Very well maintained Matt. Whoever is in Chitradurga, everyone has to visit this place. Best time to spend with family and children, because you have a very nice park and zoo as well. We even spotted an elephant which was roaming inside Matt. Matt will also provide a delicious lunch which includes ragi ball, sambar and rice.. So do visit this place with your family

Very large park with lots of art works, clean but guess they have done some cost cutting for maintenance. Entry is 50/person, parking is free. Visit if you have some free time and have kids along, need ~45mins to complete. Light show available at night.

The place is very good for family and children. Entry ticket is 50rs/person , counter is next to entrance. It requires minimum of 2 - 3hrs to see around the places. They have built the garden in a very planned way and there are many drinking water area and washrooms inside the area. There is 1 food court inside with good taste and affordable price . In the starting part ,they have showed the growth of humans , different cultures, about different religions through idols . They have showed notable personalities of India,, idols on how we got independence from British , idols of freedom fighters . In the other part of park ,there are activities like car dashing, boating , mini park for small kids , rain dance , water fountain and many more . Probably due to COVID , some activities and all are reduced or not available for the moment . It's better to visit the mutta , museum and then visit this place . It's better to visit the place by 3pm , one can cover around the place and enjoy the water fountain in the evening .

It's an exhibit of old living styles, dinausurs, religions etc. It also has a play ground, musical fountain, horse rides, other rides, boating etc. Must visit place especially for children. They also have a good canteen where you get snacks and drinks. You can spend three hours easily here.

Small park and developed N maintenance by private trust. Need to improve lot of cleanliness; there is facility to play for kids and boating, but; need to pay addition apart from entrance fee. For camaras need to pay additional charge while you are taking entrance ticket. Mobile phone camaras not an issue. Since it is called Mata, we treat it is place for worship of god and there is shiva temple inside as well. Even tough it is place of worship Non Veg should not entertain, But; the trust and the commity allowed inside to eat Non Veg which is not really good.

Good place to visit with family and kids. In fact many people come here as a picnic destination. Kids will have a great time with the garden and the rides. It is a really big park, keep at least couple of hours to visit. The rides for children are mostly open during the evening's so make sure you go there before 5 in the evening. After 5:30 they don't allow inside. There is a musical fountain also inside. It starts at around 7pm and runs for 15 mins. After that they will ask everybody to go to the exit as the park closes by 7:30. Things to see: * Theme park showing many things from dinosaurs, human evolution, culture, religion, etc * Elephant and horse rides * Mini boating (peddle) * Children's rides (dashing car is the latest addition) * Children's play area * Mini obstacle course (for big kids and adults) * Abstract statues (you can see this on your way out after the musical fountain)

You will understand what Murugha mutt is and legacy. They have even funded government in difficult times.

Very good place for family with small kids. For the adults, there is an excellent museum inside the math premises which has exhibits of various historical artefacts. Surely not to be missed and make sure to allocate min 1 hour to enjoy the museum alone. Overall can spend half a day easily with and sure to take back rich experiences.
