Great place to stay! I was going on my motorbike which can be safely parked inside the gates. The room was simple but comfortable, the views from the terrace amazing and the food was great! But most importantly, the family is extremely welcoming and friendly, it trully felt like home!!

"PERFECT PLACE FOR THE FAMILY " .................................................We were searching for the perfect place to stay while we were in Kathmandu for our vacation as well as Nepali family meeting. We choose Dahachok Homestay for our 10 days stay in Kathmandu. We informed Mr Gautam for the pick up us at the Kathmandu airport, then moved there. We took a family triple room of the rooftop. It was just Amazing !! early in the morning, birds woke up us . So calm and we had Typical Nepali food after a long time. Its all made us very NOSTALGIC !! My wife wanted to stay for another few days, but our tight schedule interrupted . Thank you very much Mr Wagle for this lovely stay.

it's an amazing place for the family and kids stay. green, Polution free environment make your stay very pleasant and memorable . organic food serve here. copy place with very affordable price.. highly recommended !!

The place is peaceful and cheerful. Nobody distracts you and you will get full enjoyment. Don't expect to go beyond the moral rules, you will get as expeyctions. Food items are of limited stock. You need to wait for a while for food but you can enjoy with the view of scenery. Their service is really impressive and appreciable. Price rates are quite expensive for food items but moderate for rooms. You might get troubles, no local vehicles are available but you can manage to visit by taxi/cab or moterbike. I recommend you to visit here for your enjoyment.

We stayed there for a couple of nights on last Friday and Saturday. The rooms, foods and green environment gave us very pleasant stay. We had short trek around the hills and the dense forests . An amazing experience !! Thanks a lot Wagle family for your great hospitality .

My points, why Choose this place : * Lovely staffs, family & good , healthy home grown organic foods as well as local Cow milk. * Located in green environment near jungle, no pollution. Away from the busy city areas,this place offers you a really good, pollution free scenic environment.Very good hospitality and quality services by these people.I Would definitely want to come visit again and Would definitely recommend everyone to have a visit once.

I had a pack where a driver picked me up and dropped me off everytime I need it. It's in a quiet village, without pollution or noise. I spent a great time with Gautam's family, some neighbours and visiting a school nearby. The homestay is nice, neat and my room big enough. Comfortable bed and rest room with hot shower. Wifi avaliable too. What I enjoyed most was sharing time with local people.

Absolutely amazing. The people there are so sweet and caring and their English is very good!

Peace area but far from city area

Family homestay in kathmandu with fantastic location, mountain and green hill chandragiri and Dahachok facing rooms and comfortable bad, good WiFi service and unlimited Tea and coffee with popcorn. Highly recommendation to spend holiday on peaceful environment in Homestay near Kathmandu.
