The pharmacy section is a mess... Even with no people queuing and 4 members of staff, they take FOREVER to serve you. They can never find the prescribed meds and they often ask you to come on a different day...

Absolutely appalling. I was there with my child who had fever, I tried to buy a thermometer at the Medicines counter (where people usually DO buy illness related things and medications), I was told that I should go and queue at the top counter (that had one person serving a queue of 10 people) cause that was how they did things now, and was refused service. I cannot recommend Boots less. You're better off to a small pharmacy, if you want to be served in good time instead of queueing with a sick child.

I worked at the pharmacy as a Locum on a weekend and I will never work there again. It was absolutely shambolic. There wasn’t enough staff to deliver an efficient service. We had only one dispenser taking in prescriptions and dispensing, holding up the queue and 10 patients in the queue pretty much the entire day. The managers were clueless, the staff weren’t equipped to deal with the busy-ness of the store and they were happy to leave me on my own to deal with the queue. Shambolic is the only word I can think of that fits. Never going back.

Absolutely horrendous service at the pharmacy. The ineptitude of the pharmacy staff is shocking. I was once sent away because the person at the pharmacy counter did not know how to 'use the system'. Today, I was sent away after being made to wait 90 minutes because a system glitch wouldn't let them dispense the medication, after they had already mixed it. Tens mins before that the pharmacy staff asked me for my address and then handed me someone else's medication. Why ask for the address if you aren't going to verify it in the first place? I have long believed that Boots is only in business because they are open on Sunday. Thankfully I've found a local pharmacy that's open on Sundays, so I'll go there from now.

I booked a no 7 appointment for 10am and travelled half an hour by bus to get there. When I arrived I was told that there was a meeting with the manager at that time and they didn’t know what time I should come back. I don’t blame the representative of no 7 but the manager should have seen that there was an appointment booked at that time or rang and cancelled out of politeness.

Came for check up, one of the workers abbie was super unhelpful and rude. she kept shouting at her coworker when i was present. very unprofessional and choaotic.

Couldn't find/didn't come across shop floor attendants. Things are so logically displayed that you might not need much assistance, anyway. Peace is what descends on you here. I felt it in-store and it followed me out into the mall. I hope to shop here again, surely

i went into boots for a lipstick. when i went to pay i was greeted by two girls behind the counter. they were the sweetest people. struck up conversation and complimented my hair. i wish i got their names so i could tell the manager how friendly and welcoming they were ! thanks girls whoever u are

Absolutely love boots. One of the few places in London that still does photo album inside and still have the passport photo kiosk and photo printing kiosks. There's such a worldwide selection of cosmetics and toiletries, a baby section, pharmacy, options and so much more. This boots in Bromley is one of the biggest I've been to in London. There is also a smaller boots in Bromley too.

Tried 3 times to pick up my medication but each time told pharmacy was close. Surely on your website mention that the pharmacy shuts at 5:30 pm. And I was coming from work.

Get all my beauty products from here. Great store always stocked up. Didn't get 5 stars because the waiting lines to be served is beyond ridiculous. They need more workers in the tills rather the floating trying to look busy.

I had just got bad service with the customer advisor named JENNIFER at 3.25pm Tue. When made payment, she asked do you have Boots adv card, I gave her. Then she asked “pay with points? I answered “cash” then she just took off points. I questioned “I said I want to pay cash” then she argued & complained that it will take longer time for the process. The queue after me was not long though (just 2 more ppl).

This particular boots has never felt right to me. It's a bit grotty in a grotty shopping centre though in fairness I did find what I needed, sort of.

It is an okish, store. A lit of SKUs missing and shelves fairly empty at times. Overall, look and feel is one of a neglected store. Good collection point, for onljne purchase. Pharmacy has items in stock, but not in the system! So cannot sell them. A shame they permanently closed the entrance onto the High Street. One must go through the shopping centre

Nahida, a staff member, exhibited unwelcoming behavior and a rude attitude when we approached her with our queries. This negatively impacted our shopping experience.

Expansive, well stocked and the staff are nice enough...but no self service checkouts and paying takes forever because Boots decided to become a parcel delivery centre which takes staff forever to serve people. If you're in a rush, go somewhere else.

Located inside Lewisham shopping centre this Boots is easily accessible. I have always found the over the counter medicines available here. Found the staff friendly as well.

Ive never been treated with such amount of disrespect. I asked for a product and all they did was shun me and give me dirty looks. If you are looking to come here in the future to buy any products prepare worst experience of your life. Daniel n

I had a really poor experience. The manager was really unprofessional with the customers and staff. She took an unprofessional tone with me as I asked her questions about my appointment. The other staff members were pleasant and helped me.

The lighting in this shop is poor and staff were not helpful on this visit. When I asked for directions after being able to locate items , I noted two staff who were in mid conversation and one staff pointed aimlessly and gave useless directions without making real eye contact. poor customer service on this occasion

Didn't have what I wanted but were courteous and pointed me in the direction of a pharmacy that did.

Larger shop than I expected so well stocked. Has quite a large selection of makeup but not the higher end brands. Sells NYX, some Benefit products etc. Has an opticians and pharmacy. Stocks baby products, large section of shampoo/conditioner, hair dye, different hair products, and a lot more! The shop assistant was very helpful when I needed advice of face wash.

Everything is considerably more expensive than elsewhere. Store layout is confusing. Prices aren't put on all products - normally the more expensive products don't have prices so going to the till can be a shock

Decent boots but the pharmacy opening hours are really difficult. Have come so many times when the shop is open but the pharmacy is long closed. Used to be so much better. Please bring back your old opening times.
