I was going back to Bangalore from Hubbali and I decided to take a hotel in Chitradurga. I first went to all the famous hotels and I couldn't get a room. Since, it was almost 8pm I got to know about this hotel which is on the main road and decided to check. I stayed there for one night and the first room they showed had cockroaches, then we asked for another room. They showed us a room on 3rd floor which was better and cleaner than the previous. Since, we had no option we decided to stay and I left this hotel early in the morning. The bathroom was clean, bedsheets were clean and they provided soap and shampoo in the bathroom as well. They had a restaurant at the ground floor which was full of alcohol bottles on the tables which I saw in the morning from my window. The only incident happend was the room was attached to the adjacent room with a door and by chance I decided to lock it. In the night, once somebody tried to open it. I was hell scared and was anxious the whole night but thankfully nothing happened. So, you can stay if you have no option left but don't stay here with family. The boys group can stay.

Bad experience, receptionist are not behaving well, room service is not apreciated, no hot water, very small room, not feel hygeinic. Don't get trapped by selecting this hotei through any travel app

Worst experience...foul smell from toilet was unbearable..we were alloted another room..The towels were faded and very old ones...No hot water available..had to go to another room for taking bath even there got only warm water...could not lock bathroom properly... condition of the Chair u can see the photo..AC not working..The price was too high for the given facility and service..

Spacious rooms with less facilities. Hot water was not available. Even though WiFi routers are present, the receptionist says not working. Television is good for viewing the home screen of Tatasky. Non AC room is costly for the price they ask. Food is manageable, but not cost effective.

Choosing this stay was biggest mistake, Very horrible experience. Room was not clean, foul smell all over. No proper facilities: TV is there, no connection. Tap is there no hot water. Restaurant was there but no breakfast. Entire hotel was not maintained properly. One star goes to Bar and restaurant attached that served tasty food with good hospitality. Others, I recommend better plan other hotels or lodges to stay over this.

1st mistake was opting for this hotel without checking the reviews! Google says it’s a 3 star hotel but it doesn’t even deserve 1 star…dirty rooms,unwashed bedspreads very very poor maintenance…very unhappy for choosing this for our stay

Choosing to stay with Hotel Naveen Regency was my biggest mistake, Very horrible experience. No water bottles in the rooms, beds and bed sheets are not of good quality. This hotel is the worst one. Rooms are of the worst quality. Guys don't book this hotel at all...

Used to be a nice restaurant, which is now almost about to fall off. Nothing here is maintained anymore. There’s one staff who is all in one. Idli was below average, Poori was saltless. Handwash is utterly dirty.

We took AC rooms and they are good. We booked this hotel over a phone call. This hotel has a good parking place. Hotel has got separate veg and non veg restaurants. Food taste is good. (Little bit spicy though). Hot water was not coming in our room.

The bathrooms were well-maintained and clean with running hot water available all the time. The food was ok but could have more variety and could include some local dishes. Having a bar also would have been great. The service was smiling and helpful but could have been less slower (many of the staff were on leave). Overall, the place is simple and basic but well maintained and a good value for money.

Dirty rooms. White powder on towels. The first room shown had a urine smell and we had to change for another room. But that too had white powder deposit even on towels. Not recommended especially if you are with family.

Old and torn linen, leaking taps and faucets and poor and unfriendly room service. Overall bad ambience. Restaurant nearby is under a separate management and is more of a bar and food ordered through them was bad

They will decide the rate as per your appearance, All sites were showing rates as 1600/1700 for AC room but unfortunately they demanded 2500rs on the spot. We felt cheated so we did not even bother to as for some discount because if they are deciding the price situation base it's aNO GO

Worst hotel i have ever seen. I have stayed yesterday night there.hotel is not at all neat and the bedsheets are bad. TV is not working and bathroom exhaust is not working and there's no heater. Today morning they took my order for breakfast and i was waiting fr my breakfast around 1hr finally they said there's no breakfast got literally disappointed. I didn't guess this is the 3star hotel

Dirty rooms. Dirty Lenin and towels. Phones in room don't work. No water bottles. Broken toilet seat. Insects in bathroom. No hot water. Stuffy smell in the room. Worst hotel ever that I have stayed in.

In my life very bad experience in this hotel they collected 2100 but there is no AC room in side the room cacrochs and rats are dancing and when i entered the room darty small

Rooms just OK. No hot water....only one tap working in the bathroom...TV only for decoration...lift not working...

Very poor room. Paint peeling off, main door lock was a mess. Bathroom was so so. Plus even after using up more than two buckets of water, no hot water. Wouldn't recommend for families at all

Not many rooms with AC, cleanliness is okay, no hangers in the room, we had no place to keep our towels or other clothes in the bathroom. Generally okay and reasonably clean. Very few channels on TV. Mineral water not provided by default.
