Very bad experience with the person who gives final bill amount in general bazar secunderabad branch. We respect manepally management with good belief. They are very good professionals. We are their customers since almost 40 years. Never faced this kind of bad experience/ situation. Today their calculation on a ornament leads to cheat a customer. He orally said something and added additional charges in estimate. I would suggest customers to verify the estimate before sending to final bill. I recommend management not to maintain this kind of staff which leads to loose their reputation.

Me and my family have been shopping at this stores for years, since it was a small shop. The customer service is excellent and the variety of ornament you get here is pretty good. They also have an option to get ornaments made-to-order.

Parking is not at all available for customers and it is very difficult to waite 45 min outside for parking but service is good. Please treat this on highly priority where customers will be happy

We r totally unsatisfied with the parking provided by the Manepally jewellers someone had hitted my vehicle in the parking area no one had responded for this damage

Been to this shop on a Saturday evening. Sales people didn't seem to be quite interested can be due to long day and may be exhausted. Also, VA percentage is on the higher side in this shop.
