Autumn
leaf
cafe
is
one
of
those
places
which
has
been
made
popular
by
Insta...
And
you
can
see
why:
the
outside
seating
has
a
very
rustic,
back-to-the-nature
sort
of
vibe
(which
makes
for
very
good
photos)
:
though
they
should
probably
do
a
cleanup
of
leaves
fallen
on
their
pavillion
canopy
in
the
corner.
Seating
outside
at
night
however
comes
with
a
lot
of
mosquitoes...
And
the
coils
they
put
outside
don't
really
help
-
in
fact
spoil
the
atmosphere
somewhat.
Also,
they
ask
you
to
shift
inside
at
9pm
-
the
outside
seating
is
closed
thereafter.
Inside
seating
comprises
of
a
colonial-like
veranda
with
tables
arranged
a
bit
close
than
we'd
have
liked,
considering
Covid.
That
was
another
point
against.
The
food,
sadly,
is
overall
mediocre
(2.5
-
3
stars,
my
wife
says).
The
pastas
that
we
ordered:
arrabiata
gnocchi
and
the
veg
cannelloni
-
were
very
good,
but
the
portion
size
was
very
little.
We
ordered
three
cheese
pesto
sandwich
and
the
veg
Quesadilla
also-
those
portions
were
big,
but
the
taste
was
so-so.
The
fries
was
the
only
dish
which
tasted
great
and
had
adequate
quantity.
Also,
the
staff
were
great
and
helpful!
To
summarise,
I
can't
honestly
give
more
than
3
stars.
The
food
was
okayish,
the
ambience
good
(spoiled
by
the
mosquitoes
and
the
coils),
the
photos
cool.
Also,
I
personally
loved
the
cat
that
roams
around-
but
not
all
are
cat-people.
