Please dont shop rather ADOPT we didnt know any better 😔 😞....... Adoption drive takes place regularly in the GHMC Dog park near Jaybheri Enclave Gachibowli. Got my baby from this place..Owner is helpful but the employees are not well informed. Before taking your pet home, get pet's proper medical checkup done and don't forget to ask the vet the food quantity & frequency of feeding the pup( do not take pet paradise's word for it). Also try to buy a pup aged not less than 60 days. The younger ones ( seperated from their mother before 45 days) are vulnerable to diseases. No one told us about this our puppy got sick right after we got him home. For this store i have gradually reduced the rating from 4 to 1... We visited the vet 5 times, with in 10 days of getting my puppy. Poor guy has suffered so much first continuous vomiting , motions and ticks. Now cough & cold...Every time we go to the vet they give injections ...it just breaks my heart to see such a small , innocent being suffer so much.. Update 7 Nov: After Another visit to the vet found out that pet paradise gave us a dog with genetic disorder ( left hip dysplasia) usually comes from the mother...I'd give negative ratings if I could. Since this was our first time as pet owners we didn't know any better. My advice is to always go for adoption it is because of consumers like us these poor animals are bred under horrible conditions and are separated at an early age from their mothers and hence they suffer from so many ailments. They keep 38 days old puppy and our guy was brought from Punjab so who knows how early he was seperated from his mother 😔. After having a pet i realise how brutal as well as ruthless is the entire business.Animals have such an evolved sense of emotions that they are many a times better than Humans. Response to the Pet paradise's false claims: No you didn't give a healthy pup, rather you SOLD a very sick and weak pup. We are keeping him healthy and safe. Adding the reports from 3 different Vets( yes we did get a 2nd and 3rd opinion to be sure) and also report from the first 2 days we got him... Don't give false statements.Have some ethics. Accept what you did or the way you handled the puppy was not correct and move on. An apology doesn't make anyone small it reflects maturity and helps one grow. But then again you can't teach humanity, empathy & ethics to everyone. "For you Pet Paradise & Aqua Park" apparently "Ignorance is Bliss". Anyway I have presented my side quite thoroughly and frankly speaking "Bhains k aage been bajane" is just futile. Post whatever nonsense you want in response. Es ist mir jetzt doch egal. Hope this review reaches many people and probably prompts you as a Business to better the ways you people handle the animal-babies at your store.

Abhilash and his sister archana are no1 fraudsters. These people are cheating by giving unhealthy pets and looting people money and abhilash is a big fraud.. he took money from me and not sending puppy.. never ever buy pets from these people.. and iam going file a complaint on these 2 fraudsters archana and abhilash

Nice store. But they have moved the store to a new area, haven’t updated the address. The owner abhilash deals with all types of pets. He has all good quality and certified pets. We recently purchased a toy poodle puppy from them. We have named the toy poodle as cherry. Really cute puppy and great owner. He explained everything well and gave all proper instructions regarding the puppy. We happy to have purchased from him

1st time customer & have to say excellent service. Very well priced compared to buying from the vets or local pet shops for the same product. Welcome letter was addressed to me and my cats which l felt was a lovely personal touch. Have subscribed for my cats flea drops every 4 weeks & will definitely be buying more products from them. We have to support small businesses instead of these big corporates all the time. Would recommend Pet paradise to all pet parents. Wonderful service, a big thank you to you all.

Has been a total disappointment. We got our 43 days Pomerian puppy from here last Monday. This breeder didn't do basic deworming before. 2 days not gone...we did the deworming process... And guess what.. Our Pomeranian tested Parvo positive... Just in 45 days... It has been a nightmare since then... Breeder just said do basic health up. We took to doctor who said until there are symptoms no-one can suggest whether parvo positive or not. We checked with more than 3 vet hospitals..and everyone highlighted that our pup had this infection since very long and it's the fault of the breeder not to do all necessary maintenance before selling him. Now he is struggling between life and death... All thanks to this breeder. I am sharing my honest reviews so that anyone who is planning to get your pet from here...please beware and careful.

Please be aware of the guy named Abhilaash. While purchasing the dog he pretends to care about us and provides a lot of assurance about the purity of the breed and the cost associated with that is genuine. Once we receive the pet. He never responds. Its been 3 months that we have purchased a poodle from him at a cost of rupees 38K which he promised is a pure breed. But the very basic feature of poodle for someone to recognize is it's curly. We have noticed the hair is some what straight and some what curly during purchase.. Mr. Abhilash has assured us that it is a baby right now as it grows its hair will develop curly. We have waited for more than 90 days. And the puppy has developed beautiful silky hair. We have tried to reach Abhilaash several times to share our concern with him but never responded nor gave us a call back. Please do not get trapped by his pleasing personality and deceiving looks.

So I had to travel to Delhi for a week and I was very worried about putting my pet in kennels. I started visiting/searching for a kennel where we could leave our beloved pet with trust. Upon searching multiple kennels I found about the "Pet paradise & Aqua park" which offer pet kennel and lodging services. I have paid un-planned (Not informed / sudden) visits to the kennel to check on the property and their services. After a few inspection I found that I could trust the staff with my pet. To my amusement, they stood on their words and gave us a perfect service which we have expected. Here are few pros and cons I have listed about the kennel : 1. The property is located at a main road and hence dint have search for the location much . It's perfect for the ppl who live in and around hitec city. 2. The staff was very gentle and patient enough to clarify all the doubts and build the trust with us and also with my pet. They were very understanding and extended a lot of support to make the process easy for both me n my pet. 3. The plbest thing I observed about the kennel is they maintain proper hygiene so that our pets stay is safe. 4. They were Frank about the maximum capacity they can hold and also gave us a separate room for our pet. 5. My pet was healthy during and after the stay. They used timely clean the room and sent us videos. 6. Also they provided timely and proper updates about our pet and it's food schedule and walks they were taking it for by means of videos. 7. The staff used to spend time with pet and play with at times to make sure the pet doesn't get too depressed. 8. And all this was at a very affordable price. They gave us the best deal they had. Cons: 1) The capacity can be increased, at times you might not get a place here to leave your pet as they are almost always occupied/full. But the good thing is that the staff is very Frank about their capacity and they make sure they don't overcrowd the place so that all the pets are comfortable. Overall I had a excellent experience with pet Paradise and auqa park and I am looking forward to associate with them in future too.

Got my dream puppy (husky) from pet paradise recently. Extremely happy with everything. The entire process of bringing him home was so simple. The staffs are very friendly and highly informative about the pets. They help and guide us even after the purchase with whatever queries we have. Thank you team pet paradise for your good work.

They dont keep good quality pets. I bought a kitten and it got sick within a week. The doctor said it was already sick and malnourished and had virus. I went to exchange the pet they refused and straight away denied on the face. Very rude staff. I kept taking care of the kitten and poor kitten died after 2 months due to complications. Please NEVER BUY PETS FROM THIS STORE.

We took a pet from them in Dec 2019, and paid for certification and chip along with that extra. Now it's July 2021, we have visited them more than 10 times to give the certificate and chip and everytime they have same answer, it has to come from Chennai and will take time. And ask us to come next week or in 2 weeks...this way 1.5 years have passed and they are still not providing. Do not trust their words. Even today we visited to ask and now they gave new reason, that courier got returned and now it's in Pune. Have never across such case where courier starts from Chennai to Hyderabad and if undelivered in Hyderabad is sent to Pune and that too by DTDC.

Never buying anything from them again. They delivered sick kitten to me who has ear mites and body full of infection. Doc said that they were not even maintaining basic hygiene for the kitten. Shop people insisted me to take kitten to their recommended vet so that the vet would talk in their favour but I took it to another vet for a non biased opinion. Deworming was also not done properly. when I asked them to take the kitten back, they won’t pick the call and are ignoring for days. These people torture such innocent souls just to breed and earn money and sell sick animals. This place not recommend for anyone who truly wants a healthy pet for themselves. Never buy without showing the pet to doctor first or you will encourage such breeders to torture sick animals.
