We stayed for 2 nights, rooms were very small, But food price and taste was really awesome.. enjoyed it a lot with very decent price. They didn't do cleaning of room so kinda disappointed.. they didn't allow outside food.. in rooms Car parking was decent in underground only 4 or 5 cars can be parked. there are 2 gates, so easy in and out option for cars..

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Crystal Inn, and I must say it was one of the most unpleasant stays I have ever encountered. I feel compelled to share my disappointment and frustration to warn others about the subpar service and unprofessional conduct exhibited by the hotel staff. Firstly, upon arriving at the hotel late in the night, our group of nine was met with an unexpected and unwarranted extra charge. We were taken aback by the hotel's decision to exploit us by charging an exorbitant fee for our late check-in. This was not mentioned during the booking process or communicated to us prior to our arrival. It felt like a deliberate attempt to take advantage of weary travelers, which left a sour taste in our mouths from the very beginning. To make matters worse, we were harassed and prevented from leaving by the hotel staff. Despite having booked accommodations for only six individuals, we were unjustly coerced into paying excessively for all three additional guests in our party. This blatant disregard for our rights as paying customers is utterly unacceptable and left us feeling trapped and helpless. Throughout our stay, the hotel staff exhibited an appalling lack of professionalism and customer service. Our attempts to reason with them and find a mutually agreeable solution were met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of empathy. Their behavior not only ruined our experience but also created an atmosphere of tension and discomfort. Furthermore, the overall condition of the hotel was far from satisfactory. The rooms were poorly maintained, with noticeable signs of neglect. Cleanliness standards were subpar, and basic amenities were either missing or in poor working order. It was evident that the hotel management's priorities did not lie in providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for their guests. In conclusion, my experience at Crystal Inn was marred by exploitation, harassment, and an utter lack of professionalism. I strongly advise against choosing this establishment for your accommodations. There are plenty of other hotels that value their guests and provide a pleasant experience. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your lodging needs.

We had a lovely stay here, the 2 nights we were in town for business. The folks at reception and those servicing the rooms were very courteous and hospitable. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing. Room was good, well maintained, with the right amenities, and hotel staff was very timely in responding to requests. The breakfast spread included with your stay was the best part of our stay - Continental, South Indian in the spread, and some made to order. I stayed with my friends in Crystal Inn hotel for 3 nights, host and staff were extremely cooperative and friendly. Rooms are spacious for a couple and bathrooms are clean. Food ordered was good in both quality and quantity wise. Overall, had a wonderful experience staying with them. I recommend all that Crystal Inn is a best 3 star hotel in Chikmagalur.

Good clean rooms, calm and listening staff, good service and hygiene maintained and room service. They have both ac and non ac rooms at economical costs. They have an on-site vegetarian restaurant Swadista which is really amazing, quantity n taste. They have a buffet for breakfast which has a good spread variety.

I stay with my 3 friends who belong from Bangalore, very upset staying. Food quality was not good as we expect, no room service available, even in the breakfast they buy from outside, I saw they took from outside and serve us on plate, bcoz it's look like packed breakfast. It was cold and saugy. Very dispointed. What if any hotel took your food from outside and already they noticed outside food is not allowed. Salute for that !!

I travel to Chikmagalur every week for business purpose and I'm left with no option to book this hotel since the market is close by to the hotel, Wi-fi doesn't work. If I call to reception on landline they never pickup the call and I end up going downstairs myself to address these issues..they said the landline doesn't ring and gave their number to call.... shortage of water in shower I said them many times there's a problem in shower difficult to take bath in shower ended up taking bath from bucket. Pathetic food service if you guys a charging premium price please show hospitality the waiter is always in hurry to leave the table...if the breakfast is included in your stay there is no buffet hotel management gives the reason that we don't have enough guest to make buffet and get the food from outside with limited variety to try excluding beverages and juices...they charge 120 rs for juice and the quantity is very small with added more water than fruit...never have food in crystal inn instead i recommend please go to kailash parbat or aramane for vegetarian they ensure quality quantity and service is just amazing..

As a family we really enjoyed the place. Its in the heart of the centre of chickmagalur city. The Hospitality was excellent. Very clean. Accomdative. Staff are excellent. The food was brilliant. I would strongly recommend Crystal Inn for best stay.

The hotel was good with decent and well maintained rooms. I felt the deluxe rooms were little small but is manageable if you are just 2 persons. The pricing however was expensive may be because of holiday and extended weekend but still felt we paid 800 to 1000 extra per day. The hotel is in the middle of the city so no tension if you are exploring or doing some shopping as everything is within reach. All in all it was a good and comfortable stay.

That too after repeated calling, and the reason they gave was, there was no milk. Same scenario happened next day evening where in it was delayed for one hour. Stayed here for two days in October, 2023. Room was clean but not that spacious. Location is on main road but autos are not available easily and will take at least 150-200 to reach temple from here. Food was expensive, one plain roti will cost Rs.18. Also there is no good restaurant nearby.

Good hotel for a stay. But it is in the middle of the city. If your purpose of the visit is sightseeing it is slightly far from all sightseeing. If you have your vehicle then no problem. The hotel is worth it.
