazing! Definitely recommend for any occasion

This is my local Italian and there is nothing to fault about it. Food is really nice and the pizzas some of the best I tried. They really use high quality ingredients. Paolo has a way to make you feel at ease as if you were family making for a great atmosphere. I tried other local Italians (and one of them which I would not name was an authentic nightmare), this one is the only authentic Italian in the West wickham /Shirley area.

I loved this place. The food was first class. The waiter and chief were very pleasant. The atmosphere was fantastic. I can not recommend this place enough. I went 5 other people and we all said the same. Great night.

Delicious food with a good kids menu for little ones. The staff were lovely and service was amazing. The chef came out a few times to chat to us and joke around with our children which is unusual to find in restaurants these days and added to our wonderful experience. My husband enjoyed his lamb. I am vegan and they did not have vegan cheese, so I had a pizza without cheese, which would normally be rather dry and tasteless but it was fantastic. Price wise it was on the high end for a family of 4, so I would reserve for special occasions.

Fabulous on both occasions. Staff so welcoming and chef came out to discuss options as my friend is veggie and I'm picky. Its small and friendly and the cocktails (again, made to our preference) were gorgeous. Food is ridiculously cheap. Go, sit outside and enjoy!!

Was there with my Girlfriend and I need to say it was my best dining experience in years ... Will start from a service which was outstanding... waitress was so polite , communicative she was so professional and friendly at once that we felt like we are in proper family Italian restaurant. We ordered food which was amazing arrive within reasonable time was cooked to perfection drinks were as they supposed to be atmosphere in whole restaurant was brilliant ...I can't get enough superlatives but my biggest treat came from kitchen . When chef start going around people /customers talking to them asking how was the food how is their experience it was soooo amazing ....highly recommend!

We had a fantastic family lunch for four on Mother's Day. All the staff were a delight, with the perfect balance of attentiveness and knowledge of the food and wine, and it was a treat for the chef to welcome us too. The starters were excellent, we had two portions of the special brushchetta trio (the waiter kindly advised that a portion each would be too much food) and I had some amazing crispy shelled arancini with a garlic and chili dip. Next up were four plates (not each!) of the best pasta I've had outside of Italy. Puds were great too, and the wine was divine. So glad we found this gem of a restaurant, just wish we'd found it sooner!

First time there and definitely will be going back, great service with the best pasta fresh homemade sauce I have ever tasted...a truly Good Italian experience and nice touch to meet the chef!

Really enjoyable meal! I went with my 2 year old daughter last week and we were made to feel like royalty:) The food was great, tasty and good quality. The service was very attentive and the staff especially the chef owner, Luiz, was very keen to ensure we were ensuring our meal. Overall, a very good, local and family friendly Italian restaurant.

Fantastic food, excellent and prompt service, polite staff and at a reasonable price. This is a great restraunt, and I highly encourage you to go. They were also very understanding of dietary restrictions, and made an excellent vegan pizza for me. The place is certainly child friendly, has what looks like easy access for wheelchairs, and a couple of parking spots outside, though they're not reserved for customers. My only complaint is that I like my pizzas a little more crisp, but I'm sure they would have obliged if I had only told them that.

I went here last night. The food was great and the overall price was really reasonable. The staff were very friendly as well. We loved it and will definitely be going back and recommending it to others!
