    Horrible experience. The staff is very careless and irresponsible. I had an issue with my AirPods which are under warranty and took them to their service centre for repair. They called me back after a few days and said that the issue is solved. But it was not actually. I literally went to their store for 4 times again and again for some good news carrying my 3 year old son every time. It was very tough task for me to travel all the time as the service centre is quite far from my place. I still didn’t get any solution from them and taking my product back and trying to approach some other place with some hope. I sincerely suggest people not to opt this place for solutions.

    Located in central location but still not many options for purchase. None of the new varieties and models are here. Pathetic thing is: the shop on the ground floor doesn’t tell about the covid conditions on the first floor. They have different standards for purchase and service. Look for other stores or alternative options elsewhere

    Apple support appointments are scheduled at 10:10AM but store will open post to 10:30 AM. No one lifts your call at the service centre. Winning a olympic medal is easier than getting answers from them over call. But if you visit store they will answer or not its up to your luck. Number will be switched off of we call more than 2 or 3 times to get a response. I really dont why apple is not at all looking over these reviews and all??? Is apple blond about customer service or support perspective?

    Worst service providers I visited today for my iPad button repair Service providers here are answering in such a reckless manner and they even charge money for the service which is not even working after that for which I paid money unecesarrily Service providers in these kind of Authorised centres especially Apple behave in such a way because they anyway gonna get their salaries and Big brands are gonna get their sales But for people who went in service are treated like this Definitely not a good option for your iOS device service I suggest you better opt for 3rd party service providers rather than opting them They Even respect customer and provide good solution and guarantee for the repair they had done Mainly Front desk Staff Sanghavi who Received the customer with rude behaviour as if she feels like owner of the Store

    I normally restrain from giving reviews but for Aptronix i thought i give so that others won’t get cheated. These people are useless and most under rated staff with no basic sense of talking to customer. The one and only intention is to take money and keep quiet without giving the product

    Absolute waste service. I needed a simple battery replacement, they tried to scam me by saying the screen is not good and needs replacement before battery can be touched. Losers deleted all my data without my permission and gave back the phone. They got defensive when I asked questions about why screen needs replacements. Do not choose this service center.

    Worst service ever. my phone is overheating since it has a hardware issue so I went to this service centre for a checkup. Even an apple customer care expert is claiming there’s an issue but these guys say there are no issues. They took my phone for 7+ days. Repair is undone. When I asked them whether they checked the inside of the phone, they directly said to my face that they didn’t even open my phone. Next up I booked a reliance service centre and my issue was resolved in 2 days. My suggestion for aptronix is to improve customer experience like I don’t have satisfaction with the staff’s behaviour. Especially that paradise ones are completely horrible.

    Worst service centre. Last week on 21-Aug-2023 I visited there for the problem in my Apple AirPod pro 2nd generation which is having Apple care+ also. The Huey’s present in service centre desk wrested my time for 2 hours and said I have to submit the device I was ready but condition is that I need to have prior appointments. Worst service no manager is available and while purchasing Apple products they will assure all fake service assurance by selling people. Don’t visit this Apptronics service centre it’s wastage of time and mentally harassing

    Worst experience!! I came here since my iPhone’s mic volume was too low. They did a diagnosis and told me they had to replace the entire touch panel and display when there are no issues in it at all. The estimated cost was 25,000. I was somehow not satisfied and went to an other apple authorized service center (not aptronix), and he just cleaned the mic and the problem is solved!!! They didn’t charge me a single rupee. Either the team here is a. Internationally cheating people or b. Do not know how to solve issues In both cases, the customer loses! I’d never recommend this place to anyone

    I went to get my macbook air repaired for display issues. We have to book the ‘slot’ and no walkin is ‘allowed’ Inspite of booking the slot, I didn't get a chance. The extremely rude lady at the counter asked me to come back tomorrow as she was busy taking care of people who had just walked in without any slot !! Next day, she flatly denied even looking at me and just said we will not service without the slot. I asked about the yesterday's slot why didn't you service it. She very rudely asked me to go wherever else, they are not going to service and she acted busy and completely ignored me and several others. Is this called as the legendary apple customer service? Thankfully Aptronix Abids, had a genuinely good people and my laptop got ready within a week. Unlike the rudest staff of Aptronix, parklane Secunderabad

    Rude behaviour from the staff and manager. For most of the time, they seemed disinterested in showing the product and explaining details about it And the worst part - once the purchase was complete, they forced me to unbox the phone in the store and have completed all the initial settings with very little intervention from my side. And they have given some stupid and unconvincing reason on why they make customers do it The staff needs to learn to treat customers with respect!

    Waste of time, useless people don't know anything, i gave my Mac with virus, they tired scamming be for 60,000. Took 2500 for screening 12 hrs job they said I'll get update in 2 days i called them one week later. They say logic board error 58,000. Clearly software problem. Scammers

    Why I am giving 1 star?? this is Because the sales people are so pathetic and unknowledgeable, they really misguide people by saying this is the offer we have bank will give you this cashback and nonsense. All they care is just fool the customers by selling the products and in the end Customers become fools. Seriously had a very very bad experience with such sales persons from this store.

    My review is on the service center and not the retail store: I went here for a battery replacement on XS Max. The service is horrible, staff does not know how to troubleshoot the device and they will claim the troubleshooting is not processing because you used a third party charging cable. There is another person who was not in a uniform and appeared to be the manager and he does not know how to speak to customers - when I asked about my XS Max, he said sourcing a battery may take time of up to 15 days but he cannot promise anything. Needless to say, I left the place and got my battery changed within 10 days at a different authorized dealer. The staff at the parklane service center is not interested to take on more work and they will go to any length to keep you from coming back. They will engage in a conversation with you for 30 minutes but they will not take on the job of fixing your device. It's sad that staff like this directly impact the retail owner/company. I hope upper management will closely look into this and make their staff understand that they should do their job 100% and they're not getting paid to shoo away customers.

    When you go to Aptronix and look for parking. On the side of the building is space for parking which is absolutely free. However there is a cartel of the watchmen. They are doing illegal business without any licence or permission. As soon as you reach parking one of these goon will come and put a slip on your car saying Pay 30 rs for one hour and if you get some bill from aptronix, the parking is free. When you come back from service center, you have no bills and in the guilt you pay him. They give you no security, nor do they help you in reversing the car. Pls don't pay money to these goons. #Hyderabad police must take cognizance of them and teach them a lesson. These goons become so bossy and dictate terms but it's all illegal. Pls keep your vehicles safe, don't get into their trap. Stay safe

    The worst experience with the staff and the way they responded to me is very rude... I took iPhone 13 pro in August 2022 since it's been just 4 months and my cable is not working, so I visited the service centre which is near to Paradise for some suggestions and the immediate response I got from them is it is duplicate..instead they could have said in a different way. However the way they responded is worst. Even a local shop sales people will respond very politely than this so called branded store. I recommend the staff to learn how to tackle customers if they reached out to you for any help.

    have experienced very bad and worst experience in your store advisor name ( v.sruthi ) please check her degree .as   she dont know the way to  behave with customer"s  v.sruthi basically i don't know how you gave that girl job in apple service center . she think like she  owns a apple company  or the service center which is in (shop No: 4, CVK, Sarojini Devi Road Parksqure, Park Ln, Secunderabad, Telangana 500003) I have visited two time's she is recklessly says answer she literally said the she couldn't repair my phone which i bought 8 months ago which is under warranty. There was a signal issue  see sir i am also a manger in an authorized service center in M&M  . So I kindly request you to keep a qualified ,skilled person . I just need to say that in India lots of skilled youngsters are waiting for opportunities. Not only me. You can ask any of the customers about her if one guy says that her response was nice. I can give her my salary . I still have confused the how apple service centers are encouraging this type of worst people i definitely recommend her to go to the skill development classes which can i bear the expense.  Remember because of her the owner of the dealer getting bad name (v.sruthi) i am expecting a mail from you guys . sorry for saying again do please check her certificates i don't think she even passed 10 th. Dont make the apple name bad due this kind of people (v.sruthi) i am repeatedly saying her name to make you remember that she is the worst advisor i ever seen in my life

    I am satisfied Apple Watch and I phone customer since long time. Recently I purchased 13pro from USA and I gave my present iPhone to my wife. When T tried to pair with I watch purchased earlier I couldn’t. when I approached Aptronics Vijayawada. They couldn’t. Today when I approached this Center. Ms Sanghavi could do it within 3 hours of time. Thanks a lot Ms Sanghavi & Aptronics.keep it up. Dr.Pankaj Geetha

    Poor customer service Especially Vivek. Today I walked in for a watch charger, he told me - out of stock, try on Begumpet or buy online. The way he told me. Atleast he could have given me the Begumpet store number or called & asked. I'd appreciate that ... Totally disinterested in his job. Maybe he shouldn't be there. Extremely disappointed. I suggest not to go to this store. Nothing personal

    Worst staff in 1st floor service center, very very very sleepy staff😴😴 and arrogant, we should not ask any questions or expect them to answer. They shout at you and ask to leave. Manager never comes to office and you have to wait ages for his appointment. Only to get lost from store. And customer care is helpless

    The experience with Aptronix is very nice and we are looking forward to visit many more times.The staff(Vivek) was very cooperative and was comfortable in explaining all queries posed by us. We feel that customers need to given some kind of compliments based on the visits to the store.

    no knowledge to the servicing staff. had a issue with my airpod pro and the suggestion i got from them was for replacement. to my amusement one of their customers helped me resolve my issue and it hardly took less than 5 minutes.

    One of the worst service centre’s I have ever seen, first of all they are not friendly, they don’t understand the problem. Even if they understand they give illogical answers or solutions just to avoid or for time being. We waste our time just roaming with their solutions. Don’t know how to handle the customers, For auto restart issue they have asked me to change the network provider, wen I said why shud I change them network provider that too Airtel, they say what’s the problem in changing the network , it will work they said Then it’s waste of arguing with these people and left, from there.

    My experience with Aptronix India's Parklane, Hyderabad service was extremely disappointing. When my MacBook unexpectedly went into recovery mode, I sought their assistance. Initially, they assured me a 3-day turnaround with regular updates, but to my dismay, they never contacted me again. After my follow-up, they claimed that the hard disk was corrupted, and the entire motherboard needed replacement. Their explanation for this issue was absurd, as they blamed it on a Wi-Fi interruption. Moreover, throughout the service process, their customer service was consistently rude. When they quoted a staggering 44,000 for the motherboard replacement, I requested not to proceed and planned to collect my MacBook as I had to travel to Chennai in a few days. To which they rudely replied “anyway we won’t replace it without the payment”. Frustrated with their approach, I decided to take my MacBook to Aptronix Chennai. To my surprise, the technician there diagnosed it as a software problem, not a motherboard issue, and fixed it within hours. It became evident that Aptronix Hyderabad was more focused on money than on providing proper service. I strongly advise avoiding their service

    Highly unprofessional service.We went for a tech issue. They said unrepairable and only replaceable without even opening the phone. Once we restarted , it started working normally.The lady sitting on counter and the crazy manager said “ go and complain anywhere we are ok with that”.They are cheating ppl. Pls avoid this branch. Worst service and bad attitude. Hope apple moves service in Secunderabad to other franchise. We heard similar service issues in that branch

    Very worst behaviour of staff. They made scratches on my mobile. Very worst service. Staff is very arrogant. No work done properly. We need to wait atleast for 1 hour. Please do not give your mobile here for service. They will damage it while return. They will edit the photos and upload in the details and says it was damaged before it was given to service. Please do no give your phones here

    Worst service centre possible. Extremely bad experience. After 12 days and 6 visits, my Macbook air M1 not working. There was screen problem, was suggested to get it replaced. Costed me 40000 INR. At that time I was told that my data would not get effected. At the time of delivery the girl at the counter erased all my data. When I got home and tried to reinstall the macos, there is some error. The service here is very slow. Nobody bothered to call back about the diagnose and end of service. Now I doubt if screen change was at all necessary. It seems I have wasted money. Would not recommend anybody here. I think the girl does not know anything at the counter. Nobody bothers to pick up the phone. Its always switched off. Extremely unhappy and annoyed. Want a refund from apple. Would file a complaint with apple. I have already written to the email given by you. The same answer you give to everybody. Havn''t received any response from them till date. I have also written a detailed account of harassment by two technicians at the store on Thursday, 11th January. No response. BTW, they have ruined my keyboard while repairing.
